Could use more eggs in the fried rice but really good anyway. Very little breading on chicken and to me that is fabulous. General tos is just spicy enough to savor the flavor of the food.I love this place.
Great food, but it sucks how the open time says 11am and he always opens up late. He will see you waiting outside for awhile and he won’t even come and apologize for the delay. This happens every time! It’s frustrating because as most of us come for lunch break, we only have a certain amount of time to eat.

Theyve always been fast at getting my order ready since they opened and greeted with a smile.. My mom gifted them the big fan on the wall maybe because we didnt have anything here in town back then..

Food is great...EXCEPT the crab rangoon its got a funny taste to it. But egg rolls are magnificent and fried rice is perfect! Its probably worthy of more stores by crab rangoon is by far my favorite Chinese food!!!

East meets West is the very best Chinese mom and pop shop the Midwest has. Ive lived in lincoln for 20 years and traveled the entire western side of the country for another 2 years and never have I ever found a more down to earth and delicious Chinese restaurant. The owners treat you like family, and make all orders on the spot and with love! Everything Ive tried so far has been awesome. The egg rolls are smaller than normal and made with rice paper but seriously rival Egg Roll Kings, however nothing trumps the House Special! If youre not afraid of a little heat its a must! and crazy enough the more spice you add the better it gets! And as if it couldnt get better they serve absolutely no MSG! If youre craving Chinese go HERE!! Its worth the drive and the wait.
Been eating their food since they were in Eastpark mall back in the nineties. Their son recently took over after the Parks retired. Always good food and very nice people.

This is hands down the worst and most expensive Chinese food Ive ever had. Under seasoned, looks and taste like its frozen from a bag. I guess thats what I get for eating non-american in the Midwest. Employees are nice though.
My wife & I go there often and we love it! The service is not as fast as a fast food place like McDonalds because its not fast food, the husband makes every dish one at a time so you get excellent food but not the fast service.We live out in the country between Lincoln and Hickman and we were very pleasantly surprised to find a Chinese restaurant right on the edge of Hickman

Beef lo Mein is excellent.
Sooo worth the drive from Lincoln! Mom and pop restaurant that does not use msg. They use real fruits in their sauce for sweet flavors and you can really tell it from the rich flavor. Clean homemade chinese dishes with relatively less grease. Especially recommend general chicken (the owners tried to adjust spicy level to our preference) and beef with vegetables. Definitely will be back again!

Absolutly terrible service! We were charged for stuff we didnt order & the crab rangoon isnt included in the meal anymore unlike most chinese resturants. And to top it off they charge you extra for a refill on their fountain pop? What a rip off and waste of time. No wonder there are only a maximum of 1 or 2 people at the very most at a time! Will certainly never wast my $ there ever.
Love chinese food, however, this was the worst I have ever had, asked for fried rice, not sure what the rice was but it was not fried, the rest of it was very tasteless as well. Will never go back. Yuck!
