Great service! I was missing bolts to a crib that I was setting up. I brought two sides of the crib into the store so I can be sure to get the right fitting bolts. A shout out to Lais who help me make sure I got exactly what I needed and was very patient!

Dont call the parts desk at this location. I called to get a part and I was on hold over 5 minutes just to see if they had it in stock and they never did pick the phone back up.

This is my favorite hardware store in Frankfort. They can make keys there that Walmart and Lowes cant, and its small size makes things more convenient and easy to find. Plus, when you walk in you arent ignored like at Lowes.

Such a handy place when you need just a couple of items/tools/fixtures to finish that honey-do project. You dont have to make that trip to the Big Box store all the way across town and a big bonus is the friendly and helpful folks that greet you every time you walk in the door. Wouldve given 5 stars except the prices are a touch high but I get that. I still go back time and time again.

Lyons is the place to go for anything! The people there are great and very knowledgeable. They are also very helpful.

Called in to ask a question and was hung up on. Then went into the store and was rudely told to find the item myself and was pointed in the direction that the item may be in. A customer helped me find what I needed. Thank you neighbor for being so kind and helpful. No thanks Lyon hardware employees!

I took back 2 screws with receipt and stood there 2 people behind me i was bringing them back bc to short i got 4 more right.screws. she could not fibd so i said nevermind i cant stand that long bc of a car wreck. I dont u understand weither she could find my purchasr on file or not i had a receipt.

Great local hardware store and help if you need it. When you need to do home repairs it is time consuming to go to big box stores, stop here and save yourself time. The prices are either the same or close to prices at Lowes.

Lyons Hardware is a great local hardware shop. Its the only one on the east side of town, so its way more convenient than driving 15 minutes to the other side of town. Its nice to go in and see familiar faces, and theyre all very helpful.

Lyons hardware is always a pleasant place to shop as soon as and the prices are reasonable close to Lowes and they have pretty much anyting you want to get

I keep coming back here when Lowes screws things up. Lowes did not have a simple glass cutter. They had every other ridiculous thing but their inexperienced staff didnt even know what a glass cutter was! Lyons did! Lyons not only had a variety they gave me pointers! Not wasting my time anywhere else again.

If you cant find it anywhere else and need it asap, then you should have came to Lyons Lumber in the first place. They have it all. If it is hard to fing then they have it or can get it. Make it your first stop the next time and it will be your last.
