Went to this store to trade in my old IPhone . Tom Brado took great care of me. He didn’t make any promises that he didn’t keep. My new phone wasn’t is stock so he had to order it. It was there in two days. I went in and he set up my new phone for me. It’s awesome. Works great, no issues. Thanks Tom for doing such a great sale and set up job, explaining how to use the new phone, and for being a professional.

Christopher Morales was the best I have encountered since owning a cell phone he helped us during a very stressful time. On October 14th after 7:00 p.m. we arrived after my husband had dropped his phone in a creek while washing our grape harvester. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained our options. This was a very good experience with him. The manager ?? was VERY rude and not helpful at ALL. I will return as long as I dont have to deal with the manager and can have Christopher wait on me. My review is on the service that Christopher provided.

Awesome and friendly service. They make sure you know about all the costs and when to see them. Very knowledgeable on deals that are going on and what type of phone might suit you best. I can’t believe how much harder it was to switch from straight talk, much harder then I imagined. But Chris Gullet make the process so much clearer and easy to understand. I came from AT&T and glad I did. I was greeted by Chris G at the store, who is a very knowledgeable and courteous employee. I was short on time and in desperate need of a new phone. Chris was able to provide superb service, and I left with a new Phone and watch, in the short amount of time it took him to set up the account. This Verizon store is GREAT and Chris is even better! He helped me and my wife through the process of getting new phones. He explained the pros and cons of all the phones we had asked about and answered all our questions without the slightest hint of annoyance. He was extremely patient with us and didnt pressure us into anything at all. You can tell that he is just a really nice guy in general. I have had many negative experiences at other retailers in the past and this was a great change of environment for us and we will absolutely be returning for our next phones. And to top of the experience he even put our new screen protectors on free of charge!

Very belittling experience interviewing here a while back. I do not recommend going through an authorized retailer and instead would refer anyone to reach out to an official Verizon representative online or visit an official Verizon location to discuss purchase options that match your lifestyle. The way the Big 3 authorized retailers are laid out here essentially robs their own employees opportunities for growth over time as they are not officially Verizon. This means you will likely receive a pushy sales experience as a consumer and in the end this business is geared to reach margins and acquire profit; not friends.

Chris G has been excellent to us for about two years! He texts us back whether he’s at work or not, and never gets annoyed with our questions. We have bought 3 phones from him, & had one fixed by him. He’s been to our whole family! Keep it up!

This is finally a 5 star rating from me for Verizon.It really does matter who you get as a representative in the store as well as when you call Customer Service.It did take close to 20 minutes for Customer Service to answer my call and I did spend 1 1/2 hrs in the store to address all my concerns; billing, credits, etc. to complete and satisfy my issues.I felt so relieved after 3 months of confusion on bills.

Eduardo was immensely helpful. I had to come in to take care of an issue for my son who is in the military and has been deployed to Europe. I was told by the rep on the phone that he would just have to call a number to suspend his service while out of the country. He was given the run-around and had to call home to get help. We went in for an emergency phone upgrade and was essentially double charged, first they charged my wifes account said it didnt go through charged mine said it didnt go through, gave us a discount and charged my account again which resulted in my wife being charged the full price and me the discounted price! So far they have still refused to return the money (they are reviewing), and its already been 3 days! They took over $100 and are making sure to take as long as possible in returning it!

I went in the Fredonia Verizon Store upset cuz my youngest daughters phone wouldn’t charge anymore, Eduardo Rivera is who greeted me and helped me, he talked me through the process of getting a replacement through Asurion. So when my oldest step daughter needed to upgrade her iPhone 8 I knew I was going to that specific store again and would only deal with Mr. Rivera. Thankfully he was there, he helped upgrade my s.d. Phone to the newest iPhone and then even helped me upgrade!! We walked out extremely happy with two new phones, a lifetime guaranteed screen protector, and my bill is now almost $60 less than what it was!! I will never deal with anyone but Mr. Rivera! He listened to me brag about my step daughter graduating, and talking about her going onto college lol. He even gave us some advice on getting her an IPad with the keyboard to connect instead of a laptop. So we will be returning to any store Eduardo Rivera is in the very near future to purchase her iPad for college and for any other needs we may have from here on out!!!!!!!

Long overdue review, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic!I just wanted to commend everyone at this Verizon store for their outstanding service, but especially Will Johnson.Our son is a student at SUNY Fredonia, and we are 3 hours away in Syracuse. When his iphone broke in February, Will Johnson not only contacted us with the details for replacing our sons phone, but made sure we recd all the applicable discounts and really saved us substantially, both monetarily and stress-wise.Will even offered to drive our son back to campus, as he was without transportation.What a comfort to know that there are people out there with Will Johnsons level of professionalism and COMPASSION to relieve a very stressful situation. This location is Not a Verizon Store even though it has a Huge Verizon Sign on the building! It is Cellular Sales! ...They told me my Verizon WiFi Hotspot was old and had to be upgraded. Made me pay cash for a new hotspot! When I got back the new Hotspot would not work either even tho I had plenty of data! I brought it back the very next morning, and they said they Could Not refund my money! ..Long story, short, I had to go to a Real Verizon Store in Jamestown to get the issue taken care of and refunded. Dont be deceived by the huge Verizon Signage on this place! It is Not a Verizon Store, it is Cellular Sales! ...Would Not waste my time or money at this business ever again!

I went in to see about problems I was having with my current phone. Will did a thorough check on my phone.After a lengthy discussion, I made my decision. It was getting old and running slow, so it was time for a new one. He helped me choose a phone similar to the one I had. I left it with him and went shopping. When I returned, he had set it up almost exactly like my old phone. What a relief! I cant say how much I appreciated working with Will! He answered all my questions and took the extra time to go through everything with me. I left very satisfied! Will was a joy to work with and he went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. You can tell he enjoys his job and truly is there to help you. If you need a new phone, or help with something, dontdwsit. Go see Will! You wont be disappointed!

When I agreed to get a tablet along with my new phone, I was told it was “free.” No mention was made of the $40 activation fee which was added onto my bill in addition to the activation on my new phone. I was also told I had insurance on the phone and “free” tablet. I was also locked into a two year contract, which was also not mentioned. A very few months later, the tablet stopped functioning. I later noticed a crack in the screen. When I called I was told it was not covered under warrenty or insurance since it was cracked. The salesman also never added the insurance. We called and asked for a manager, and we were ignored for several days. When Aaron finally called back he was rude on the phone to me, very short, and said I needed to come into the store to work something out. Needless to say, nothing was worked out. He suggested a buy a used tablet in e-bay. He also actually made my bill higher by adding a $10 line plus $15 a month for a tablet I cannot use. I called Verizon on the 611 number and they said he COULD have added the insurance but it was just passed the enrollment period. The worst part and the most ironic thing was, I was forced to come into the store right before the enrollment period ended. I will never use this store again. We called again after speaking with Verizon and asked for Aaron’s boss. We were told he would call. I doubt that ever occurs. Not happy with the level of service this store provides. It’s like a used car lot which tries to suck you in and then does not provide a lemon law. Ridiculous.

Todays experience with sales lady Liz was very good today, helpful in every matter. Very good meeting. Satisfied.

Went in to get a new phone Jennifer Pchelka was awesome she was super helpful gave us info on which phone was better she ended up having to stay late to help us with our phone but we couldnt get to switched due to holiday but came back today to finish and she helped us get everything switched... got us a great deal she even helped do the rebate so we didnt have to leave wondering if we did it right or remember to do it and risk loosing out on rebate very happy with this store and will continue to come here and no longer to the tops Plaza store where they hand you papers you dont understand and shove you on your way ..

Not really Verizon. they are cellular sales that happen to sell Verizon phones. they dont know how to fix your phone. basically you go there and have them give you a number to call to fix whatever you came in for.

Every time I come in the store I am always greeted with a smile and more importantly I LEAVE WITH ONE. The reps at the store are incredibly professional and personal. They truly care about the customer and make an effort to address any situation that walks in there door...(I would know because Im not so tech savvy!)Typically, I work with Jordan R at the store because he understands what my family needs in terms of our service. And I recommend working with him as well!

Cory helped me about 6 months ago when I got my Note 3. My battery life had gone from almost 2 days to like 8 hours. They gave me a new battery and service has been excellent. Keep in mind this location is almost 2 hours away from my house and I will drive past several actual Verizon stores to go here. Keep up the good work.
