Id like to give a full review but never had the opportunity. When I called I had to leave a message as no one answered the phone. My call was returned then someone came out to measure and give an estimate. Apparently my windows are non-standard(the house is older) and the salesman could not give a price but did take measurements and pictures. The boss was to call back with the estimate. That never happened. I called to get it, again no answer. I am going with Experienced Glass Block as they pleasantly and professionally answer the phone, give a reasonable estimate on site and when I called to schedule the work, they answered the phone on the second ring.

Great product, great price. 4 old windows removed & replaced in 1.5 hrs, and for about the same price as I could buy the materials at Lowes. No regrets on having them do it!

This company is an absolute JOKE! They installed 3 basement block windows in the summer of August 2017. IMMEDIATELY afterwards, there’s always water coming in from around the windows. They came and evaluated the windows spraying with my water hose saying it’s fine. This occurred AGAIN. I called today and the gentlemen who answered was more than rude. He reported that this is not their fault and wants a $50 surcharge to come check it out. The receipt claims LIFETIME warranty but unfortunately this company is a JOKE. I will be taking this company to court for a small claim and will be reported to the BBB. The gentlemen also recommended to go ahead and do that :)

Company may be closed by the time you read this. They wasted my time with a quote, then came to install and claimed was measured wrong an they cant install now and someone will call me. Wrote back 3 days later and was told the company is going through a transition at the moment so they cannot help... uh ok... So my guess is they got sued or something and will close under this name and reopen under a different company name.

If the wrong person is there youre SOL. You have to wait till the guy gets back.
