I want to be nice about them, but I really cannot. I brought my vehicle in because there is an issue with the engine stalling related to stabilink, and chevy has made it so you just plug in a code reader to complete the diagnosis. After I brought the vehicle in, they charged me $200 to read the code, then said the problem is an old firmware so another $200 to reinstall the firmware. I told them that it cannot be the software, but they insisted that this being the issue, and if it doesnt fix the problem I can bring the vehicle back in. A few weeks later, the exact problem is back and they want to go through this whole process again, and their technicians simply do not know what theyre doing.For all the employees they have: answering calls, 1:1 service manager, the actual mechanics, etc. there is only one conclusion from me. They cannot fix car problems. They can and will charge you a lot for regular maintenance service because they have lots of mouths to feed, but they dont actually know how to fix your car.

My husband sent Chevelotte sonic 2018 to here for mantainance for leaking gasoline. They call my husband to talk that my car need to change part and they will make order. My husband and I wait for 1 week and they never call back. I think that there is something wrong in this Cheverlote Service center. They dont need customers and they dont want to fix it as soon as possible. They let customer waiting for 1 week and service guy have not yet called me back. I dont know why this service still open and their service is poor customer service. I think that may be We must wait and wait until one month later.

The representative got an attitude when I asked about loaner vehicles, while my vehicle is being serviced for a recall. I understand its not the representatives fault to no longer provide loaner vehicles for customers, BUT, why are you mad? I should be the one mad. Mad that I have to bring my vehicle for a recall, that is not my fault, mad that Chevrolet acts as if they have zero understanding that customers have a life outside of the repair shop, and I, personally have things that I could be doing, instead of sitting at Chevrolet, (probably outside & cold) waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. The rep had the nerves to say, Its only an hour.....That is laughable....Its only an hour to the rep due to the fact shes at work, NOT ME! Not so great customer service!

We made an appointment for an oil change, wiper change and tire rotation. The guy at the desk said there was a couple of recalls they would take care of while it was there too. Awesome. We were quoted a two hour wait which was fine. Kids and I killed two hours walking the shops and walked back only to be told that it would be another two hours. At this point we had to have someone come pick is up. Went home called around the two hour mark again and then were told it still had about 20 minutes left. I started on my way there figuring it would be done by the the time I got there but no, not quite. After a 15 minute weird paying experience, I over heard the person walkie talkie to bring it out and they said they had misplaced my keys. It took another 15 minutes or so for them to bring my truck around. All in all this took about 5 hours for an appointment service...This was a horrible experience and Im not sure they even performed all the services that they said they did. They didnt even replace my windshield wipers that I asked for. When I called to ask, they simply said if we didnt change them then we didnt have them. My husband and I used to come here all the time and they always had wonderful service and attentive employees but now when you pull up everyone just kind of ignores you until someone eventually has to acknowledge you.

Professional, courteous, trustworthy and efficient service. I’ve been very pleased with the auto maintenance work and with the prices. Vince always takes care of me and provides amazing customer service. Vince and the team at Fremont Chevrolet’s service center always exceed my expectations

When buying a car: their sales people kept auto-spamming me with emails with irrelevant sales ads, made to appear as if they came from real person. When Id confront them about it they would get defensive and tell me not to get upset that their email bot communication conflict with our real email communication that took place earlier. Also they used pressure tactics like if you come in and buy TODAY ONLY well give you a better price than other dealership. I ended up buying my car from a different dealership.When servicing a car: their sales experience shouldve already sent me running from this dealership. I was naive in hopes of getting a different service experience. After pulling up in their service lane on time for my appointment, I sat there for half an hour with nobody approaching me. Finally I went inside the building and talked to one of their service advisers Frank. As I tried to describe some additional parts I wanted to order, the guy answered his phone multiple times and assisted someone else, while having me wait mid-sentence. The lack of common sense in his approach was immense. I had a loose hoop in steering wheel stitching, so I asked for the technician to come out and look at it, so they can put in order for a new steering wheel, so I can be on my way. Instead they insisted that I leave the car there (it takes 20 seconds to look at this!!!), so I complied. Later, an email conversation took place where the guy kept feeding me dismissive nonsensical one-liners. Needless to say I came and got my car before letting them proceed with doing any work. I give you unedited conversation here:- Regarding that loose steering wheel stitch hoop - i figured it would take mechanic less than 20 second to look at it and make a determination of how to proceed. Any ETA?- We are locating the part now and placing the order. The process will be completed soon.- Do you mean you will replace the whole steering wheel?- No sir, we are locating the part so we can order the steering wheel. It is not in stock.- Sorry, locating what part?*stops responding at this point*Oh also: no car wash, no loaner. Dont come here.
