I am so incredibly impressed by this company! I’ve been a car enthusiast for some time now and I like to perform extensive homework before pulling the trigger on many of the mods I do. That said-I own a 2018 Audi S5 Sportback and I was in the market for a tune. I looked into APR, Unitronic, Integrated Engineering , and 034. I decided to go with 034 (for so many reasons) and purchased a tune from them a couple months back and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Their service is top notch, the quality is unbeatable, and their prices are more than fair, especially for what you get! Now I find they go in their existing tunes and revise those tunes to make them even better than previous versions. Who does that? Nobody does that- except 034 that is! They even host podcasts and educate their followers. You can tell they care all around and I just couldn’t be a bigger fan. They absolutely have a customer for life in me.

One of the best VW/Audi specialty shops in the bay area. I have a 2020 GTI and they not only made the changes I came for but also had great recommendations of other improvements I could make to my car. They constantly had employees out working in and around the building and that allowed me to ask all the questions I may have had. 100% recommend this if you have a VW/Audi that you plan to mod at all, or if you just want to do a track day. I have taken our Audis to 034 for many years, and they have done extensive work for me on my 2003 RS6 as well as regular service and upgrades on my 2016 S6. The team there is honest and willing to work with me for the best results. I trust them with the work as well as diagnosing problems. The only advantage dealers have is a loaner car, but I would much prefer a solid and trustworthy partnership in the care and maintenance of my cars. I own a Audi TTRS that has gotten a lot of love from 034. they always communicate what the costs and timeframe are going to be for any service/repair/upgrade. I have always been happy with everything Ive had done here. I only wish they were closer to my house.UPDATE: They now have a San Jose location that Jamil is at. Took the TTRS they for some HP love and the location is a bit hard to find but nice location for me now.

I was referred to 034 by a family member because I wanted aftermarket wheels installed on my daily driver.I was so excited to finally receive a call from the service advisor, Jamil that my wheels have arrived! The following week I had them placed on my car.After the wheels were installed, as I admired it @ different angles. Something was off. I couldnt figure it out. So I compared the picture to what was installed. What the...! I couldnt believe it! Rohana shipped the wrong wheels!!!!! Jamal couldnt believe it either!The size and color was correct but I ordered the RFX10 series and Rohana shipped the RFX7 series instead.Sonu, the manager happened to walk by and he said, You dont look excited! I told him what happened and he had them put back the OEM wheels and they contacted Rohana with the mix up.This was a huge disappointment and inconvenience for me! I specifically asked for time off from work which was not easy. Not to mention the time I spent driving and waiting for the install.However, Sonu and Jamil were apologetic and they gave me a discount on labor and a Veteran discount too. I have used 034 multiple times now on my RS3 and I cannot say enough good things about them. I have my intercooler, downpipe, spark plugs, injectors, dog bone mount, engine and transmission mounts all done here. They are honest, fair in price and do great work. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a quality shop for their VW/Audi.

These guys know their Audis. I took my A3 for some modifications/upgrades and now it really rips and handles like its on rails. I must have added 100+ HP and torque.Ill be going back for a few more modifications, and then it might be track time.

034 Motor Sport installed a coilover suspension system (ST model X) on my 2017 Audi A3 Premium Sedan. I received a list of referrals from a good friend and 034 was one of the (approximately 10) referred shops. After receiving quotes and lists of to-be-performed steps from each of the shops (as well as some not on my friend’s list), I chose 034 Motor Sport. I did not choose 034 for the quoted price of the job, but for the number of services that they provide with the installation of the coilover system (they include wheel alignment - both at the time of the install AND a follow-up alignment after the suspension had settled, as well as headlight adjustment and ride height to my spec). Also key in my decision was the amount of time quoted for the work. While some shops quoted a week for the job, 034 quoted “next day.” I dropped my car off at 8am and picked it up that same evening at 6pm - actually, I didn’t get there until nearly 6:30 and they were extremely accommodating.I cannot say enough about how professional, friendly and helpful these guys were - and continue to be… I am 100% satisfied with the work they have done snd would absolutely recommend 034 Motor Sport.

So I have a 2008 VW mk5 R32 that needed replacement parts and service. Finding a reliable mechanic for this car has been more than challenging.After getting ripped off from two other “mechanics” that are now out of business, I decided I needed to drive a bit further to get some quality service.Searching for a VW specialist I came across 034 Motorsport mentioned in various VW forums online. After a quick search I realized they’re 25min away from me.A quick Google will reveal they sell quite a few aftermarket parts for various German cars. But they also have a service department.When you pull up you know you’re in the right place when you see lots of other customers German vehicles filling the parking lot.You can tell right away these guys love their job. Very thorough and reassuring on what work needs to be done.They were able to do a full inspection in about a day. Very quick. I got an estimate through text that brings me to a updated list of approved expenses. Very convenient!I got a full page worth of work done. Nothing major except the thermostat. Bushings, fluids changed, tires, and a sway bar upgrade for the rear.Everything finished in a timely manner with consistent updates on any potential issues. Never felt pressured to purchase anything unnecessary. Only suggestions and when to get certain work done.More than fair price for the work done! Car feels better than even when I first bought it second hand. Hard to believe considering it has double the miles now at 150k!Jamil was our service rep and he was very helpful all the way through the service process. I had some Carbon Cleaning done the first time ever for my 2012 Golf R @ around 124,000 miles. Shes now running smoother than before. I also notice some regained power and slightly better pick up on the throttle. Definately a must do for Direct injected vehicles. 034 did it right. They even showed me before and after pictures. The difference was night and day. Im very happy with the results. Thanks again to 034 and crew. You guys are awesome.

Best place for aftermarket upgrades

The moment I reached out to Jamil at 034Motorsport was the the best decision for my car and my life. He was very patient as we communicated back and forth for weeks, reassuring me the services they provide would be too notch. I finally took time off work to drive 2 hours to their shop to get my KW HAS installed. He delivered the car on time as promised and he even threw in a transmission mount for free. After the install, he informed me that the rear would drop a bit more as they need time to settle but 2-3 weeks went by without any changes. I emailed him back to resolve the issue. He was a true CHAMP about the situation and offered to lower the rear and realign the car at no additional cost! I am really blown away by his professionalism, communication skills, and mostly his word which is hard to find nowadays in the car industry. I would highly recommend any of my friends and family to Jamil and the team at 034Motorsports for their customer service and workmanship!

After doing extensive research on where I wanted to take my 2016 S3 to go to stage 2 I ended up landing on 034 Motorsport. I did so for a few reasons. They had great reviews on yelp and google, and everything I read on various forums was positive. Various videos Id seen on YouTube and other platforms were all very positive. They manufacturer and test just about all their parts. Finally, they are local for me. I called them and Jamil and Aaron were extremely helpful. There was a back ordered on the downpipe and they kept me well informed on when they were expected to be in. I ended up going to stage 2 with a downpipe, intake, and intercooler. I also had the front grille changed out for an RS3 style honeycomb grille, added a black trunk spoiler, and a front lip splitter. The car is completely transformed both in the way in looks and the power that it makes. I knew it would be a big power gain, but I couldnt image how massive of a difference it would make until I drove it off the lot. Its a night and day difference, and I will definitely be going back to them for future service and/or more mods to the car.

Got a chance to tour the facility a couple years back. Clean, efficient, well organized facility. Employees and owner seem genuine and passionate about their work. Employees willing to engage the customer. Before I even purchased my S4 I researched all my options for tuning and decided on 034 and have not been disappointed. Currently stage 2 single pulley and loving my car more than ever!

I got my Audi back from 034 Motorsport about a week ago after having them replace a Turbo and few other parts in my car. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to especially give thanks to Jamil for helping me out. He gave great suggestions and steered me in the right direction with my vehicle. Price quotes were more than fair given they are a specialty performance shop. There was no ridiculous up charges or unforeseen add ons to my invoice. I felt comfortable having them work on my Audi, since that is what they specialize in. They also completed my vehicle in the said time frame which is actually pretty rare to find. Absolutely the worst customer service ive ever experienced, i had placed an order for 2 items, paid for shipping, only to receive 1 of the 2 items i placed an order for.I sent them an email explaining what had occurred and did not hear back for 3-4 days, then i finally got a response saying they will look into it. Another 3-4 days go by without me hearing from them, so i sent another email and got a response a few days later saying thell get me in touch with someone who will help me and you guessed it, no one actually reached out to me, so i sent another email and received a response fast this time which i was surprised by and was told id be getting the refund in 1-2 business days.one week goes by, still no refund, no updates, nothing.At this point i open a dispute with paypal to get my money back, and about 15 minutes after submitting the claim i get a phone call from them asking me to close the dispute and only then would my refund be processed.This was the first time and will be the very last time i purchase anything from them, absolutely the worst customer service ever, dont expect any help in case you run into an issue with your order after receiving it.Dealt with Chris Murphy

Went in for some regular service maintenance (Brake flush, DSG fluid change, LSD fluid change). This was my first time to the service department. The guys there were great, easy to talk to and felt comfortable leaving my car there. Will be going back on my next scheduled service interval.

Ive previously purchased a variety of parts from 034 and was pleased with their products and parts service.I took a big leap based on this and I pre-ordered parts for a turbo upgrade and scheduled a service appointment for installation several weeks in advance. When I arrived (I drove from the Ontario CA area), I was treated spectacularly, the turbo upgrade and other parts were installed in the time frame promised. Stellar service reps and quality technicians. These guys care about what they do and their reputation. Ive received two calls to ensure that I was happy with the work, and oh, yes I am!I will return (despite the drive) for future work.

Such an awesome place to go if you have an Audi and love cars! Most days Ive been here, theyve had a race car or two out in the shop, and everyone looks like they love coming to work every day. I bring my S4 here for maintenance and performance upgrades, and wouldnt take it anywhere else. The Service Department can get busy at times, so make sure you call ahead for an appointment!They have a really nice engineering/manufacturing facility as well, if youre a nerd about that stuff.

Great service. Very straight forward and dependable/reliable. I brought my sons S4 to Sonu and Palmer and have to say that they made me feel comfortable and at ease leaving my car there. I trust O34 completely and highly recommend anyone who is considering taking their car here. I’ve been trying to return my clutch and flywheel for the past month after waiting a month for the wrong clutch and flywheel to come in for my build. After trying to email 2 separate people hoping to get a response faster than every other week, and don’t bother to call because it goes straight to voicemail no matter when you try to call. After dealing with all of that and trying to set rma up since the order was older than 30 days from the flywheel taking so long I had to wait for the “support team” to set it up. Coming up on 2 weeks of having everything set back to them I’ve still haven’t gotten a response or my money back. Needless to say I’m cutting my losses with this company after this refund

I normally never go on-line and review my experience anywhere however my expectations were exceeded when it came to service and attention to detail with the guys from 034.I wanted to get a stage 3 on my b5 s4 and I was going back and forth on whether or not I should go through it. The last time I went to modify a car in 2001, it hopped though 3 other different shops and it took 5 years to get it finished.Knowing that 034 cater to Audi i figure I give these guys a try. I originally called up and spoke to Christian Miller and told him my expectations and goals for the project. He told me what to expect from the car when it came to the reliability, power, and the time line for how long the car would be in the shop. After Nathan, the service writer, emailed me a thorough estimate I decided to go for it.During the work in progress their technician Adam noticed that my timing belt was off a tooth and took care of it. I was a bit surprised that they went to the extent to check everything while it was out. I at least know not to go to the previous shop who did my t-belt. As promised my car was returned to me in a week.After the initial break of the car went back for the tuning. I was a bit nervous during the project build due to my past experiences with the other shops in the past one what to expect from the car on the dyno They hit the target number as per Christians promise and the car drove as smooth as a stage 1 car, but with a lot more top end.Being in the service industry, I always take notice to how a business treats their customer and I must admit, these guys know what they are doing and do care about the customer experience that is why I gave them 5 stars.They have given me all the confidence to start modifying my other cars and I now know who my go to shop will always be.The only downside to 034 is that they are not located on the peninsula and I have to cross the bridge to go there.

Very dishonest company! Many of their products show as in stock but do not ship for months despite them collecting payment up front. Most calls get passed around uneducated employees, especially their joke of a customer advocate. Stay away! There are better companies out there to buy from.

Parts were backordered and alex moved mountains to get me my parts within the time frame i told him i needed them. If i need more parts will definatly call and get them from alex again.

Amazing parts service and customer care

I have a mk4 r32. Long story short...Jamil and the main tech dude went out of thyre way when I couldnt get 1of theyre products fitted right. Its no secret they are Audi guys, but when I rolled up in my 32 they were drooling. I walked through the bay and saw 3 Mk4 r32 motors getting ready for some head work. Im going back tomorrow to get theyre billet dogbone installed .

I travel quite a long way to take my performance Audi to these guys, and its worth it.Incredible service, very fair prices, and great communications with you. Unlike most places, they talk to you honestly about your options, what they can do, what you SHOULDNT do, and what is best for what you want out of your car. They wont sell you a more expensive upgrade or part if they dont think its the right thing for you.They actually have phoned and emailed me while work was being done, just to update me on how its going... without me even asking. Loved that. The took me around the shop upon pickup, and introduced me to the guys that worked on the car... each was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. More amazing: they stayed late one night well past closing to finish up because they knew i didnt want to wait another day... at no extra charge. If theres a problem they run into, they find solutions fast.Cant recommend them highly enough! Wish I knew all of their names, but Adil and Christian deserve particular note for their great service.This is the way a shop like this should run. If you want quality work done on your Audi or VW by very knowledgeable, fair, and service-oriented guys, this is where to go.
