Took truck to the shop for exhaust leak and truck would not regen. Everyone was real nice and gave updates on what they found wrong and fixed it accordingly. Brought the truck in the morning and got the truck out this evening. Thank you for the great service.

I REPEAT DO NOT BUY OR BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE FOR SERVICE.ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO GIVE THIS PLACE ANY MORE BUSINESS.HAVE A NEW VOLVO 860 THAT I BROUGHT IN BECAUSE I HAD A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT GO ON OVER SOME SENSORS (WAS JUST AN ERROR)THEY HAD CALIBRATED MY STEERING WHEEL WHICH JACKED UP MY ALIGNMENT.. TRUCK STARTED PULLING TO THE LEFT IF YOU TRIED TO DRIVE AND KEEP THE STEERING WHEEL STRAIGHT...RECEIVED MY TRUCK IN WORSE CONDITION THAN WHEN I DROPPED IT OFFI EXPRESSED MY FRUSTRATION BUT THE SERVICE MANAGER CALLED ME A FEW DAYS LATER TO ENCOURAGE ME TO BRING IT BACK SO THEY CAN FIX IT...FREE OF CHARGEBROUGHT MY TRUCK BACK...PICKED IT UP AND GUESS WHAT?THE ALIGNMENT IS EVEN FURTHER JACKED UP!! TRUCK PULLS HARD TO THE RIGHT NOW... STEERING WHEEL IS NOT STRAIGHT AT ALL...WHO DOESNT HAVE THE COMMON SENSE TO TAKE IT FOR A ROAD TEST?I CALLED IN TO LET THEM KNOW AND THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF URGENCY ... ITS ALMOST AS IF THEY DID IT ON PURPOSE... Was changing a wire by the batteries. One piece of wire two tiny nuts. 2 hours of Labour. 320$! Manager lied over the phone about getting a part and extra time for it while mechanic said they had a part in a store. Never again with scam like that, plz, we need to feed our families, not to starve.

I would say please don’t waste your time in Fresno location.I brought new Volvo 2021 in nov 2020 . My truck had injector problems come in February 2021 . I waited 15 day. And then now in April 23 my truck Ac ,wipers, refrigerator lock, gauges not working today I went to the place I talk to Mrs Harmeet Singh service guy he said he do not know when the truck will be ready, he don’t know warranty will covering anything or not my truck miles only 60,000. I was asked for manger he said she left . Now I am taking next step for them . Please please don’t waste your time and money on that place . Thank you

Check and double check that parts you need are the same as the ones you order. Unfortunately they don’t have good customer service in the parts department. Ernesto is the mad to talk to. The older gentlemen, there is 2 of them, I do not recommend. They seems to be on the way out of the work force and don’t care about making sure your taken care of.

Would not recommend this place took my Volvo there to get it fixed they could not fix it they lied to me told me stories that the parts were available so I towed it to another shop and independent shop and they said the communications computer was bad. Sent the computer off to have it tested found out it was bad ordered a new one put it in the truck and it runs fine. I would not recommend these guys they do not know what theyre doing And they lie to you they said they called Eaton and was told parts no longer available. So I called and asked for the part number and they said they did not know them I said didnt you call Eaton fuller and thats when I knew they where living to me .

This is a good place to go if you want to have things stolen from your truck. I was there a while back and had a $400 pair of Bose headphones stolen from the back of my truck by one of their employees. I would stay away from this place I would never recommend it to anybody

Affinity Volvo truck repair are rip offs. Do not take your truck there as they will tell you that your truck will be ready in a week but then they pull apart the truck and keep looking for repairs to do on it and send new estimates each time with extra added on. I recommend you take your truck somewhere else as these ppl only waste time and find ways to make money off of you. My truck went in their shop for one thing and they sent me estimates starting from $2500 to $22k.BEWARE OF THEM

If you want something done with warranty you have to beat them down. I really wish tec or bruckners would take over.

Would not help me get my deposit back kept $2000 dollars cuz I couldn’t afford to get the two trucks I was going to buy. Lost three of my contacts could not afford it. So they kept my deposit of $2000 so much for helping the customer. Smh

We appreciate the work n service but they charge the truckers out of the way by these miscellaneous charges n they don’t have answer for these questions, we are already paying 100+ per hour for the labour. They are supposed to make it clear n if they are charging us for the tools they use , then we have the right to ask n take the things with us because we are paying for them

Service Is ok but very unreasonable prices. I asked for a part and I was told its 174 plus taxes and the same part I got for 36 plus taxes from outside. Whenever we go for any kind of service they charge too much Missleneous charges and shop supplies. Thats BS.

I left my truck for tune up but they found out ahi module and air regulartor is bad too. I told them ahi module and air regulator was recently purchased from them. They told me send the receipt so we can verify purchse. When I sent it and he told me parts are covered in waranty; he said you have to pay labor I said ok I will pay. Second day volvo called me said parts are not covered because air dryer causes module to be bad. I would say affinity truck center making things up. Theyre making excuses so, they dont have to cover the part in warrant. I would say even part in under warranty volvo would make something up.

They rip you off on any service or part you want to get. Very unreasonable prices. Only going you have no other option left.

Expensive,,, trucks have lots of problems. I dont think volvos are good trucks they tend to break down more often then they should.

They charge you for work they didnt do. Charged me for a premium PM service, didnt change the oil water separator, didnt fully lube the chassis, lied about the tire pressures. TWICE...caught them lying about a valve adjustment, I had my dash cam filming. They opened the hood and closed it again...these guys are no better than jiffy lube.

The mechanics and customer service are horrible. Also prepare to have your truck sit there for a couple weeks. Over price.

I called to take in my truck for over head adjustment and they told me they told me they have to charge to check it out before doing it they told me they do charge to for them to use there own tools.i just think there a crook dealer becuase i called last night guy told me 288 to do the over head adjustment called in the morning they telling me 134 a hr and it takes 4-6 hrs.

I bought 2011 volvoNot happy with my truck &warranty at allAnd sales man was a lier and they lie to me about transmission,They told me rebuilt transmission is $9000BUT its NOT trueTo fix the I shift transmission you should pay $32000And also if one of injectors is bad they are not going to tell you which one is bad, they are going to change all 6 of them and you should pay $7000 just to fix the harness & injectorsMy sales man his name was Ed.So me and my friends never going to buy volvo again .It was my biggest mistake in all my life that I bought volvo.Thanks

Drove from Sacramento because he said they have the part for me. Came there and it was not only there he never even ordered it.

They do pretty good job but they will charge you excessive fees they have charged me almost $50 misc charges when I asked them they said that was for using their tools and towels to clean their hands and etc.Does it sound right ???They invested in their shop and their tools to charge us over $120 an hour why would we pay for their investments ...??
