DID NOT BOTHER TO HELP my partner. Employee turned their back and watched television and they the employee was extremely defensive and rude when we stated they did not order the correct device that took an additional 3 days to receive. Plus a 2 hour go around of up selling other things. Just overall not the best experience and no immediate desire to help with customer service when they just tell them to call on the phone to the 800 number. So disappointed

Outstanding experience with the young man Christopher who answered all our questions and did not push us into things we did not need. Sales people on commission at Comcast so we were prepared for pushy salespeople. Christopher was not pushy at all and made us comfortable.

They said they would turn my service back on because the supervisor canceled my service and I did not tell her to but they told me they was going to turn it back on and its still not on she said go home and your television service will be back on but thats a lie so now here I am for almost two weeks without any Xfinity Comcast service very bad

This was my second visit to this Xfinity store in a week. The first time was to dispute my charges on my bill. I left with an upgraded package with more channels and a new, stronger and faster modem that Shawn was supposed to activate at the store. Needless to say, none of that was true. After a week we still did not have landline service...thus the second visit in one week. Jenny was SUPER helpful and honest and didnt make empty promises. I give her 5 stars.

My TV lost sound on channel 5 and spoke Spanish on channel 9. I took the box and remote to Xfinity in Frankfort. My Customer service person was Andre, he was wonderful, he explained everything on how to connect the new box and remote. Since I had issues with Comcast equipment before, I was very skeptical that the refurbished box and remote would even work. Andre was very patient and walked me through it on setting the new remote up using the large TV in the store. Xfinity is very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable employee such as Andre. My TV works great now! Thanks!

Waited over 1.5 hours even though we had an appointment. Didn’t go over anything!! Gave me two phones without uploading and sent me on my way. They needed my account number from my current provider and when I said I’d call my provider for it and was told no...I can do that later. The phones are being returned today to another location

I absolutely loved this store. First, the employee helping was extremely nice and helpful, and was very patient. I was upgrading from the samsung s10e to the Note20 Ultra, and it took forever.(not in a bad way) First, my s10e was not the original device, because it had a cracked screen. Assurant sent me a new one, which is what I traded in. Unfortunately, I did not get to learn the name of my tech, and if I did I would include it here . He got on the phone, looked at my phone a couple times, and got the file changed just like that😃. He waited until technically after hours trying to wipe my s10e, which we ended up not doing because we just couldnt get it to work, because my samsung account was being ugly. (And then I got in the car and my samsung account then worked fine 🤦‍♂️) The store was really nice, all though some of the displayed devices were not kept charged.(but when we plugged one in it kept giving notifications so maybe it was on purpose) so to conclude my essay, I am very satisfied with my purchase & service, and if you dont have Xfinity mobile service, you are making a mistake. Especially if you live near this specific store.

I went to discuss service. Thought I would be able to sit and chat with someone. No, it was at the desk and be signed up. Was told activation would be yesterday. Right. The cable had been there a week, never hooked up. Called. No appointment noted for me. Hmmmm. Phone number ported over today, but hey- no service yet. And why are all the customerscustomer reps outsourced and clueless???

I wanted to call the Frankfort store to set up an appointment so I could buy a router and get info on their products. The 800 number for the store kept me in automated loops that made no sense for what I wanted, which was to set up a store appointment. I think Ill stick with AT&T. Im not happy with them, but at least people answer the phone.

My experience at this location was fantastic! Cory was extremely helpful and followed up several days later (with a phone call and a text) to let me know that the process was complete in the system (I was aware that it could take up to a week for the credit to appear on the account). He even included a screen shot that showed the account had a zero balance and was closed. This is excellent customer service and Cory is an outstanding employee! Thanks, Xfinity.

First worker showed up 5 minutes after store was supposed to open. The first half-hour was supposed to be for seniors, that didnt happen either. Once inside it took another few minutes for the computers to come up, but when they did the service was very good.

I admit I was leery of visiting this location based on some of the bad reviews, but I am glad I did! I stopped by to swap out a DVR box, was assisted right away by courteous and knowledgeable employees, and was in and out of there in less than five minutes. Not sure why there are a bunch of negative reviews on here; my experience couldnt have been any better.

Customer service does not LISTEN to what their CUSTOMER wants. They seem to be trained with blinders on to only upgrade. I asked to downgrade from a four service bundle to two. Customer service came back with a double play package THAT COSTS MORE THAN FOUR SERVICES!!!!. Asking for a manager does not help at all. She said he was in the back all day. Try the store in Joliet or Orland .....

The customer service here is the worst! Lazy and ignorant. They were definitely more interested in hanging out with friends in the store than helping out customers. There were many parts of my visit where I received sarcasm and not to mention rude comments. They will try to upsell you phones and home security instead of what you asked for. I hope they dont make more than minimum wage to lounge around on couches and watch TV all day.

I will never go to this store again, i went in at 11am today to add the more sports and entertainment package with Redzone, was told something was wrong with my package now and it couldnt be added until that was fixed and my bill would go up $30 (the package is only $10) so i said ok whatever. I went home and it wasnt working, when i went online to see the package i was changed to they added voice services which i dont want so i was left to call and get it figured out. i was on the phone for 5 minutes and they canceled the order that was put in by this store (which was done wrong anyway) and just added the package i wanted and my bill went up $10 and it was done immediately. I would highly recommend going to either the Joliet or Orland park store as other reviews have said.

I went into Comcast in Frankfort and was totally thrown aback by the unprofessionalism I experienced with a Comcast association by the name of Neisha. She was very rude and so disrespectful that I refused to continue my service with Xfinity mobile. She wouldnt give me her name and when I told her I was in the phone with Comcast the manager told me her name all the while- the manager didnt say anything regarding her behavior. The service sucks and so does the staff at the location in Frankfort, Il

Internet and cable TV keeps going out for long periods of time. Even though they already forced me to get thier updated cable box and internet modem they still don’t work right and constantly lose service. Their customer service is horrible and keeps blaming my equipment even though I already upgraded. I suspect they are just trying to add equipment fees and technician fees or thier service is just horrible. Will be ending my service with them. Don’t be fooled, they can change thier name from Comcast to Xfinity but they are still the same horrible company they were before. Strongly suggest you stay away form them.

Stop in here for rude manager service, it sucks to leave a 5 star review it really does. I was working with DJohn and he was excellent 10 stars. I was here on Tuesday night and he couldnt get my account resolved. The store had 2 other employees here that night and all 3 gave me 5 star service . DJohn asked for me to return today, when in the middle of our conversation his manager walked up and started asking him why he didnt upsell the previous customer in front of me to a triple play. Really is that happening right now. This guy needs to go back to training Xfinity...Your manager was rude, if your gonna question someone about why something didnt happen, Id think it be best with no customers in the store or privately. DJohn was excellent and his manager was the failure today, just awful. This store is brand new in Frankfort and with a manager like this guy, it wont be open long. Ive been a Xfinity customer for over 10 years. Its nice to be able to actually talk with a real person instead of customer service on the phone, good luck DJohn your manager is horrible.
