I didnt get service here. Instead I was protected and shown tremendous hospitality.The Owner gave us a safe place to stay behind the gates as we were getting transmission work done at his nephews shop not to far away.I know this seems strange. But i live in my 🏠🚌 my Class A diesel pusher converted tour bus with my family. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦And for us in the situation we are in, this was beyond amazing. He was beyond amazing.Thank you for all you did.From what I saw this place is Aces to get your work done!

Excellent shop and customer service. I will take my car there for all service and maintenance needs. They got my car in first thing in the morning. The owner helped me get a rental car through my extended warranty. The owner also went out of his way to give me a ride to 3 different Enterprises to get a car so I wasnt stuck waiting anywhere. He stayed until he was sure I had a car. My car was repaired quickly. They communicated updates to me and were very easy to work. Knew exactly how to deal with extended warranty claims. Just great customer service, clean shop, and all around nice people. It was a great experience and Id recommend this shop to anyone!

Bud Eberwein knew my family was struggling to pay the repairs on my truck. He writes me an estimate that was way higher then I expected. I talked to him face to face with my children with me and he assured me these were the best prices he could get and the parts were exactly what Napa charged for them. It was eating me up how much they came out to so I called Napa myself only to find out he snuck an additional $200 dollars on my parts on top of what Napa charged. The whole time he kept mentioning his church and his preacher.... I’m just utterly disgusted over this! For a shop that has been around so long it’s just disgusting to see what how he operates!

My experience at Buds shop was the best Ive had at any auto shop . Very experienced. Pleasant to deal with and doesnt over charge for is work . I would highly recommend his shop for your auto work .Ill be back for my maintenence work.
