I have been trying to get a Cpap machine for months and for some reason their employees seemed to not want to follow up and ensure that the processes are easy to follow and understood. They have several excuses for why its a painstaking process and do not even care to to call in a timely manner. My frustration level was high and they couldnt seem to help except to say that they just got back from vacation. Great thanks for wasting my time, Kubat. I will go someplace else.

Went to kubats for the first time today. My husband had bladder cancer and needs to wear urostomy bags. We had a prescription from his Dr. Which he visited a week ago. An employee told us that they needed his medical records in order to fill the prescription. Why would a pharmacy need all his records in order to get the pouches. Went to kohls, prescription was ordered and will be shipped within 4 days. Wow. We will never go to kubats again. This is a lifelong prescription and they need to educate their associates that they dont need his medical records, just a prescription and insurance information. The associate became very rude when I asked her to return the script to us. They would have made money from us as this is for life. Will never stop in kubats again, they lost our business!
