Good dealership. I bought my first RAM truck there about 3 years ago, and drove up every time from Lincoln to have it serviced. Unfortunately the sales manager wasnt able to offer a very good discount on my new truck order so Ill be picking my new 3500 up in Louisiana. That said, if things get back to normal and they can offer competitive pricing to what you can get if youre willing to drive, I would not have a problem buying another truck there, or having it serviced.

Its a car dealership its what you would expect. BUT I drive half an hr to go to this particular one because they are personable. Ive had the same sales person for 7yrs. Hes in a different department now. But just shows they value their employees from every I can see. Ive done 2 leases and boughton one vehicle. Ive had all my repair work done from them. Its worth my time to drive out here.

Jayden was great with the sale. Smooth process and very personable. Unfortunately AC did not work from the start. Brought back once and claimed it was fixed. Brought back in another month and it was determined by Nic that the AC had another problem that most likely existed prior to the sale but they would not honor because they had not fixed it initially. Big dealership look with used car salesman feel. Will not purchase or service vehicles there again.

I just had a great experience with the service department at Gene Steffy! My van I bought from there almost 10 years ago was making a strange noise. I showed up and asked someone to go on a ride with me to hear the noise. Mark the foreman was the lucky guy. He drove around until the van made the noise and was able to give a basic synopsis based off the sound and area it was coming from. I had a fun, pleasant experience and plan to take my vehicle there to get it fixed when ready.In addition, we bought a new RAM 1500 from Gene Steffy in 2020 and we are very happy with our new vehicle. Todays experience is just proof we keep coming back because our experiences there are always positive!

I dont have the greatest credit but they got me in what i wanted for the monthly payment i was lookin for. Made buying my first new car stress free, and the same service and kindness has been there every time I go in whether it be for an oil change or something else. Its going to be hard to get me to buy a car anywhere else.

Nobody ever really enjoys having to buy a new car. Salesmen can be pushy, dumb or rude, but not here. Everyone was friendly and polite and knowledgeable about the product they were selling. I got about halfway home with my new car when I realized I left my sunglasses in the little compartment above the windshield in my old car. I turned around to go back and see if I could still get them. My old car was not where I left it, but was around in back. The sales lady, Shaunelle, walked me back to it so I could retrieve my sunglasses. I think I probably could have got a better (lower) price on this car, however. Guess I should have asked. Too bad I didnt. My bad.

Bought a 2014 Challenger from them with 8,600 miles. Rear end made noise shortly after i got it (8,700 miles) they changed out the differential. Noise is still there, their reply Thats normal Mopar noise. Engine started making a loud ticking noise at 11,000 miles, brought it in. Changed out a couple lifters, noise is quieter but still there. Their reply Thats normal Mopar noise. Easy to give a power train warranty for life when you always have lame excuses to hide behind. Buyer beware, just go to Woodhouse...Update 11/19/20, since this review they have brought my vehicle in and looked again. Said they found a damaged piston head and rings and they replaced them. The ticking noise now starts around 1500 RPMS, it did start at 2,000. I also didnt recieve an invoice pertaining to the parts replaced and hours it required like usual. I have requested this info from Ken Voorheis (manager) with no results.

After looking online for the right van for a couple of months, and after several emails and phone conversations with other dealers, we found the perfect vehicle at Gene Steffy. Since we were coming in from out-of-town to buy the car, I spoke with Mark on the phone and he was very helpful in sending additional photos and describing the exact condition of the car.When we arrived the van was sitting out front ready for us to test drive and was exactly as described. We originally were going to finance through our own bank. We had already secured financing through our own bank, but she suggested that she might even be able to find us a lower rate. We didnt go with the car we looked at here. Instead we went somewhere else. The salesman was a young new kid. He was chill didnt seem pushy for the time we spent with him. He was the only salesman out of like 10 dealerships Ive gone to that called me a few days later to follow up! Kudos for that and keep up the good work!

We looked at car fax on truck we were looking at it did not show any body work had been done to the truck. We went to install mud flaps on truck. notice the wheel well on both sides of the truck box had been worked on. I would suggest if you are looking at a car or truck at this dealership. Take to a body shop that you do business with to take a very close look at it . I would suggest Edwards Or Sid Dillions to Buy ! Dealership seems to only contact or respond to people that give 5 stars on reviews! one would think all customers should be important to them. Other dealerships we have bought from always do follow up calls and if something is wrong try to fix any issues Not this one

Had a particularly bad experience. Granted, most of it is my fault for not doing any research.They use high pressure sales tactics and are too willing to take advantage of you.Again, my fault for going in blind.Best advice: do your research. Don’t get suckered into a 3,000 dollar warranty. They don’t like to tell you how much it costs, they just quote the monthly payment.The protection plans are also garbage. Stay away from them as well.Also, this dealership liked to contact me periodically. I’m sure I’m on a list titled: “EASY MONEY”Do your research. Don’t let them take advantage of you.

But, the second time I had asked for a specific request and he went out of his way and called me the next day and we were able to make a deal. It was an important request for me and I really appreciated his time and how he took care of his customer. Randal was nice to work with too. He explained everything in detail in the paperwork. I felt comfortable with this dealership more than I have ever felt with any other that Ive worked with. I will go back next time Im shopping for a car. I had oil changes done in the Service Dept. and the people their were very good too. The actual car buying experience was 5 stars but the office side get them to a 2 star rating. I bought my truck and live in kansas so the title needs to be sent to me there. You get a 30 day tag but the title wasnt sent until two days before the expiration of the temp tags, when I tried to get an extension of my temp tags to remain legal the response given was just keep driving on expired tags and explain to the cops you havent gotten the title yet and hopefully they understand. So in order to remain legal I will have to take time off work to go to kansas to park my truck and get it trailered to the inspection area while I find a different vehicle to rent or borrow until I can get my truck registered.

Moved to Fremont 20 years ago, purchased my first Chrysler Product from Gene Steffy, Gary was my salesman, 4 other vehicles since, there always competitive with mega dealers in area. But outstanding care by the whole staff. Owner will visit with you, Nick in Service remembers your name and goes out of the way to help you. Service department very helpful. I will always be a Steffy Customer.

We needed our fixed but they could not get our car in for another week ☹️. We called the Omaha dealership and they offered us a curitsy car, and to get our car in. Usually Gene Steffy is so good. But last few times we needed something done to our car, it has been a week to two weeks out. What the point of getting the warranty if you cant use it??

When buying a vehicle I dont need to suffer through endless haggling. The price offered by the sales person is always reasonable and is always honest in representing the vehicles history. The service department performs in a similar manner. I am not sold parts and service I do not need and the work that is performed is always done correctly. I have no reason to go to other dealerships.

My wife and I were looking for a Rav 4. We found one at Gene Steffy but they were closing at 5 and if we couldn’t get in than we wouldn’t be able to for the next 2 weeks. We met Brandon Miller, the salesman, at 4 PM. Even though the work day was almost over for him, we did not feel rushed and he even gave my wife and I his office to have a private conversation. We ended up purchasing the vehicle. There wasn’t a lot of hassle and he even went out of his way to get us a bottle of touch up paint and sent it to our house. He touched base with us after the sale to ensure we didn’t need anything. I would very much recommend this dealership. While we were waiting the owner himself even came by to chat which was a very nice gesture.

From start to finish, EJ and Kathy were the best. Never felt pressured one bit. We were going in to look at the Jeep Compass but EJ asked if we would like to see the Jeep Cherokee first. My wife and I are happy that we did. We were able to get more rebates and incentives on the Cherokee over the Compass. We will definitely choose Gene Steffy again for our next purchase.

My husband and I went to the dealership to look at a classic vehicle. We looked the car over, test drove it, and discussed what the vehicle would need (dash lights didn’t work, stereo didn’t work, transmission shifted rough, bumper was crooked, the release on the driver seat didn’t work, etc.). My husband told the salesman what we would offer, and that the vehicle needed a lot of work. He asked us to come with him to talk. As we started to follow him, a RUDE man from the corner, who I assume is some kind of manager, approached and told the salesman, ‘Gary (or whatever the salesman’s name was), don’t waste your time.’ (there wasn’t a single customer in the dealership.) And looked at my husband and I and said, ‘Thanks for coming in. Have a good night.’ Followed by telling us that the 71 Mustang would be ‘$30k new’. Ummm, 1. It’s NOT new, it’s 48 years old, and 2. If you can sell me a NEW MUSTANG for $30k, I’LL TAKE TWO! Rude, disrespectful and I will tell everyone who will listen to stay away from Steffy’s! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!

I had been looking for a manual transmission diesel pick up in the 350 - 450 class. Gene Steffy had one. Though they were far from me, and though I had not heard of them before or anyone doing business with them, I made the long drive out because the type of truck I wanted was very hard to find.I am pleased to say that the whole process with Gene Steffy was worth it. Wonderful staff from Sales Guys to Finance and Managment. The whole team is very knowledgeable and so eager to help. They listened to my husband and me from the beginning and didnt try to push us towards another vehicle. I came with a preapproval from my own bank ahead of time. But sadly, my bank did not want to finance this type of truck. It was just slightly out of their guidelines of acceptable vehicles. Gene Steffy offered to run my credit with their top banks that finance these types of trucks. Low and behold, I was quickly approved and for much better terms than my own bank wanted to give me. My husband and I were shocked and super happy. I really thought that I was going to have terrible terms. But I was so happy and grateful to the staff at Gene Steffy for helping us through.I would definitely return should I need another vehicle.

My girlfriend and I went here a little wile back looking for a jeep, nothing super particular in mind but had a general outlook of a fee we wanted to look at. This dealership always seems to have very friendly staff that are helpful in quickly finding vehicles on their lot, but it is a tough place to drive a price down but if looking for a well built jeep this is the place although I have seen some vehicles on their lot that they needed to do work on before it could even be considered road safe to be what Id deem sellable with reliability but thats only super small amounts of their cars most likely tradeins others gave them. They seem to take care of the cars when they can.

Wanted a cabin air filter changed. In and out in 30 min without an appointment...and a car wash! Nic took great care of me.

They wanted to get me to take a vehicle I didnt really want nor the color I wanted. So I went into Steffys and Ed was awesome. Not only did I walk out with a new Jeep. I walked out pleased with the price and very very pleased with the service I got that day. I can walk in and he is always willing to help. Bought a new car on 4/26/14. They were VERY no-pressure & were very helpful in answering questions before we even arrived. They had the models we were interested in ready to display, explained differences, helped us get a very low APR, explained the features of the new car, and Gene himself even stopped by to chat. Got a great deal on a great car, complete with a good maintenance package. We appreciated their awesome customer service & how we never felt like we were being pressured or talked into anything.If I could change anything with the buying process, it would be when my wife soaked our poor salesman with the windshield washer fluid on accident (windy day). We bought our van from Gene Steffy, but live in Omaha. With 3 small boys, we thought it would be easier to take our van to an Omaha dealership for some warranty work. However, when I called the local dealership I was told that they would have to leave me carless for a couple of days. I called Gene Steffy and explained my situation to them. They worked around my schedule and only took my van while they were making the repair. They even lined up a loaner van for me while my van was being worked on. With customer service like this, we will continue to drive to Fremont to have our van serviced and when we purchase future vehicles, we will start at Gene Steffy.

Working with the service department was a absolute joke! We took our van in because the alternator is not charging the battery. I told them that we suspected the PCM was bad . Two days later they called and said that they thought it was a wiring harness that they were going to replace it for $179 dollars . I said OK that’s great. Two more days went by they called me and said that the wiring harness was not what the matter was with it, that the PCM was bad they did not replace the harness. That a new PCM was $825 dollars. I said OK replace it. Five days later we called and asked if the van was done they said that the PCM just got in, they said they could have it done Monday. Then he asked me when could we bring the van in!!!!! I said you’ve had it for two weeks. They call the next day it was done the bill was just shy of $1000 dollars. This place is a joke I would recommend taking your vehicle anywhere else but here.

We did not but a car we were just replacing a tail light. Overall the staff was friendly and easy to work with. I do think the dealership is too small to handle everything that they have.

The dealership has a great selection of vehicles. Not only the sales men are very nice evwn the people in the service center really care about your vehicle. This dealship has been Im my family for awhile its the place where my grandpa got his first car and the place I will always go to when looking for a vehicle.

I had a low tire warning on my way to work. Even though it was several minutes before they opened, they got me right in, repaired my tire, and I was only a little late! What a blessing!

Shaunelle was the sales associate we spoke with, she was very nice and patient. I wanted to see the trunk/hatch room in probably 6 different vehicles. Sadly they didnt have exactly what I was looking for, she stared that they are always buying new ones and they would keep us in mind. In less than an hour they had found at least one that is a stong possibly. Highly recommend Shaunelle, she is great!

By far the rudest dealership Ive ever dealt with! It had been 25+ years since I last tried to do business with this dealership and back then I was not impressed, at least they are consistent!
