My phone had frozen so went in. He immediately says its a virus. Of course his buddy had to plug his laptop into my phone to nose around. I have paid for insurance on the phone. They told mt LG stopped making phones. Then, they started a hard sell on a new phone. I declined and left. I found it was the t-mobile update. Weeks later, T-mobile pushed the update to my phone with no issues. Never returning to these con artists.

Great customer service.. I brought my sister and our family friend over from metro PCs and Verizon respectively. The manager there was very helpful with the both of them and they were both happy with their new pricing and new phones!! The manager also gave me the referral credit on my bill!! Yeah!! I recommend this Fraser t-mobile that manager will take care of you!!

My wife and I came in with a list of things we needed help with, including something that needed to be dealt with at a higher level in T-mobile . All of which Fay handled with excellent professionalism and customer service. I recently ordered a phone from T-mobile website A51, that phone was giving a lot of trouble since day one of my purchase. I was advised to go into a t-mobile to troubleshoot my phone; the sale rep Fay assisted me. Her greeting was wonderful, she explained everything she was doing to get my phone to work. Come to find out the phone itself was defective so she talked with her support team and did a return for the defective phone and ordered me a new device. Id definitely advise to visit this store!

This T-Mobile store associate lie to me as I tempted to return a charging cord for my phone when I Purchased it was lifetime warranty But now they tell me it was a limited Warranty. It has expired do not shop at this store They Lie to you when purchasing Products just to make a sale

Do not go to this T Mobile Location. I am a Sprint Customer and I called to see if they were a Store that could assist me in getting a new phone and a new plan and they told me yes. I went there and the Manager helped me pick a phone out, the Samsung A71, and of course offered to switch me over to a new plan that was basically the same as the one I had, having unlimited everything. I asked ok so whats the catch because every time I come in to one of these stores, its a problem. He said theres no catch, I promise. Well 10 minutes later when everything was switched over to my new phone and I had to pay for the sales tax on the phone, their credit card machine went down and of course they only had one that could assist Sprint Customers. He told me I would have to go to an ATM to get cash. I was highly upset. After going to the ATM and coming back, I got my new phone. Now I realize that this plan is not the same and does not include Chat talk, where I can make a conference call. So they lied, as always. Now I have to call Customer Care and find another plan to enroll in where I have everything, literally. Just avoid this location because they are not honest people and at the end of they day, they all just trying to make commission and get our money. I hate Sprint has joined with them. If I could give this store a 0, I would.

Unfortunately,T-Mobile only cares about new subscribers. They do not care how long youve been with them. They do not care if you got ripped off. They do not care if your credit score has increased. They do not care if youd like to give them more money.They care about telling you no as many times as they can.Id like to thank Jerome for ACTUALLY trying to take care of me, even if he got told no. He was great, everyone else I spoke to tonight couldnt care less.I recommend staying away from T-Mobile. They dont care once youve signed the contract.

Greatest experience in an a long time. The guy at the counter remembered me from 3 years ago. I was the first one in. I was on my way to work. The place was nice and clean. I really like T-Mobile. I thought I was trading down for a cheaper price, but I have traded for a better plan.

William was great. He was very helpful, smart, and he made getting a phone fun. A lot better than all the other stores we have been to. We will only see him for a phone in the future. Our cousin usually only deals with him for phones as well. Now I see why

I went there cause family member recommended T-mobil services. I cancelled my sprint service that I had for more than 8 years thinking T-mobile was a better choice. First two days of service with T-mobile, I couldn’t get a service almost anywhere I went to; very poor wifi service inside big shopping areas such as the mall. I traveled around the states and the service was poor almost everywhere I went to. Don’t recommend T-mobile, you are basically paying too much for a service that there is no use for. The one star was also because the employees there lied to me when they said I will get 25 dollars off my next bill so does the person who referred me, but they actually were very helpful when I asked them questions. I just think the person who owns this branch does not care about his customers.

Came into return a cell spot which I was told by TMobile that I can do that at any TMobile stores.. when I try to return it at this store the rep has advised me that numbers didnt match up to the system and he would be able to return it once I call TMobile and fix the discrepancy . I left and called TMobile and did that, then went back to this store to return it and this time there were different reps working and of course they tell me they cant and never done it and wont do it.. thanks for wasting my time and inconsistencies from the reps. Also I Made a call to another store and sure enough they can do it . Just seemed like the reps didnt want to even bother since there was no sale or commission involved.

We have been to a couple tmobile and Verizon stores in the area. We were about to cancel mobile until we met William. He was very personable, polite, and professional. We received the best customer service from him compared to the other 3 stores we have been to. I stayed with T-Mobile and upgraded 2 of my lines bc of him. I am now gonna send my sister up here to switch her 4 lines from Verizon. Wewill only come to this store and only see William from now on.

This store is the worst!!!! I went to this store to do a simple jump upgrade. They somehow messed up my account so bad it took the manager of a corporate store 2 hours to fix. Do yourself a favor go the tmobile corporate store at 9 and kelly.

So, I had been with metro for years. Always paid my bill on time never late, I wanted to finance the 7 plus through them but they wouldnt approve me .. went to this t-mobile and Javier , got me approved no problem! Got me on the right plan, and everything ! It was awesome . Answered all my questions! Even the guys in trainer were very helpful! I was even able to pre order my 7 plus! Although when going to different locations I get different answers. For ex : I was told I had to wait 30 days to upgrade , yesterday went to a corporate store they told me I only needed to wait 14 days.. So in case your iffy about your answers to your questions just visit different locations in case . But overal Im very satisfied :) thanks!

I went to the roseville store to get a new phone and a man named Tazz waited on me he had me believing i was getting a great deal,which was not true never explained the price that would be on my bill if you go to that store make sure they explain your new i came to the t mobile store on groesbeck and uticia a gentleman named freddy waited on my and was great he explained everything to me about the new phone he was fantisic i will not go back to the roseville store on gratiot if you want honest service go to the sore on groesbeck and uticia very good and honest employees

Sketchy store!!! Terrible workers !! Fake little boys and do not want to make sales!! Go to 12 and gratiot worth the mile!!I always go to 12 & gratiot they know me by name good people good sales...want sales!!! She’s the best, so is Danny and GI just Happen to stop at this store because it was closest to where I was, which was my gfs job the tanning salon. I called T-Mobile and wanted to upgrade but I didn’t want to wait for in the mail I wanted it then and now! :) so I go to the store tell them I want the iPhone X and I’m on the acct and I have the acct holders ID (my gf) so they tell me ok. Call her let me talk to her I do ... then the little boy with slicked back hair goes back there takes forever (meanwhile they were whispering to each other whole time lol) takes ten mins back there. THEN he comes out and acts so fake saying oh we sold them all ! I’m sorry... another worker said sold all what? He goes to him again acting so fake says “ iphone x ...I sold two today” and CLEAR AS DAY winks at him LOL!! Like I’m just so shocked. Then other guy went along with it yadadada. “ OH WOW DUDE THATS CRAZY “So my point being. They could of kept it real from the start saying either... a- there out or b- the acct holder needed to be with me lolI will never walk into this store again neither will plenty of others once I’m done. :)Needless to say I got my iPhone X later that night at a GREAT T-Mobile store !! From someone who wanted to make a sale and take my $304 :)
