I shop at Walmart and Jewel same day. I find more products in stock at Jewel. Their ethnic aisle is fantastic. In this area this is the best Jewel. Better than Orland and Frankfort.

I ordered my flowers for my wedding from Jewel. The price for floral bouquets is significantly cheaper than floral shops, but it wasn’t worth it considering I had to rebook my order 3 times (one being a week before my wedding). The topper on the cake was getting a call on my way to our rehearsal dinner explaining that they weren’t able to get the type of flowers I ordered. They also wanted to give me my REAL flowers on Wednesday or Thursday for my Saturday wedding…

I bought these steaks for 25 dollars and I found out they were spoiled very disappointed I love shopping there but this was very disappointing I want a refund. Or a gift card to purchase something like the but not spoiled. 🤨

Store was very clean and well stocked with just about anything you may need, the staff was pleasant and helpful, items on display where placed out of they way of you walking down the isles.the produce dept was plentiful.

Raise the roof to the Jewel bakery team in Frankfort. Even on a short notice u guys came to my rescue. I applaud all of you. This birthday cake was not only beautiful, but it was absolutely delicious w whipcream and apricot filling. Patrons at the restaurant where asking where did I get that cake. I said Jewel in Frankfort of course. I have been ordering my special occasion cakes from jewel for a long time. This time was outstanding thanks to Anita . Thank you to u and yur team. JOB WELL DONE. It was the talk at the birthday celebration.

I usually dont care for grocery shopping, but this location was clean, organized and fully stocked. The cashiers were very kind and pleasant. I will definitely visit this location more frequently.

I love this store and love the decorations would definitely recommend if you’re looking for good food, the self serve bar is so good and convenient too

The store was clean the washrooms will claim had ample cashiers plenty of a handicap parking, I give it 4 stars, while walking in the store I have this Aroma of fried chicken I walked over to that section in the deli bought some chicken potato wedges they were delicious I was totally happy with my experience.

Hires local. I especially love they hire the disabled. Prices are reasonable. Produce is good. Seafood selection is just ok. They rarely have a few wild varieties. Meat selection is excellent. My 1st stop for grocery especially with their 2 gallons of milk for 4 dollars. Brings me in every time! Twice a week!

It was a busy day when I was there , but they did have sale items in stock. Employees were helpful and polite.

Most of the service is 5 star. The one problem that I have is that on almost every order, at least one of the items is past its expiration date. One time, I was given a bag of frozen chicken that was 28 days past the use by date. On my last order, I was given 2 yogurts that had expired over a week earlier. I would order more often except that I always worry about being given expired products. I dont have this issue with other stores in the area.

Great local grocery store!

Prices are higher then most stores in the area. The checker was yelling at everyone in the express line. I was 3 people back when she yelled at me this lines for 15 items or less. I only had 11 items....... If you are not in a hurry drive down the street.

Jewel prices. Ouch, but service was good.

Usually, no problem shopping here. Today, the clerk was literally tossing my item toward the bagger. The bagger coughed into her hand and continued bagging my items until I mentioned the unsanitary act to her. Customer service these days is mediocre to poor.

I had a raincheck with an unlimited amount of the product. The cashier only gave me the rebate for 2 of the product instead of 4. She even questioned her actions with an assistant manager, and together they couldnt figure out how to give me the rebate price for all. Not to mention that the stock was not available!!

Absolutely love this jewels osco. The staff so friendly, they never mind helping you get things off of shelves that are up too high, they dont even mind if you need a hand pushing your cart because you bought so much. If I could I would give them 10 Stars.

Love the bakery... Jewel has really upped their game as far as the rest of the store they carry Boars head have a good selection of import foods.

They run great sales on Busch Light.

They havent advertisement for when you add it to your app for the pasta on the sales paper it says when you buy one of the pastas from the jewel brand you get it for $0.50. I added it to my app and it did not come off at the register.

2 weeks ago I took my elderly mom to Jewel. A lot people at the deli station, only 2 workers behind the counter, [total 5 behind counter]. I believe one of the three cleanup people should be pulled from cleaning and jump in to help!!!

Big variety of brands. Fresh produce. Merchandise always in stock. Staff always friendly and helpful. But overpriced!

They have a self check out finally because it’s always busy here, people are nice but sometimes not very helpful...Decent prices and hours. Have a change machine for coins into cash as well.

Placed an order that would have been sourced from this store for delivery to a friend who had just lost her father. 1:4 items were delivered and she was told they would be back the next day with the balance. Never showed ! When I went to the store, the Customer Service gal smirked enough under her mask that it was apparent. I told her it wasn’t funny. When she asked the manager, I was given an 800 # to call and the manager never bothered to ask about the situation. Lesson learned - want to express thoughtfulness don’t leave it in the hands of Jewel personnel

Clean store, check out usually fast. Watch prices though. Some are more expensive than Marianas or Meijer for same item

One of the last big box grocery establishments around my area! They carry items that stores beginning with W dont have. Like Swiss Miss No Sugar Added Hot Chocolate Mix in a can. Helpful, friendly staff who ask even newly crowned silver-haired ladies if they need assistance! Jewel has it all.

The store was clean with nothing blocking the aisle. I needed assistance with a product and the pharmacist came to the aisle to assist me. Great store, great service.

Love this store as it is one of my go to stores.

Many of the employees filling the shelves are on their phones. Tired of being made to feel like I am in their way. Fill the shelves overnight. Space the open registers.

This grocery store has practically everything you may need. They also have a liquor department, with a well stocked wine cellar. The store layout is easy to maneuver, making shopping easy and stress free. The bakery has fresh baked cakes and other pastries, and you can order special occasion cakes. They have a deli counter, stocked with various cheeses, meats, and salads. The later you shop, the quicker you can get in and out.

Very clean store, great Covid protocol. Seem to be moving over to more house branded merchandise, but I have yet to be disappointed with the quality of their house brand.

Food and beverages are usually expired. I brought this to the attention of a worker and on my next visit, said expired beverages were still in the fridge (from June of 2019). Moldy cheese and cracked eggs are the norm. Pitiful excuse for a Jewel.

This location in Frankfort had a fabulous selection and stock of water which is important. It had a beautiful flower dept.. The produce is terrible, Im sorry but Jewel is gonna have to work on that. The vegetables were mushy jalepenos and peppers on sale were not at fresh. Besides that it is a beautiful store.

I have not been in a jewel in many years as I moved to ny. We stopped here on our way back from my sisters rehearsal dinner for myself and father in law who were feeling a little sick. From memory they are still very clean, efficient, and people are still extremely friendly here.

This store opens early for elderly.the meat was left overnight and it stunk. Get the senors to come early and buy whats left. Not one piece of meat was put out at 9 30. Thank you.

It has been years since I have been there. I stopped going because I saw a person in bakery drop an unwrapped pastry on the floor and pick it up and put it in the display. They only removed it after I said something. Today, I was going to get lunchmeat in the deli and there were two men with full beards working with no beard net. How gross is that? I wonder what the Health Department will say.

Shame on Jewel, they advertised saying Seniors only on Thursdays from 7am to 9am. I was there this morning and they lied. They were letting everybody in.
