Amazing indian food joint with grocery!! Food is well prepared.

Too much stacked up, its difficult to walk between the shelves. The inside decor is pathetic and suffocating. The staff is fine. More or less desi stuff is available. No parking issues. Its cooked food is popular.

I don’t really like leaving reviews especially bad ones but I can honestly say the female workers seemed like they didn’t want to help me. First time 3 walked by checkout and I was about to take my money elsewhere.Then I gave this place a second chance and same thing maybe it’s because I’m caucasian at least thats how I felt being other customers had no problem getting service at checkout I don’t know but it wasn’t a very good experience and I won’t go back.

I would actually give 0 star because of the experience we had with their food. It happened coupled time before where we ordered Masala Dosa which was filled with Aloo,mutter Sabji they have no clue about the food. We also had gol gappas the water was not good anymore. Overall we had a pathetic service and food experience with these people. I wonder if they even read all the reviews 🤔

Pathetic customer service. The middle aged man who stays at the billing counter seems to be owner, is extremely rude. Along with the other young girls who work there. Also, there is always 40 mins to 1 hour of waiting if you order any food from there.Moreover, the grocery store is not good at all, just because there are no options near our place we go there. But, now onwards we would explore other grocery store than going at this place!

There customer service need to improve. I bought tea pot and I used just once but it got cracked it was very bad quality so brought back to the shop but they didn’t apologize for that or even took that back without any refund how come you sell things and don’t take there responsibility of it. For me $19 is not a big dealBut they should care about there customers. I will not go to there store again

It’s the little things - clear prices, very clean aisles, well spaced, no obnoxious smells, decent chat menu, organized freezer section.Honestly impressed - I’ve tried most of the same type of grocery stores across the area and this one does well. Kudos to the store owners.

In all honesty i had no idea what food i was ordering or what to expect so we got an assortment of food. I was not at all disappointed and overall it was an enjoyable experience. The customer service was really good and i would definitely recommend if you want to try something new because of the good value and fair prices.

Been going here since a kid, every visit they expand their variety and store aesthetics. Great place for the Central Valleys vegan community to buy Indian spices, and learn about menu items to mimic in their own kitchen.

Went here and bought lots of stuffs. Among these we ordered food ( 2 plates of chhole bature)which was taken away because dine in is restricted. we was charged correctly but when we opened the food parcel, only one plate was given to us. Called them but wasn’t helpful and those employees were laughing at me ( could heard from the background; and the person told them what was going on in Hindi). Called them multiple times but without listening to me they kept talking and doesn’t gave me chance to say anything and they just hanged up the calls. Sent an email, no respond. Customer service were rude and unprofessional.This is America, service must be according to the American standards. Shame on you guys. I wish there’s a zero star to give them.

They’re such a nice people and I love to buy sweets and groceries from them because they’re using really good stuff for the sweet so I love to go out there and shopping for my home and they’re really helpful for everything.

I bought lot of grocery from them. They are cheaters. Paneer dosa has sprinkle of paneer but all potatoes. Lays masala magic chips were stale old. Date of packaging remlved expiry removed from the packet. I do not know could they cheat. After all indians are not honest anywhere they are thats all i learned from this.

This place have an good homemade kinda food but service on front desk is bad they dont treat you like customers no matter how long you been there they dont care who ever can go on desk and pay they take the money first just dont care abt customers waiting in line

Their prices are ridiculously expensive, and not to mention theyre awful customer service, and its extremely difficult to get assistance. Its like youre inside a forest and gets yourself acclimated.

Place is too congested and employees are rude. They use to have lower prices but not anymore.

Poor customer service!

This shop is really small and packed. Even they dont have carts .Besides that its not properly organized. You cant even go properly from one lane to another lane because their stuff is all around on the floor. Need to run properly.

Update: many times Ive found the expired stuff on which the price tag has been pasted right on the mfg. and expiry date, so thats just shamlessMostly youll find all the general Indian stuff. The fast food service is kind of average

Man that samosa chana #3 was bomb . And their milk drink was so good- it was some kinda cardamom almond mix. Budget friendly and delicious !

It was a pleasure to shop with well stocked fresh vegetables, food provisions, kitchen products . fairly priced, and most importantly clean and friendly service.

I have been going to this New india sweet and spice on marks and Feland for many years and their customer service was good but not the best until an Indian girl started working there and everything is going down now .I ordered my food and was promised it will be ready in 30minutes, when I arrived there I had to wait another 45mins to an hour for just 6 plates of cholah baturah . The same Indian girl said well you have to understand we are short handed.On Friday March 29th I called in to place an order for 4lb Jalebi the same Indian girl and the owner of the store forgot to place my order and when asked she answered me rudely by saying” I forgot mistakes happens”. Please save your time and go somewhere else .The store is very clean and the people are nice . They have the best gol gapa’s varieties of sweets. I even got hot jalebi from the kitchen They are much nicer than this place. I have lost trust in New india sweet.Never going back again I was a customer for this place for 14years years but not any more. If you like being treated rude by all means go here.This place is not worth spending a single penny.Not even worth a 1 star

I have been going to this store for over 6 years now. The owner of this store has no sense of respect for his customers. His body language makes you feel that he is donating you food and not selling it. A recent experience has convinced me to not to visit this store anymore. Rude and unprofessional.

I used to go here at least once a month and eat lunch. But this last time my server was a different person and I ordered sev puri, which has become my favorite, but instead I was served a bowl full of sev covered in chutney. Sev puri used to be what I ordered on bad days, but now I cant even go back.
