I called on a Monday because my furnace was not maintaining heat (eventually went out completely). After determining a replacement of my furnace was needed, measurements were taken, and furnace was ordered. To my surprise, I got a call Tuesday morning that they could come that day and replace it! By 4pm, the new furnace and thermostat were installed and we were bringing the temp up fast! With the 2 stage high efficiency furnace my home feels so much better. We maintain warmth steadily and I’m so grateful! Everyone I worked with was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve owned this home for 12 years and they were happy to educate me on the new furnace so I can feel confident in operation and maintaining comfort in our home!!! Thank you so much Jansen’s!!!

We are very happy with the service provided by Jansen Heating, Air Conditioning & Electric. They worked in a very timely manner and were quite professional. The charge for a new furnace was a fair rate. We will have them back in the spring to replace our AC unit and we will recommend them to our friends.

They installed an April Air house humidifier and serviced my furnace. Done a great job and it works good. Our house is much more comfortable.

This was amazing fast service! Came very quickly and figured out the problem and got us heat back. Called us back within 20 minutes and told us he could come fairly soon and wasnt too long after he was knocking on our door. Would recommend and use again.

Had them come out to check our furnace that wasn’t running properly! They came very quickly and had us up and running in no time! Everyone was very nice and friendly, including the lady that answers the phone!

I contacted Jeff Wagner in the fall of 2020 to install a radon mitigation system. He gave me a quote and said he would do the install in a couple of weeks. After weeks passed, I called the office to get an appointment, which was then rescheduled and cancelled around the holidays. I again called in February and was told by Jeff himself I would be put on the schedule and contacted the following week. Crickets. I finally called Dusty at Ram Services in Dubuque. He came out the next day to give me a quote and completed it the next week. Dusty was on time and very professional.

Chad was very knowledgeable and fixed my Geothermal Havac in a Needed timely manner.Also installed Humidifier,and smart thermostat.Has my highest recommendation

Jansen installed an I-Wave air purifier this winter, and no one in the family has missed a day of school or work since! Great company, and always looking out for their customers needs, not just their dollars!

Spent 3 hr tracking down problem.reasonable price for a Sat. found a cracked plenum.could have gotten poisoned if i fixed it myself.
