No website or information on how their consignment process works. When I tried calling to ask they were frustrated and saying they couldn’t hear me. When I showed up with my items the woman working was extremely rude, telling me that “I need an appointment”, my “clothes should be on hangers” and scoffing saying “no honey we won’t take winter items” but I would have no way of knowing any of this, since I couldn’t get any information ahead of time… overall just a bad experience. I won’t be back.

Super cute second hand store with high end clothing, such as cashmere, coach shoes, and Dooney and Burke purses. I found a nice like new bag for myself. I check it out any time I go to The Factory at Franklin.
