This is a wonderful organization. They are professional, super friendly, totally customer service oriented and advocate for you with your insurance company. I used their service recently after being involved in auto accident. They took my car immediately and interviewed me to determine what outcome I wanted. I told them that, if all possible, I wanted the car fixed and not totaled. It took the Progressive adjuster 9 days to arrive at the auto body shop. They wanted to make their estimate by photo, but Accurate insisted that they view the damage personally and so Accurate could go over the repairs with them. They were on my side and wanted to make sure that there would be no rubber stamp assessment that could lead them to total it. Bottom line is that Accurate repaired my car; it was done in record time and it looks and runs beautiful. I did have to take it back to have a bearing replaced, which they did in two hours and charged it back to the insurance company because it was in the wheel impacted by the accident. They made it all happen quickly and without any hassle and they are super friendly.

I have used these guys a couple times. They do beautiful work and are as accommodating as possible. L.A. (Arthur) is very nice. Id like to see them open late a day or 2 during the week. It would make it easier to pick up your car for people like me.

Invaluable resource!I have used Accurate Auto Body three times now. They came highly recommended by my auto mechanic. He was right!All three experiences with them were *stellar*. They are fair and honest and I feel strongly that they really looked after me. In one instance, they actually talked me out of doing any repairs (cosmetic and the beginnings of rust) and into selling the vehicle instead.(I sold it to a friend who had the skills to maintain the body himself.)Nobody wants to need an auto body shop, but its great to know that, if I ever need one, I know right where to go.Highly, highly, highly recommended.

I have used this shop for the last 27 yrs. They have done work on my classic cars as well as my daily drivers. They even repaired my boats when they need fiberglass or paint work. Art sr. is AAA+ in my book. The work is always above expectation.

I am a psycho meticulous car owner who had my front bumper slightly tapped by someone. Accurate did an amazing job! Unrecognizable that anything happened! It was a pleasure dealing with Jeff and Art thru this ordeal. My entire car was even washed after. Thanks Accurate for a flawless job!!

My retired mother was looking for a body shop where theyd treat her with care, and Accurate really came to the rescue and made everything a breeze. I know how stressful it can be when youve had an accident, especially dealing with insurance companies, but Accurate is the best.

Accurate Auto Body did an absolute outstanding job on my 1970 Cutlass Supreme Convertible. I was involved in a nasty accident on September 2017 and Accurate Auto Body came highly recommended from friend. Their attention to detail was first class and everyone working there are friendly. Do I recommend Accurate Auto Body, absolutely yes!!

Please do not bring your car here for any reason! High prices (even though insurance paid for everything), poor communication and crappy job overall. Only positive was that the staff was nice... until you drive off their lot. I had come back twice and the office staff were not friendly to say the least. Too bad because the techs were very nice. I never write reviews but I just had to this time. So keep scrolling onto the next shop in Freehold. Hopefully you have a better experience than I did.
