Had my honda serviced here. They are responsive, helpful, professional in terms of evaluation and delivery. But has a few hiccups with the service itself, i think its something to be expected throughout the car industry, do your due diligence and compare the final fixes to other cars. Though my bump and all were fixed fine, they did not do a good job putting the sound proofing back, actually the forgot to put it in. I compared it to the other side of the car, then they helped me with it but them when i compared again, it wasn’t put properly. This time i did ask them to put in their best effort and was finally happy with what I got. I came here for peace of mind, cant say i fully got it but i would still trust them than the other uncertified places.

Absolutely terrible service. I brought my car in 23 days ago and I still have not gotten it back. Not to mention, the person working on my car has failed (as of now...Jan 7,2021) to meet the time frames which he has extended multiple times. He kept giving excuses for why my car was not yet fixed. Never get your car fixed from auto-nation. It will be a huge regret.UPDATE: it was a good fix even though it took some time

My BMW was fixed here. They are always very responsive and update me with the latest status. Finally my car is repaired well like a new one. Jason Alves did a very great job! He is kind and enthusiastic so I definitely give him five stars. Certainly I will come back here next time if I need any car repair.

I was in an Accident while I was picking up my son at school and a student hit my car. I was so pleased with the Quality of Craftsmanship with my BMW in addition the Level of Service was exceptional the representative Jason Alves is very experienced Professional and knowledgeable and he is so very kind he reassured me while my stay there, I will Highly recommend to use his service and refer family and friends!

Was referred to this collision center by BMW dealer in Fremont. Dropped my car off at the dealer on March 18, and they in turn send the car to collision center after inspection. Have called numerous times for updates and have asked for an estimated date of completion but I have yet to hear a firm date. Meanwhile, its nearly mid-May! Rental car coverage through my insurance ran out in April and I making payments on a car i cant drive yet.Every time I have called they are either waiting on a supplement to be approved by insurance or waiting on parts. I will update this review & rating when I get my car back so I can comment on quality of work done etc. Hopefully, the quality of work is commensurate with the duration of time my car has been with Autonation.I have never had BMW so do not know if this is the norm for collision repair. Have had collision repair experience in Honda and VW and I can say the experience was much different at other collision centers.Some suggestions for improvement:1. If you are BMW authorized collision center, why not keep parts in stock so customer is not waiting 10-14 days for it to be shipped from Germany?Are those parts not available anywhere else in California or within the USA?2. Consider getting system where you can text customers with updates. I know Caliber Collision has this and its really nice to get updates about my vehicle every few days.

They blow everything out of proportion. Had a minor collision on hood and they initially quoted 2k. I had insurance so went with because I bought the car from Autonation. They ended up keeping car for 3 weeks and raising bill to 6k. And changed delivery times twice after calling us to pick up. Also after the repair there were problems with horn and wiring, i had to go again for the fixes.While at the store I heard one of their representatives(Jason) speaking to mechanic about how he got 40 hrs of extra work on a car.Really unprofessional.
