Bought 3 packs of hair, took all 3 back because the hair fell apart when it was being done. Told her I understand I cant get my money back for opened pack but the other 2 are still closed. 2 mins go by and shes like oh we dont do refunds only store credit. But clearly at their register they have this sign up.. nowhere does it say no refund. Shes like its on receipts.. the receipt that you would only get after you purchased. Had the nerves to tell me to lower my voice and theres children in here. Thats why Ill be reporting them to better business bureau and getting my money back from my bank.

I did not like my previous experience. I entered the store, and the employees were chatting, and when I presented my inquiry to them, I felt like I was a bother. One lady, who I believe, was probably the owner wasnt welcoming. She rushed through every question I had and didnt seem happy to help me. She honestly had an attitude. She also didnt appear to have an adequate amount of product knowledge to assist me with selecting the items I desired to purchase. I had originally liked this store, but one poor encounter can ruin everything so because of this visit, I do not plan on returning.

When I need hair supply I stop here first. Its sooo nice to see my own community running a store for our hair products.... EXCELLENT!!!!

The best black owned hair store Ive ever been to. The variety is awesome! prices good. They just dont carry Taraji P Henson hair care line. But I drive from Hagerstown just to shop here.

I went in the first time a few weeks ago after my friend told me about it and it honestly was so nice. First of all as soon as you walk in ,the place is lit and welcoming, the employees take care of you, really know how to help you whether you’re looking for hair or supplies. The atmosphere just feels great and great prices too! The employees don’t just treat you like regular customers they treat you like a friend and it just made me feel right at home. So happy they opened, I have a beauty supply store closer to my house than this but I always make the longer drive just to shop here.

We own a Hair Salon and always shop at L & B Beauty Supply. We love everything about L&B Beauty supply… prices, quality of product, and customer service. The prices are low (compared to other stores), the products are of good quality, and above all the service is great. We love going there and will definitely be back.Highly recommended!!!

Went in for the first time today was greeted right away! It was so clean and easy to get through the aisles to see everything. The Staff was friendly and helpful. They also had products that I normally have to order online not to mention they stay open later which is a plus and the customer service is amazing. I got to speak to one of the owners and she is so sweet! They all were! This is now my go to spot going forward!
