Last week my daughter and I were on a motorcycle trip, her bike broke down it had fuel problems. We had to have it towed to Pierson Automotive. We meet Darren and told him our situation we were far away from home with a none running bike. Darren got right on the bike and had it done by the next morning before check out time at the hotel. And I have grown up knowing and loving cars that were made like cars I have never seen such a great collection in such beautiful style for a long time it made me feel like a kid. We were traveling to Louisville on 75 S when our Jeep shut down ( literally!). We were able to make it off the exit and to a safe place to park. We called USAA roadside and they recommended them. We called them and he stayed on the phone with us as we drove to the shop. They took us right away, and scoped out what was wrong. They showed us to a very well kept waiting area where there was coffee, tea, and snacks. They were so personable!!! VERY friendly!! And sent us on our way with a prayer too!! They truly care for the people they serve. I wished we lived closer!

Went to Pierson over the weekend to get my car looked at. Not only did they fix the issue, they swept out my car, then went over in detail exactly what they did. I even got my car back two days later, even after they were closed on Sunday. The service Manager was more than helpful and he knows his stuff! My husband actually bought his car here last year and when his oil light came on, just a few days after getting an oil change at a well know superstore, they got him right in and taken care of! Now that is service! Will go to Pierson Auto for all my car needs from now on.

I had my wifes vehicle here for some exhaust work done. Everything they did was great up until the exhaust pipe broke off from the muffler. The support brackets were badly rusted and so I had asked them to check then and fix as needed.Well they didnt, they said they checked the front ones but not the rear as I requested. Discount on labor doesnt make up for the fact that the job wasnt completed as requested. I would have rather paid full price and have the problems fixed. Now I had to pay more to get the exhaust fixed.I will not bring any of my vehicles here again.

Had some work done to my truck, dropped it off at 2pm on wednesday, got a call within an hour with what was wrong and cost to fix it. Had truck ready to go at 4pm the next day. Very fast, and fair prices. Will return!

Went here to rent a moving truck shortly after I was treated badly next door at VIP Auto sales. I was originally going to rent a Budget truck from the place next door, but after waiting 20 minutes past 9am for the guy to open his doors and then having him run my credit card before he explained all of the charges and then trying to hard sell me on insurance by basically telling me I had to take it, I decided to take a look at the Penske trucks at Pierson. Tabby at Pierson automotive helped me by explaining everything in detail and being very friendly. I will definitely use Pierson again. And my suggestion is that if you read this while waiting on the guy to show up at VIP, go ahead and go next door to these guys!

Every time I hear their “Christian values commercials” I think of when they tried to take advantage of me in Jan 1994. At the time my car had an extended warranty from GM due to we’ll know head gasket issues. Pierson said it wasn’t covered under the warranty campaign as the car had 58k and was 8k past the cut off (campaign was to 60k) I scheduled the repair anyway but continued to do research as Pierson said there was no one to contact at GM concerning the issue. I went to a different dealer and obtained contact info to call GM. GM said it would be covered and it was End result was that these “Christian values crooks” had claimed the warranty through GM and also tried to bill me for the same repair.

I was driving on Interstate 75 and my serpentine belt broke I was at Middketown exit and Pierson was closest shop. Inforned me 50 dollars just to look at it and would get me estiment. They told me air conditioner seized up and caused belt to break could fix for around 1400 but not till Monday over weekend decided to take to our reg shop in Dayton low and behold nothing wrong with air had it fixed for less then 200 ...so beware and be cautious I wont be going to this shop ever.

I just had the body shop do some repairs from a hit and run. I am more then impressed with the work my car looks brand new and top it off they washed and cleaned the inside. It looks like I just bought it. I will never go anywhere else again for body work.

Dont ever take your vehicle to Pierson Automotive on Cinc-Dayton Rd. I took mine in, paid them to hook a machine up to tell me what was wrong only to leave and my car not even go. I mean I push the gas pedal all the way to the floor and it doesnt go!!! It said reduced engine power. I pulled over and called them. They said they couldnt do anything that the wiring was messed up. Um ok well my car was running when I brought it in. Long story short, I am now car less and I petty much paid someone to mess my car up. 😡😡😡

My elderly grandmother brought her car to the service center at Pierson because the heater had quit working. She dropped the car off at 10 AM and picked it up at noon. They tried to charge her almost $400 to replace an upper radiator hose. They charge $80 an hour for labor. So with the $60 for the part (which is 2x as much as what is reasonable for a radiator hose) and the 2 hours labor, her bill should have been around $220. They basically tried to charge her for 4 hours of labor, when I could have done the same thing in my driveway with a butter knife in 20 minutes. 4 hours of labor, when they only had the car for 2. It was only after my mother argued with them that they lowered the bill to $180. Never again.

HORRIBLE experience. I would never take any of my four cars/trucks there again for service. They have no clue what they are doing! They totally just wasted my time because of their inexperience. Stay away and go somewhere else! I guarantee these other reviews are from friends and family members.

Always take care of all our cars needs and they are honest and dependable.

Great service and really fast

They worked hard to get me into the car of my choice, and even stayed open late on a Saturday night to do so. However, after purchasing the car, I ran into some issues, and it they didnt want to work with me on repairing the problems, even though I purchased the most expensive warranty they offered. Several trips to the service department, multiple conversations with the owner and service manager, money wasted on warranty deductible, and problems are still not resolved. Total buyers remorse, I wish things were different. I advise you to shop certified preowned at a factory authorized dealer.
