I recently got a Citizen watch as a gift from my wife and I needed the band adjusted. I took it into Kay Jewelers and they removed the links for me. I asked them if I owed them anything based on the fact that the watch hadnt been purchased there and they didnt charge me at all! Thats great customer service that you dont see too often these days. I definitely recommend this store!

I knew as soon as I walked in the door no one was gonna help me. Turned their noses up and quickly got me outta there I only gave one star cause there wasnt anything less to let them know I was there.
