This place won’t cover anything under warranty. They don’t like waiting to collect warranty reimbursement; so they’ll just take your hard earned money a lot faster instead. This place is a complete joke and should be ashamed of the way they do business with locals. Zero stars if I could!

Hello last week I left my truck for the recall and service repairing at the time I was told I will get my truck back on Wednesday. Just to follow up I called this morning and I been told mechanic haven’t even started working on the truck. I am very disappointed by the service. I am having a loss of business As a small owner operator I have lots of expenses. So guys please don’t go there they are very unprofessional even they deserve 0 star because my truck is over there last 6days and they don’t start working and they don’t give me eta for truck delivery after 6 days

I have been a regular customer of fresno truck center for last 7 years until i quit trucking in feb 2020. Today i had to pickup some parts for someone and I was pleasantly surprised to see a positive change in customer service department. Everyone on the other side of counter seemed polite and caring. I must mention Martin who helped me with my order and went above and beyond my expectations to help me. A true gentleman. Fresno truck center is finally doing the right thing by hiring customer focused staff like Martin who is very patient , polite and professional.

Be ready to wait 1hr in line to get parts. Lazy and rude employees working in the parts department. If youre taking in your truck for routine service, they will magicaly find something else wrong with your truck. All types of service are way overpriced!

Service is always great except on the weekends nightmare to get will call parts because seems like understaffed at the counter and everyone is busy with customers. Long story short get your will call parts during the weekday

Always busy to order parts 30 ,40 minutes. Theyll take a phone call to take an order than help someone whos already been there waiting in front of them.

We had a mechanical issue at the Tehan Ranch rest area NB I-5 and limped our Western Star to Lebec Petro where they repaired it enough for us to limp it into Fresno Freightliner where we found Brandon Chambless, Jose Reyes who helped find and diagnose a pretty severe issue that everyone else had missed. Needless to say they repaired the truck we were up and running in an hour. We have great respect for how Brandon runs the auto body shop, he has a great strategy that keeps his employees and customers happy. We highly recommend them..thank you Fresno Freightliner...ALL of you for making Team Bradleys day great & our truck 🥰

I’m a regular customer of Fresno truck center and before that everything was good but I don’t know what happened to the staff the service was worst because they they only took 4 days for oil change even last time they took a week for oil change and tuneup I didn’t understand why they don’t have the value of time of customer never want to be here again

Horrible customer service. Sunday staff will let their friends jump the line even though there was a full house of people waiting over an hour for parts. Also was told if I didnt like it I could leave.

While my sales person Lynn he’s a very nice person beware of buying any trucks that were previously owned buy Tryus trucking they threw on the cheapest tires they can find and didn’t even bother balancing the steers they pressure washed all the oil leaks off and painted over everything to make it look new I pulled one load and had to stick it in the shop which cost me $4000 ran it for two more weeks and now Hass to go back in the shop they knew there was issues with this truck cover them up and trade it in and then no inspections were done by the dealer Then the sales person is stuck dealing with upset customer

Do not go to their service department if your truck is under warranty. Bought a used truck and they refuse to work on anything covered under warranty due to where we bought the truck. Will be contacting freightliner corporate to let them know this is the level of service this dealership provides

Parts department review: Best thing is that parts department is open late. Almost always have the parts you need , if not next day. Must know what part you need or take a picture and description of a main part it is attached to or it will take them a very long time to figure it out. They great about getting your parts ready if you call ahead!

Brought truck in here for MIL light on which ended up being an emissions problem again on a truck with only 109500 miles on it,the shop is typical like others busy but they did get me going again after quite a few hours work, unfortunately problem was not a quick fix typical of emissions. It is a good shop, I hope to not be back with that said if you need them just be aware their lot is full of trucks so if you are coming in with a trailer park on street out front just don’t drop trailer in the red area on street. Thank you.

After a Month I finally get my truck back whole transmission cost other Freightliner services center $7200. They bill me $8828 for clutch and did quality pass. After 50 miles truck broke down with same code Transmission failed.People dont know what the fault is some jerks sending them legal notice soon for scaming.

I was impressed with the quick service (about 5 hrs.) The repairs were relatively minor and the service dept. responded expeditiously. My contact with staff were friendly and informative.

Great place, Cool people. Parts available almost all the time, Except for one of the Sunday parts guy doesnt know Jack. Was there for nearly 2 hrs and with pictures of part, still I had to go ask service tech.

They don’t care about warranty they will charge you ether way last time I took my truck for tuneup and they left some bolts loose. also found 2 or 3 on engine.

My hubby & I came to Fresno Freightliner for the first time the other day. We have been to many Freightliners around the country so we are cautious because they have charge plenty of money and have not really fixed our truck. We were surprised at Fresno because they did everything they said they would and did not overcharge. They worked fast and their workers are cheerful & courteous. We especially like the fact that their senior mechanics check all the work done in the shop. We would highly recommend this repair facility.

I come here a few times a day to pick up parts from will call, and inside the parts store. Never have a problem getting my parts when I need them and employees are always on top of dropping what they do to help the customers first. I always enjoy the atmosphere and the friendliness of all the employees. One of the best places that I have been to!

Fast service

Sean is the weekend foreman and was awesome. My partner and I retrieved an abandoned truck for our company and it had NO oil just a drop of sludge in the end of the dipstick. We got there 30 minutes before closing and had to stay the night in the parking lot out front. This was on a Saturday night, come Sunday morning he had our truck in first thing. Awesome service they really made sure we were taken care of and our truck is running great. Thank you Sean and your crew.

I would like to update my review.......After speaking to LEE HOWARD he fixed the issue and made sure I was reimbursed. Definitely looking forward to doing business with them againIf i can give them zero starts I would. I purchased a truck from them and there were repairs that were supposed to have been done and they werent. Then the salesman gave me the green light to get repairs done so I did. Then I sent them the bill and are currently leaving me with a 2k bill. Do not buy here unless you want to have the same experience.

We reads reviews on everything. We were very leery on this place. Checked in at 11am Ryan already had work order ready. Sean told us get in door and he pulled part. 11:20 Elwin had hood open and part replaced by 11:51. Sean came out made sure we was good to go. This was a very pleasant experience for us. Thank you!

Been coming here for years, but Jack at the parts desk.. Man, seems like he hates his job. Has a bad attitude, and every time I see him, it never changes. I always let the guy behind me go up so I don’t have him give me the attitude. Great place tho, just Jack needs to cheer up a bit and show customers some respect.

Horrible place. Went there for 2019 frightliner mattress. Waited 1hr 30mins in line and there were only 2 persons ahead of me in line. They hire Slowest peoples in parts department.

Big Rig needed major overhaul and Fresno Truck Center did a remarkable job in less than 3 weeks a DD13 was done. Many Thanks to a who were involved in this job. And twice that to all those working in the shops. MJ Cherokee Freight Lines.

Day 6 waiting for part. They dont seem to value the customers time at all. They do not honor their look at it in two hours guarantee. They will get to your truck someday maybe. It took from Friday afternoon, till tuesday morning to do two recalls, and get it looked at all. Tuesday afternoon they finally ordered the part now waiting for. Every time I call, they tell me a different, later time for when the part might arrive. You can not depend on what they say.

I called Fresco Freightliner and asked how quick they can look at my truck before I brought it in on Friday night. They said they can take it in two hours. Today is Saturday and they are saying they have 6 trucks ahead of me. I will let you know later how quick they can get to my truck.Day 4. No one looked at our truck. This is THE WORST service we have ever experience at any truck repair shop. Friday night they were supposed to check our truck. They did not. Saturday they told us there were 6 trucks ahead and they would check later that day. They did not touch our truck. Sunday they told us 2 trucks ahead, but technician was not available and they would fix it first thing Monday morning. Monday morning there was a new story - now more trucks ahead of us and the truck is outside, not even in the shop. They told us they had no idea when they would take it in. Our loaded refrigerated trailer is outside their shop, running for 4 days. We asked them to check if it has enough fuel. Their answer - we dont do that. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and we will make sure we will report this incident. Never ever stop by this place if your time is valuable and you are looking for a good service. Final word - after 4 days we towed our truck out off the shop to avoid an $80,000 claim, without anyone looking at it or working on it.

Too much expensive I will not come back they told my I have to pay $1499 on the phone but when I come back to pickup my truck they told me $1712.36 for Change the water hose and The oil seal ! it took eight and a half hour ??? For me I consider it an overt steal .I will complain to the BBB .The company needs a good maintenance manager also Need a good mechanic does not take long to fix faultsThis is the worst company in USA the real cost is $300 out side of this ugly dealer

I took my new truck back to their shop to have the refrigerator door latch fixed because it repeatedly would come open while driving. When I get the truck back, the refrigerator door had not been fixed, and the freezer door had been broken off. Additionally, at 48,000 miles the truck went from a very smooth ride, to an extremely rough ride.I take the truck back to them yesterday to have the freezer door replaced and to have further checks done on the suspension because they didn’t think there was a problem with the ride...after bobtailing around the block. I explained in detail how bad the ride was and that any dip or bump in the road was felt directly over the rear axles and it felt like the trailer was slamming down on the drives. I explained that everything in the cab was constantly falling and how the truck would jump out of the lane when hitting a bump or going from the road to a bridge.Today they call to say they will not fix the freezer door. Not that they can’t, but that they won’t.If you value customer service and expect a service department to actually provide service then you definitely do not want to use this place.

I broke down in my RV and was towed to Fresno Truck Center. The Service Managers and mechanics saved my trip. I have never experience such excellent serivce. Thank you for your hospitality and generous acts of kindness you gave me and my family while we stayed over night.
