Great service experience. Had a problem with Tire Pressure warning light on my 2012 Lexus RX with 185,000 miles. Technician diagnosed it as sensor problem, fixed it, less than 2 hrs. Little expensive compare to other dealers but great hassle free, on time and professional experience.

Absolutely the best dealership I have ever dealt with. No haggling, no shady dealer gimmicks. You get exactly what you pay for and fast. General Manager and Sales staff take you through every step to make the buying process as easy and smooth as possible. Yes, I had choices of dealers 15min from my home, but the level of service here was well worth the 1hr+ drive. Thanks and keep up the great service!

Good quality of service, worth driving a bit further to reach....my service advisor Rob was very nice...went in for an oil change and recall but ended up getting more and there was no pressure...already had a free loaner, so time value of money lol

Felt very rushed, only cleaned outside of car...nothing touched inside as stated, asked to have rugs placed inside...not done either..this is what you get for a $50,000 car

2019-7-29 My 2001 Lexus LS 430 could not be ignited and with complete silence, so I called for a tow truck to help. The tow truck driver jumped my car before tried to tow it to the nearest Lexus dealership of Ray Catena in Freehold, NJ, which is 5 minutes away from my house. My car was immediately able to be ignited at the first jump. I was told to let the car run for 20 minutes before turning it off. 12 hours later at 6:30PM, my husband tried to make sure if it still worked so that I was able to go places the next day. The car battery went dead again. So, we assumed that the problem must be caused by the 4 years old battery and planned to drive to Ray Catena Lexus to replace a brand new battery the next morning.2019-7-30 At 7:30AM, I was first lined up for the service at the Ray Catena Lexus in Freehold, I was never greeted by a friendly face, not even a smidgen of a smile from anyone. It totally made me felt like in a place of execution. Joe Curcio Jr. was the one who took me to his desk to find out the problem with my car. His demeanor, the whole time, was aloof to say the least. After I described the problem with my car to him, he told me two things, one that the problem might be the alternator but the dead battery; second, the technicians would be there at 8AM. So, he had me waited at the lounge until the technician came in.At 8:05AM, Joe came to tell me that the problem was with the alternator, which needed to be replaced and would cost me $1056.75 + tax less 10% discount as a customer courtesy. I immediately called my old friend, Kuan, who owns an auto repair shop for more than 40 years; his shop is 45 minutes away in North Brunswick, NJ from where I live. I described the problem to him and asked for his professional opinion about what Joe said. He told me that it might not be true but unless he tested it out himself, he could not tell me exactly the problem stemmed from. I asked him how much would it cost me if I were to replace the alternator as Lexus suggested, he checked the price of an excellent alternator Denso with the labor cost, total came to $485 + tax. A whopping $465.40 difference in price! I decided to replace the battery at Lexus, which cost $140 plus $74 labor, even though Lexus should have given me 50% off prorated battery of $70, but it insisted the problem was with the alternator, not the battery. Ray Catena Lexus also started to charge $149 for diagnostic fee since 2018 if no work was done.I drove to my friends auto shop immediately after I left Ray Catena Lexus and the verdict from my trusted auto repair shop was THE BATTERY, never was the alternator!!! The alternator reading was completely normal. So, I went home without spending a penny more to replace the alternator for no reason.During waiting at the Lexus lounge, I thought maybe its time to consider a new car if my car was indeed falling apart to incur high repair cost. I walked into the car showroom where there were two sales men there, one was talking on the phone and the other one by the main entrance was sleeping and putting his feet with shoes high up on his desk and reclining his chair all the way down. I woke him up and asked him some questions about certain car models. The whole time, he was not only showing his disgusted manner of being waken up from his beauty sleep, but also he had never changed his body position a bit while talking to me where he was displaying his ignorance and rude manner entirely.I was completely astonished and horrified by this terrible experience at this Lexus dealership where extreme dishonesty and snobs were exhibiting and roaming every corner of this dealership!
