For the most part I like the store and the experience is a nice one. A good selection in most of the departments and the staff are friendly.Sometimes you do end up having to wait a little bit to get assisted because it is busy and theres not a lot of staff working. Overall I like the store and its a nice shopping environment.

The staff were all so friendly! I was looking for a band to match my ring and the nice woman that I worked with looked online and in store to help me find the best one. She was super nice and even checked the discounts and made sure we got the best deal! I would recommend this store! 🧡

I fell in love with a ring. When I went back to buy 2 of them, the store was out of them. But, the salesperson knew exactly which ring I was talking about and ordered 2 from other locations. Picked them up today, one for me and one for my 16 year old daughter. We love them!! Super positive experience! Friendly staff and wonderful location, with a free parking garage for the Freeport Village outlets.
