Its nice to see folks who take pride in their work. Showed up within a day of me calling and measured for a new door. Called me as soon as the door arrived (2 months after he measured, but thats how supply chains are now) to schedule an install. Showed up when he said he would. Took a couple hours to take down the old door and track and install a new one. Left my garage cleaner than he found it.Hope I dont need a new garage door again as long as I own my house, but if I do, I know who to call.

Highly recommend. I called on a Sunday evening when one of my springs broke on my garage door. Mr Kelly was at my house Monday by 4pm replaced my springs by 5pm for a very fair price. It’s wonderful to have a local business this professional.

If you truly want a professional garage door install, this is the one!!! This company showed up every time they said they were going to show and were on time!! THEY CAME A DAY EARLY TO PERFORM THE INSTALL, which fit better into my schedule anyway. All employees were Covid-compliant upon arrival and remained masked-up during the entire process. Any questions I had prior to install were answered in a timely manner via text or call, which ever i chose. All trash was picked up and removed after finishing. They explained and performed how to work a few of the features on the door and assured me I could call if further questions arise. I highly recommend using this company if you need a proper garage door installation.

Tim worked with us as if we were family. When we had trouble deciding on what color to go with, he met us with color samples so we didnt have to drive all the way to get them. He continued to over the top helpful throughout the process, doing a thorough job and paid attention to every detail. After one of our subcontractors had left his 2X4 he was going to use for mounting the motor outside, he went and bought new ones to use because he even wanted that to look nice. We also did not have power to our house yet when he installed the garage doors and even called weeks later to check in on the power about coming back out to finish the job (I had forgotten myself!). Great work, great service.

The spring on my 2 car garage gave up the ghost on Thursday. Friday morning I phoned Bill Kelly after my dad told me he fixed doors and to try him. By 2:30 PM Friday I had a new spring installed and an operational door. He and his son Tim were quick and knowledgeable. Bill even confirmed what I suspected for the last year or so after doing some of my own research...my actual unit was undersized in power. They were even able to quote me a price for a replacement unit of the proper size and installation, which was very reasonable considering to buy my own unit was almost as much as having them get me one and install it. If your door needs work it definitely is worth reaching out to Billy Kelly Garage Doors and getting a quote before you try to do something on your own. This company knows what they are doing and they are very efficient. Plus they are a local business!

When we moved to Frankfort in late March I knew we were on borrowed time with our garage door. My good friend and Realtor Larry Moore said if you ever need anything let me know. Well I reached out to him and asked for a good reliable garage door person. He sent me Tim’s contact information from Bill Kelly Garage Doors. I called him and left him a message and he called me back immediately. Came over and told me the bad news that I needed a new door and opener. I was expecting a quote 3-4 thousand dollars and when he sent my quote over less then a hour after he left my house I was stunned and relieved. He was so professional and really good about explaining everything that we would get and what to expect. He was down to earth and very friendly. He explained that it would be some time due to the COVID stuff which I was expecting. He stayed in contact updating me through the whole process. Well him and the other gentleman who helped him did a outstanding job and went above and beyond expectations. You can tell he’s a true craftsman because of the quality of work. He stayed in contact with me the whole installation today and called and explained in detail everything after completing the job. He then called me again tonight after I got home and asked if I was pleased with everything and if I had any questions. Mr. Kelly and his crew have it all. They are trustworthy, dependable, skilled, and reasonably priced. They are adept at the simplest of garage door projects as well as the most complex. I will never use anyone else, and I will never (God forbid) try again to fix a garage door myself.

I have used Bill Kelly for all my garage door needs since 1996. I just had a new garage door installed today and could not be happier. Tim and Andy called to say they were on their way, showed up when they said they would, were fast and efficient, did a great job of installing the new door, cleaned up after themselves and left with a satisfied customer. The new door looks great and functions wonderfully. They took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel good about the whole experience.

Great experience with this company! Bill came out and discussed the plan for the upgrade to our garage doors and Tim and his assistant came to complete the job the next day. They called ahead to let us know they were coming, and their truck and shirts were easily identifiable as representing their company. They completed all the work we discussed, and a little extra, for the exact price we had agreed on. Tim explained clearly what they had done and how to use the new equipment. They cleaned up their work area so well, you only knew they’d been there because our new keypads were installed and the garage doors were working like they are supposed to. 😊 This company is friendly, dependable, and professional!
