I’ve worked with Scott and Gunter and I couldn’t be happier. I was told by several Porsche owners that Fremont Porsche was the best place to have service done, and they were right! Everyone has been so professional, knowledgeable and kind. For example, they advised me on which tires would be best for my driving needs (not the most expensive) and when I scheduled a major service, they checked the car computer and told me I did not need that service, just an oil change, saving me thousands! It is clear the people at FP love the cars and have integrity, as well as extensive knowledge and experience.That’s everything I want/need in a service resource.

I had an urgent situation that came up on Saturday where my attempt to change my own oil resulted in some damage to the oil pan rendering the car in need of immediate service.I called my service rep Scott Hageman at Fremont Porsche that same day on SATURDAY and they were able to work me in for a Monday early AM drop off. Amazing! The car was done perfectly a few days later as they needed to order in parts. They always keep me up to date via text and if you search the forums they are consistently rated as the best service shop in the Bay Area.I trust them 100% that they will provide quality at a fair price. I give my highest endorsement to Scott and the service director, Gunter.

$990 to fix two corroded wires. And never disclose hourly rate and how many hours cost.My cayenne stopped working after a car wash. It’s a common issue for Porsche Cayenne, water drain clog issue. ( search YouTube, you will find lots of videos about this.)I towed my car to Porsche Fremont, and I also told the lady it’s caused by the corroded wires under the driver’s side floor mat. She told me she will forward my message to the technician and they will check it.After several days, they called me and told me it will cost $1100 and offer me a discount and make final price to $990.I paid and got the bill. In the bill, “two corroded wires fixed”. No part cost, all labor charge. But no mention of how many hours of work done, and what’s the hourly rate.On the invoice, they said they cleared the clog. But later I found there are still many debris under the hood.And $990 is not the end of story. After few weeks, the car’s transmission or maybe drive shaft have an issue, there are a big “bong bong bong” sound from the bottom when accelerate. It may cost another several thousand to fix it. I understand I may fell into a trap. And I understand, today car dealer can barely make profit from selling cars, their profit is from “repair”.I have to end this horrible thing. Porsche is a good brand, the car runs very good when it works. When it’s not work, it will be a “financial disaster”. Good thing is I found CarMax, and trade in the cayenne for less than half what I paid for. My loss freed me from future ripoff.Anyway, thank you Porsche Fremont. At least you fixed it and the cayenne runs another few weeks.

Fremont Porsche was highly recommended and they did not disappoint. They truly understand the RS model and its needs. I would come here again and i live in the southbay.

Vehicle presented a strange warning at a very inconvenient time and location. After calling 3 other Porsche dealerships in the area, Porsche of Fremont was the only one able to provide a loaner for the duration of my repairs (Wife is pregnant and due very soon. This gave her peace of mind!). This is my first time visiting Porsche of Fremont and I am pleased with their work. Great customer service: profesional and efficient. Highly recommend.

Brought my 2020 Taycan in for a major software update (WMA5 and WMA7). This is a new and incredibly challenging update in which some of the earlier vehicles had issues and needed to be updated repeatedly. Michelle, my service advisor, gave me an upfront read that the update on my vehicle might need to be in for longer than expected. Fortunately, my update went smoothly and Porsche of Fremont was great enough to keep me updated of the progress. Thanks!!!

Bought a car and felt completely taken care of by Hart and Terry Toledo. When spending this much money you expect the white glove treatment. These two guys were over the top nice. Hart came in on his day off to say hi and to see if everything was taken care of. Awesome!!!! Terry did a fantastic job getting us in and out as quickly as possible. Really really appreciate the time he spent teaching me how to use all the features on the Macan at the end of the transaction. Exceptional customer services. Skyler was awesome on the phone making sure everything that could get done prior to my arrival was taken care of so I could get out of there fast. Even the Mercedes finanace guy was super nice. All and all I would highly recommend this place to futr=ure interested costomers.

Porsche of Fremont saved the day! I got a flat tire over the weekend and called them. Their service dept was closed but they helped direct me on best practices so that I could claim my unused tire warranty. When they opened on Monday, I received texts messages updating me of the work that they were proceeding on, status of my warranty and gave me status updates throughout the day. I have taken my car to Stevens Creek (unimpressed) and Burlingame (fine) and I must say I will be back to Fremont for their outstanding care and service.

I took it to Porsche Fremont for the 4 year major service and am very happy with the service. Michelle was very professional, the checkin was very fast and she kept me updated during the service. Very happy with the team and I will go back there for my car service needs going forward.

I had some warranty service done. Because they are far from me I scheduled for one of their complimentary loaners - a nice driving Cayenne. With the pandemic, Porsche Fremont made the drop off and pick up easy and completely outdoors in their covered driveway. Just trade keys, get the paperwork and go. I appreciate the minimized contact in these times.

I rated the service I received during my last visit 5 stars for the professionalism and quality of work. I hesitated and thought about just giving 4 stars because of the longer than expected time to complete the work. However given the current surge in the pandemic, I assumed that the delay in getting the right parts were also a result of the impact to businesses.

Gunter Feldmeier and his service staff are consistently exceptional!!! This particular service was for our 1989 928GT, and Gunters knowledge of older models was particularly advantageous! His depth of knowledge of the new as well as the vintage models are priceless.

I dont know that guys name. But he wears a Porsche T shirt with a big Porsche logo on the back. Thin and tall. When I asked him a question about my hood alignment issue. He was even not wait for me to finish and just say this is not a problem. Just mention the body adjustment guaranteed 90 days instead of helping the customer to solve the problem. Really disappointed. The attitude and tone were not friendly at all. As a service center person, should you treat your customer be a customer is against your customer like this way?

Gunter, Scott and the tech guys are top professionals. As a Porsche fan i take my GT3 only to Porsche Fremont, they simply knows the engines so well and their service is top notch.

The service department is no different than any other dealer service. My car has less than 15k bought new at Fremont Porsche. The battery cover doesnt shut properly. They are trying to say it is something I did and I should pay for the work. Typical. Only about profits.

I take both of my cars to Porsche Fremont, even though its out of the way from my house (a 15 minute drive from South Bay, depending on traffic.) I like the attention to detail provided by Gunter and Michelle. Cory in the service department is very detail oriented, fixes whatever problem the car came with, and looks for potential additional problems. Each time I take a car for service, the service department treats me almost like family, which is something unexpected from a dealership, and especially in the Bay Area.

I had a great experience with Porsche Fremont ... Everything is on time, and the car is delivered on time as promised.

Came in with a PDK transmission issue that I thought a fluid flush would fix. Service manager came with me on a test drive as soon as I got there as they had not seen the issue before. Reproduced it with him, and got him intrigued. He diagnosed it and fixed it for $200, when I had a service booked for $1000. He also walked me through the ins and outs of the car (new to me). The service adviser was also great.

Superb timing to get my 911 serviced and they gave me a Mecan as a loaner for the duration. Highly recommended.

Broken spoiler drive on the 991 C4S. Scott, as always, was super communicative throughout the diagnosis and solution phases and we ended up deciding to replace the factory rear spoiler with a full Porsche Aerokit that includes the duck tail spoiler. Problem was the kit wasn’t available even at Porsche AG. Scott sprung into action with the team at Porsche of Fremont and now we have a kit on order and being put together by Porsche. There’s a reason why I continue take my car from Danville to Fremont for service and it’s the unbeatable customer service and communication as well as the quality of their work.
