Affordable and top quality! Rich came to our house and explained the products and service efficiently, and clearly. He made it easy for anyone to understand. The install was fairly quick, maybe 3 hours total with one person. We have a small house so we didnt need much. But we paid for some add-ons which work great as well. I set off the alarm accidentally at first, and the call center was on top of it. So far so good, and we couldnt be happier with GPS!

Service was great. Rich, the adviser, took his time explaining how the system worked, and answered all of our questions. Recently, my alarm was accidentally set off, and the monitoring service called within seconds to make sure everything was OK. Id highly recommend this company.

I am not happy with there business practices,i have been having problems with the service since may 2015 and they said they would look into it and they have not done anythig to fix the problem ,but they continue to send bills every month .When i told them to cancel ,they said i couldnt because i had a contract,which i know i didnt so i asked them to send me a copy and they sent me a fake contract with the wrong date and year and something i didnt sign,and they continue to bill meJust cancel my account and stop sending me bills dating back from may of 2015I complained to the BBB alsoAnd hopefully this will make them realize they cant take advantage of consumers.
