PLEASE save your money!!!I purchased a sectional paying top dollar thinking I was getting top quality!!! Boy was I wrong! Slip covers are 3 years old but look like they are 10 based on terrible fading. Took out “worry free” protection and they told me sofa is “too faded” to be covered under their faded 5 year protection plan! Explain that… and on top of it all, you take the arhaus slip cover off and it says crate and barrel on the tag!

Got a couple of chairs from here. Carl, the person working with us, answered all our questions and was very helpful. It was good to have a brick-and-mortar showroom, because although we found what we wanted online we wouldn’t have bought it without coming to see it and sit in it in person.

Carl was amazing! We love our new Petra table! We will be back.

I had all intentions of purchasing a couch from arhaus but after reading a review about how poorly they stand behind their extended warranty, I’m going to look elsewhere!

From the minute my boyfriend & I walked into the store Carl & Phyllis exceeded our exceptions!!! We have never been to a furniture store where they truly treat you like family. Carl our sales associate went out of his way and came to our house to measure before we placed our order. (we live approx 45 mins from him). Phyllis was fabulous, she made sure everything was accurate and placed our order in a timely fashion. We ordered an Italian line of furniture which they let us engrave. They told us about a special offer for every $1500 you spend you get back $100.That is really important to us as we have a full house to buy furniture for. We absolutely, love this store and will be back for more!!!! Ps. if you do happen to stop in for some quality furniture tell them Dr. Joe sent you. Jessica & Joe

Definitely a high end furniture store. Although, I did see a few pieces that were reasonable.All the furniture in this store will not be seen in zmy other store.All pieces are very well made..Stop in walk around, take look.

Worst company ever, do not buy furniture from here. Quality of furniture is mediocre and for their inflated prices of furniture, you would expect better customer service. Have had countless issues with the credit card associated with this company. Would not even give it one star.

I purchased the Coburn sectional in October, 2019. Within 3 months, the seat cushion on the armchair piece of the sectional was drastically worn in already. I paid nearly $1000 extra for the insurance/warranty, and when I told Arhaus about this issue, they told me it was normal wear & tear and that they would not replace the cushion. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and the quality of the product. I thought that this was a reputable company that values selling products of great quality and offers helpful customer service, but unfortunately I was wrong.

This place has the most amazing furniture. I have furnished 3 home with mostly Arhaus furniture and they never disappoint. The quality is better than any other furniture on the market and the in-store service is amazing. Friendly and very helpful staff. They care about what the clients wants and needs. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Our entire house is furnished from this store and yes its very pricey but if you can wait for their sales you walk away with stunning furniture at a great price! The quality and design is absolutely stunning! We have been buying from this store for years and every day I get so much joy out of our house!

Salesperson told me and my husband that a wall unit came with fillers to make it look built in. Not correct. The Manager who checked us out did not give us 5% store wide Memorial Day discount. Called salesperson the next day regarding measurements of additional pieces and price she said Manager who rang us up on Prior purchase would have given us 5% discount. Later that day when I told her I checked the receipt she said she realized after we left day before that we did not get 5% discount but they would fix it. Bottom line : can’t trust decorators or manager at Freehold store

What an amazing place! Its like going on a tour of the world. They have stuff unlike any of the standard furniture stores. And the staff really knows their products, and how to put them together for the best looks.I was very impressed by the relaxed approach of the the saleswoman Edie, who took me on a tour of the store while being cognizant of my needs. Instead of just telling me what I wanted like so many other salespeople do, she listened! I was able to find lots of cool ideas I would never have considered. Before long, even the store manager chimed in to help me by adding his obvious experience in quality furniture.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for well-designed home furnishings.

We love this store and have purchased furniture from here before. But I seriously doubt we will be coming back again after todays experience. The worst customer service from Carl Speziale at the store. His attitude and tone deterred us from buying a table. Never again.

There is no doubt that they have beautiful furniture but BUYER BEWARE, once they have your money you are as good as dead to them. The worst customer service I have ever received from a retail store. We ordered a sofa in January & due to their error we did not receive it until August. I had to visit the store many times & make numerous phone calls to get any information. There was zero follow up from the so called design consultant or the store manager. When it finally showed up 7 months later not a single phone call to see if everything was ok with it or if there were any issues.

In the pre-sales phase, theyre great - until you actually pay for something...then they disappear, cancel delivery with no notice, could care less about your customer service issues, etc... Avoid this place at all costs. If youre willing to forego the pain just because they have great furniture - dont - its made by McCreary Modern. There are plenty of other places to get the EXACT same thing, usually at a much lower price. HQ no better.
