Dont even recognize it. I havent been in one in over 10 years and was pleasantly surprised by the store. Totally different shopping experience.

A few of the cashiers I have met here are super nice and I loved chatting with them! I also love the quality of the stiff Ive bought here! A few outdoor chair and electric outdoor lights! I did pay a high price for them but the quality is worth it! Bathrooms very clean and the variety of stuff here is awesome too!!!

I hadnt been in a Big Lots in a long time. They seem to have something for everyone. Not sure I care for how the check out is set up. Its not to wheel chair friendly.

Its just not the same like it used to be...they have very little halloween stuff used to be they would have a whole variety of things and not just seasonal i mean in general...not really happy with this store..other stores yea they are cool this one nope

Friendly workers who will do everything in their ability to help you. The furniture is particularly nice and reasonably priced. Theres also season stuff that makes the store seem new every month. Also they have all of the stuff that you usually need. And coupons!

New store, clean, staff was helpful with purchase of new mattress. Signed up for their rewards card and received 15 percent off my purchase. Positive experience all around. Thanks.

Big lots has really changed. Since being bought out by the furniture company, Broyhill. No more the cheap buy outs from other stores. If you want a good price on furniture check it out. You maybe surprised. Lazy boy and Broyhill. If you want cheap store buy outs go to Ollies.

Some items are good deals some are just fair and others are not good deals it just depends on what they have.

I really got some bargains plus outside decor. There were alot of beautiful pieces for outside.

No way to santize shopping cart on arrival. I had to purchase my own sanitizing wipes to wipe cart down. When we checked out I explained to cashier what happened she didnt say anything. Ive been going to Big Lot for years she couldnt put my phone number in correct then said I didnt have a award card.I like like the old store better

Super friendly staff and super helpful in finding what we were looking for.

Big lots in Sheepardsville sold me a couch that was to be delivered to the store the following week. A month later and still no couch. I called and they admitted they screwed up. I got my money back and got my couch in Frankfort at big lots. It was a big head ache. Took hours of my time to fix the screw up.

Customer service is a joke. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Tell you they will get stuff in and don’t , poor system don’t even know what’s coming in on shipments

The only good thing I can say is that the store is clean. They are more expensive than Walmart, Kroger, and pretty much every store in Frankfort. They think because they have a better building they can jack up prices outrageously.

I use to love Big lots but since they moved it doesnt seem to have as much maybe its just a bigger building or maybe the pandemic but they dont seem to have as much as old place did. Also some of the employees seem nasty and have additudes not sure the reason at first I didnt think much about it cause everyone has a bad day now and then but not everyday. I pray that store gets better and staff get better.

Beautiful new store in Frankfort but I have gone twice to purchase a kitchen cart. First time I went I was told it was out of stock. Possible to get some on the truck on Monday. After I got home I checked to see if item was at another store but saw Frankfort store was showing 2 in stock. Went back tonight for same item as it still shows 2 in stock. They guy wouldnt go look for it just told me out of stock.minutes before they came

Dont get me wrong, I love Big Lots and this location too; however, yesterdays service was appalling! The cash checkout employee was cursing, slamming things on the counter, yelling and carrying on. Totally unprofessional.

I have been to the Frankfort location rready to buy a recliner, entertainment stand and other items. I was told they were not in stock and uncertain when any merchandise would be in. This was the third time and The shelves are still bare, and have been since they moved in.If you are paying for a brand new building, I believe you should have the shelves stocked so you can pay for it!Employees just didnt seem to care whether you make a purchase or not....No apologies or information as to when items will be available!I agree with another post...Why drag the same stone-faced, uncaring employees to a new location if you are not going to retrain them in customer care or give them the tools needed to keep a customer coming back!It will be a long time before I go back.......

Was told by staff that if I wanted 2 recliners that I had to buy them first and then MIGHT get them within 2 months. I think its illegal to take money for items that may never be recieved.

Awesome new location, they are still working on getting everything stocked but love the new store.

RUDE MANAGEMENT. Why open a new building and keep the same lackluster customer service? They refused me entry because I walked up with another customer, despite our IDs having different addresses. I will never shop with these people again.

I bought a bed frame from here and it did not have all the pieces, I had to go get more pieces 2 different times and the cashiers were not very friendly.
