I had a nice initial experience with Mikita Door with the ordering/installation of. my custom door. Customer service was professional. I was disappointed with the custom molding. I thought I was getting the same size as what I had before. Only to find out on installation day that it was the wrong size and I have to pay someone else to spackle and paint the edges. I was very disappointed and bothered because it made the entire job looks unfinished.

Great experience with Corey and team. Provided great service with the choosing and installation. Also came back no questions asked when we had an issue.

Spent $6000 on a door that was delayed 4 weeks. got no phone call explaining the delay. Had to call and leave numerous messages. Finally set appointment. They installed door. Door does not open a bad shut properly. Called to schedule a repair. Couldn’t get to me for 3 weeks because they are “busy”. Someone comes out to fix it and says “oh i can’t fix this someone will call you tomorrow”. never got a call. called back yet again and argued with someone for 20 mins. Awful communication. Door looks great but doesn’t open or shut.

We replaced our entry door and added a storm door. The installers were on time, polite and professional. They solved an issue we were having with the door frame and installed our smart home lock & doorbell. They showed us how to work everything and even fixed a bit of caulking that was not perfectly straight. We are very happy with our new doors! If you are ordering give yourself an extra 2 weeks on top of Mikitas estimate - there are delays in manufacturing everywhere (various products) because of COVID.

There professional, efficient and determined no matter what they face. They have lots of options and is user friendly. They have limited staff but their service is always worth the wait!

I promised the boys I would write a good review if everything worked out and I’m a woman of my word. I recently had a bay/bow window installed by Mikita as well as an entry door. I get nothing but compliments all the time from friends and family. I couldn’t believe the difference one door would make. The room literally feels warmer and right before winter.The install went smooth. I met there father and a helper and they finished the job that day. Clean up was spot on and they were just such a pleasure to deal with. Very nice people.

A+ I had Mikita out to give me an estimate on their brand they use called Provia. I really wanted a wood window and decided to go with an Andersen 400 Series Window. I just had it installed by Mike and Steve.I felt they were very professional and neat. After the job was done I didnt find one screw! Dealing with the office was extremely nice and easy as well. Overall very happy!

I came across Mikitas ad in one of those circulars out there. I had their team come out initially to take a look at vinyl siding. I had decided that I like the look of the James Hardy Siding. Mikita explained to me the benefits and some of the short comings of Hardie Board.I went for the plunge and got the product ordered which I absolutely love. Everything looks perfect! Im so happy I found these guys. The prices were reasonable but the crew was effective and did the entire home within 2 days! Deff very excited and look forward to doing business with them again.

Beautiful job guys! I actually got my windows from Mikita a few months ago and never left a review. I find the windows are alot better quality then the Certainteed ones that I had replaced. They were doing to get that condensation in there and I didnt want to have to deal with that. That coupled with planning on moving in the next few years I went with the less expensive windows from Mikita . Nevertheless they seem to be great quality and definitely worth the money . Install was perfect as they put drop clothes down around the house. Thank you

I recently had a bow window installed by Mikita Door and Window. They informed me about possibly going with the company Provia. Its a amish company but the quality is definitely there! The window took approximately 4 weeks to get ordered and delivered. The day of installation we had 4 guys there to just pick up the window. Thank god because I did not realize how heavy the window was . It was a one day installation and everything fit perfectly. They moved my furniture back and forth and even re hung my blinds. They were incredible and would 100% use them again. Not to mention that the $$$ was significantly less than other places quoted me for.

I have to admit that I was hesitant at first dealing with a somewhat smaller company but I drive by their store every day and decided to give them a chance. I had stopped in briefly on a Saturday and was very pleased with how I was treated. My wife and I spent a lot of time going through styles and options with Corey. He was a complete professional but also seemed to be more of a friend helping me get something that I actually wanted.We had purchased a 4 lite Patio Door. It was promptly installed and the quality was very high. I really like that fact that it was family owed and operated and even the install along with Steve was immaculate! I am very pleased and will calling them for an estimate on siding. I really liked the way that I was treated with them. Definitely give them a call, you wont be disappointed!

Loving my brand new vinyl windows from Provia. Mikita Door and Window was amazing! I simply cannot say enough. The installation was amazing the product is great and Im so happy I got to deal with a stand up company. I always look to shop small. So this was my first and last stop. As soon as I went in there I was greeted with a bottle of water and I knew that this place was top notch. The displays were perfect for what I was looking for and Corey and Michael were both very curdious to both my wife and me. We decided on the Provia Ecolite Window, which as I was explained to is Provias lower line window but I felt that was all I needed. In the end the company is great you will definitely not be disappointed.

From that time to the present I felt the company always kept their word. I was moving and needed to change my siding fast. I called Mikita along with 2 other companies. I explained to them I was reselling the home and was interested only in keeping the cost affordable. One company was extremely high the second was in the ball park and honestly Mikita was the lowest and I felt Corey was the best sales rep. I am absolutely in love with the transformation! This was the transformation that my husband and I was looking for. We were putting this off for over 5 years and finally decided to get this before the holidays.First off I did alot of due diligence and got estimates from 5 companies like you are supposed to. I actually found one guy less expensive than Mikita however he did not have the proper licensing.When I weighed out comfortably, price and value I felt Mikita was a great choice. I loved how local they were. I got a straight forward estimate as to the price and the quotation never changed. Corey helped us out. We picked out colors options and I really felt he put together a great deal considering we changed so much.Anyway I felt the quality was great. The people were even better and especially right around the holiday its especially nice to see the good in people.

Let me start off by saying that I usually dont write reviews but from time to time they are warranted. I just felt Mikita did an amazing job. The quality of Provia is absolutely amazing. It feels like such a heavier door than my old one. The stain looks amazing and I already got so many compliments on the doors. I decided to go with the better Fiberglass which as I was explained to from Michael is that is the better Fiberglass to use. What really sold me was how helpful both brothers were and how customized I could make the door. The lead time was extremely fast and about 3 weeks. Combined with the non usage of subcontractors I felt extremely comfortable. Thank you

My husband and I procrastinated writing the review. I’m sorry but better late then never. I felt Mikita did an absolutely amazing job on the Vinyl Windows we had to get replaced. We haven’t updated our home since Sandy and they were in absolutely horrible condition. I came in looking for Anderson windows and eventually decided to go with Provia for my double hung windows. Everything came out great the quality of the window is there. The installation was perfect and it cut down on my drafts I was getting significantly. I am a raving fan of this company. Even when I had a service call. The company came out later in the week to take care of it. I find you very rarely find businesses like this anymore. I would highly recommend!

Phenomenal company! Mikita installed a new Provia fiberglass door for my front entrance during this crazy pandemic and it exceeded my expectations! I love this before and after! It came our just the way I envisioned it. First off, the crew was amazing. Mikita must have had about 20 guys here and the entire job was done in one day. We had a small hiccup when the color we choose was back ordered but once we were able to get this project moving it really got moving and the results were incredible. I always loved the black windows with the grey siding. Absolutely stunning I would highly recommend. The price was also very reasonable. Definitely recommend

I absolutely think Mikita did an amazing job at my home. I had 3 steel entrance doors done and 2 vinyl windows. I really couldn’t be happier. I thought quality was amazing and the service was fast and on time. At the end of the day that was exactly what I was looking for thanks again!

I ordered a Round Top Door in December and was told it would take 12 weeks to get it installed. I was a little bummed that it would take that long so I asked to see if they could make it a little faster than that at the factory. I guess Michael had some pull and got it in 4 weeks sooner! That was number 1. Number 2, is right after the installation the door is beautiful! Absolutely better than I had thought and Steve cleaned up all of his work. We are very satisfied and we know you will be as well!

This is my third time using these guys. We have changed out every door in our house with them starting when they were back in RVC. I know the father Mike and the 2 boys and they were always able to help me on whatever the project was at that time. They take their time and do not pressure you to do something that day. The way my mind works I need to think about it always for a day or two. Im very happy I found them and plan to continue to use them if anything comes up. Give them a chance their prices are also extremely competitive as well!

I had a Bow Window that desperately (an understatement) needed to be changed . I saw Mikita get mentioned on Merrick Moms which I use sometimes on Facebook. I had never heard of them so I looked into them. From the info I could find they seemed at least worth checking out seeing as the reviews were very good. I had gone there on a Saturday when I spent a long time there decided and trying the product. The other possible scenario was just installing a flat window. We went over some pros of going with the bow window. I had Mikita come out and take a look at everything. They answered all of my questions and made it as easy as it could be to get the window ordered. When it came in I received a call. It did take about 4 weeks which I understand is about normal for bow windows. But the install on the windows was amazing. They had three guys here working on it. The window itself looks amazing and I have already received compliments on it from my neighbors. I definitely recommend the company

First off I would like to share that I did not purchase a door yet so I can not speak to the Provia Door however I can tell you that you will not find a more knowledgeable or caring people than Michael and Corey. They took such an undivided amount of time to explain options to myself and my wife Ann.I was still under the impression that wood was being used. I was quickly informed that it wasnt. Long story short I have the exact model and door that I would liked which is what I believe their Signet Series. As soon as the financing is right for us we will go ahead with the purchase.Great atmosphere, great displays and good people!

I had my doors installed late last week. I received a Provia Signet Series Double Door with a custom color. It was a Benjamin Moore color and I love it. Im very happy with the style that I have chose and the installation was great! Mike spent all day here along with his Uncle and everything came out perfect.The custom color did take an extra 2 weeks but in my opinion it was worth it. I priced other companies as well and Mikita was the lowest and with the best quality products. I love the company and I love dealing with Mikita. Great spot!

Yesterday I had just received my Provia Door installed. It is absolutely hands down the best door I have ever had! The product is amazing. It just has a different feel than the products at Home Depot or Lowes.I worked with a gentleman named Michael and he spent a ton of time speaking to me. I had to come back and forth a few times to get it finalized. But it was definitely worth every penny.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. I called I received a quote and days later came into the store to take a look at the products. I had 4 windows I needed to change. They all had glass that was fogged and wouldn’t open or close correctly so it was time for new. I was happy with the demo of the window and as Michael described warranty was what I had liked the best. It is definitely a no BS type place and gave a very accurate price and amazing service. Absolutely amazing products! I was skeptical when my friend referred me to them but it was the best decision we made during this improvement. We came to the showroom for 3 windows and possibly a door. We decided to give them a chance with the windows first. My wife and I were EXTREMELY Impressed! The windows seemed much heavier and sturdier than my original and the workmanship seems very nice. I have Mikita Door and Window at the house now installing a roof for me. I have put the project off because my wife was sick however I couldnt wait any longer and decided to get this going. I was told to get 3 estimates however I didnt need but only 1. I found Corey one of the owners of Mikita and he stopped over the house and went over everything for us. Just wanted to share my experience with Mikita. I was looking for a Bow Window or a Bay ,which I can never tell the difference of. All I know is I ordered the Bay window with the wood grain stain in it. My wife wanted the look of wood on the inside but without the maintenance of wood so we looked into the Provia line.I was blown away the quality was there. The warranty was there and of course the vendor in Mikita Door and Window was exceptional! We ordered the window, they stayed in the loop with us the entire time. Any questions were all answered and the job was completed. The bow or bay windows as explained did take a little longer than I would have thought but once installed looks amazing! Thank you

I contacted Mikita about possibly getting a Bow Window. I came into the store with my wife and we finalized on a style from the company Provia.I just got the bow window installed yesterday. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the window and the installers. I spoke to Corey and received great info and we decided to go a head with the order of the window.I am very pleased with Mikita . The price was good the quality was better. I couldnt be happier.

I went to Mikita Door and Window for all my windows in my house. I did 6 at a time until they were all finished. I believe the gentlemen that did it used a window called Provia. Overall I am very happy with everything. The price was good the install was solid as well. And its alot quieter in the house with the new windows as well, something I didnt ever expect. Great job!

They had done some work on their home and there very happy with it.I decided to give them a try. I went into the afreeport location and looked at some doors for the Front and Side of my house. I ordered up a Provia Endure Series Patio Door when Michael Saturday. He sat down with me at my house and went over everything. He was very polite. The meeting did not take long and the price was fair. I felt the product corner sample and along with Michaels advice decided to get this going. Thank God I took care of this when I did. Let me back up here a little. I noticed a while ago some small cracks among my sheetrock. I didnt think anything of it. Then one day I saw brown appearing on my sheetrock. I really didnt think much about it but when I saw it growing I new I had a problem. I called Corey in late November and asked him to stop by with his Uncle Luis I believe. They came on time prompt got on the roof found the problem and suggested that possibly it was time for a new roof. I received a price quote from them that I felt was extremely reasonableI gave them the go ahead and signed the order to get this done Dec. 5th seeing as I wanted it done sooner than later. In no later than a week I had an entire crew here ripping the roof and best of all no dumpster! A true one day job and I havent had a leak yet. Thank you. You did a beautiful job and will recommend you to family and friends.

Mikita changed the entire look of my home! I posted the before and after picture so you can see. I absolutely love it!!! They changed the door, sidelights, and transom! What a huge difference I get nothing but positive feedback from my neighbors. Would definitely use again!

On Friday January 30th, I had 5 replacement windows installed in my home. They were from a company called Provia. Its an Ecolite Series window. Anyway long story short I felt the windows were good quality and the installation was just the same. It didnt take the installer that long at all to finish the work (probably around 3 hours) or so but the cartway and removal of all the products was also done and with a lifetime warranty. I couldnt be happier and will definitely price them out again in the future.

Very shady. Went in for a door quote and they would not give me anything in writing so I took notes on the products and prices. I called back a month later and the owner told me there was no way those were the prices I was quoted. I said you told me your printer didn’t work so I took notes. He said he does his quotes by email. So why is it when I came to the show room you didn’t send me an email regarding the quote on the door I was looking for. Clearly they didn’t want to put any prices in writing. Every other door show room gave me a print out for estimates for the door I was looking at. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
