I was in and out in 30 minutes. Parts were easy to take. Online picture was the same as the car minus a few parts. 2$entrance and good discounts this week on what I needed. Every week has different discounts. Al in all ipull upull was an easy day to find what we needed. You do need your own tools

They are extremely organized!! Make sure you keep track of all the little car parts you put in your bag or wheelbarrow because they have a crazy strict policy when it comes to not paying for all the stuff you throw in there even if you might not be as organized as they are and forget about stuff and even having to go back to the pay counter three times before you even get to the exit where they check your bag if there is one little fuse in your bag that you overlooked by accident they trippin!!

I just don’t go anywhere else because of the attentiveness of staff. I get weekly texts for deals and personalized updates when the vehicle I’m searching for is put out in the yard. Forever faithful!

They have most cars other places dont. Prices arent cheap. But then again what is nowadays? Decent return policy in case you dont get right part. They just need to know what to do when someone wants to only return or get a replacement item. One person wanted me to pay to go in and return item. Other had it right. Held the item i returned until i brought up replacement item.Theyll figure it out.Not a bad place to do business with.

Dirt lot. No excessive gravel.In relativity, it is a junkyard; however, no excessive bolts, spark plugs, lug nuts etc scattered about. Mint!Hell, even the handwashing sinks are kept, again, relatively clean. This is a junkyard, not an operating room lolWill be back

Went to find a spare tire for honda crv and had exactly what i was looking for. The lady at front desk or check in was kinda rude but the place was well organized and easy to locate things. Also taco truck in front is good.

I had a return a $15 item with receipt and Al 1 was questioning to another coworker and had togo to the window to show the receipt with te item and the item was marked in 3 different spots. They do that to every body i had seen this before! WHATS GOIN ON THERE? HAVE THEY BEEN TRAINED? i but too many parts there but this is the second time they do that to me the first time they told me that the mark was wrong and i that the had to do a video request and i was told to come back in 4 days so they could see the video for a 20 dollars item!

All employees do is mess around talk about what’s going on for their weekend instead of attending and answering questions from paying customers. I gave their return policy a two out of five stars only because the last two returns that I’ve had with having the receipt and a membership card they find every excuse to not give me my 100% money back every excuse in the book I had to go back multiple times because they wanna know who was the person that checked my receipt because their handwriting does not match this is to agitating and irritating for a customer to go back 5x for the same return

Ive been there a handful of times and I am not impressed they was over priced on most things. one of the times I was there i was accused of stealing and asked to empty my pockets. Best Wrecking yard Ive been too. Great prices and extremely helpful staff, my only gripe is the engine hoist are too big. They need to switch over to the triangle type hoist with the steering wheel. The ones in service right now are WAY too clunky. Other than that its awesome!

IPULL-UPULL AUTO PARTS is a great place to get parts and buy running cars for cheap. I bought my Jeep here and the customer service is excellent. If you are looking for parts or a whole car this is my favorite place to go.

Its a big yard, and there are many places to rest from the sun. The prices are good, and the staff are friendly. They even have vending outside the gate and misters at the cashier to cool off after walking the yard.

What a cheapskate rip-off this place is! I tell them the part I need for year, make, and model. They print out a list of “compatible” cars even though it’s over a spread of several years. I find a part that looks identical to the visible section of the part I need. But because they don’t allow you to work on your car in the parking lot, I get home, dismantle the defective part, and I discover the electrical connector is NOT compatible. By then, it was too late to return the same day.Sure, they have a 60 day return, I reassure myself. But when I get there, they said I had to pay admission AGAIN, to look for one that IS compatible! It was THEIR LIST I went off of that led me to believe the part I got WAS compatible in the FIRST place! So how is it they were now going to squeeze another $2 “admission” fee out of me? As if that’s an actual expense to them? Then to add insult to injury, they don’t refund the “environmental fee;” which had I caved and went back in to get the correct part, I would’ve been charged ANOTHER environmental fee! Pretty neat trick, huh? Screwing the customer for an additional admission fee, and DOUBLE the EF, by them simply steering them wrong! ... that is, had I gone back!... But because of the principle of this unfair, dishonest business practice, I don’t plan on giving them my business again! ... It’s the old saying, “Screw me once, shame on you!... screw me twice, shame on me!”...and I would BET...that THEY’D get all upset; if THEY tried returning something at Walmart, ...only to find out they’d have to pay “admission” and “non-refundable” fees, ...in order to return something that one of Walmart’s OWN sales clerks had misled them to believe, was the correct item they needed!DON’T DO BUSINESS with these CROOKS!

If your business closes at 5 then you should be prepared to work all the way to 5!! I arrive at 4:45 to return 3 items with my receipt in hand, wait 5 min while the guy tries calling to the cash cage, he never answers so he ends up walking over there to ask if he can accept a return, he said no, they have to come back tomorrow. REALLY??? I said plz I have to go out of town tomorrow and wont have time, and he still said no. Hell, might as well say you close at 4:45!! SO DISAPPOINTING...

Am very impressed with this Business! Theyre just the opposite of what Pick a Part was! Theyre even an improvement of their neighbor Pic n Pull! They draw so many Customers that they lack the staff to deal with the volume of Business!?! GET MORE CHK OUTS!!!

My experience was selling them a vehicle. I called , explained the condition of vehicle. They requested a photo of front and back of title, which I sent via text. A price was agreed, for cash, and a date for pickup was set, 4 hour window. Today , morning of pickup, I called to.confirm, was told they need copy of title. I gave her the number I texted to, and she went and found them. Then was told they didnt schedule me but they would fit me in. Driver called and arranged time for pickup. He arrived and said it would be $20 less than quoted due to missing front axle. This was disclosed when I called originally. I called store and they stated they didnt see it in the. Notes. Driver then handed me a check? Check was drawn on Wells Fargo, and cost 7.50 to cash. Loaded up the car and left.Driver was a good guy and took care of other vehicles and mailbox nearby.I wouldnt recommend using them unless desperate or get the quote in writing.

Not a lot of fresh vehicles it was incredibly difficult to find any usable parts left. Vehicles are not in any kind of order.

Tueveyaff very helpful right from the start. The owner asked how the item fit;.it Didnt. My luck Try again next week. I said to the person who sells salvage vehicles...Take a little time to clean and fix the vehicles. Therefore you wont have to put them on clearance.

Tried to rip me off for a vehicle I tried to sell them for a deal they could of flipped and made money and ask for 400 bucks for it tf I have Manuel 2020 lancer with it fix it up and the only thing that was wrong with atm was the clutch and it was burned out don’t go here they are not humble and will try to rip you off just get new parts online lots of pros !!
