Good selection on the buffet, lots of pizza, pasta and salad. They dont skimp on toppings or cheese, which is a huge plus. They have really good fountain drinks, truly tastes like it was poured from a new 2 liter. I will definitely come back.

I used to love this place, but the prices have shot through the roof, and their quality has nose dived. There is plenty of low quality pizza, available. With their current prices though, I wont be back for a long time.

I have such huge respect for the manager that I met at this location. She really does anything to make sure her customers and staff members are happy and you can feel the effect ripple throughout the entire place. I met two very young servers who are so incredibly sweet. Id love to make a shout out for Gina and Amy, these young ladies deserve nothing less of perfect customers so please treat the people here with respect. The food was really great, especially the wings and veggie pizza. Definitely try the desserts as well, never thought pizza desserts could be that tasty! Highly recommended location, try them out if youre ever in the area ❤

What more could you ask for?? We used to have a Pizza Inn in our town growing up and it closed about several years ago. There has never been anything like it. Im glad we found this one. We pass this exit off of I64 going to visit family. We are headed up there for Labor Day and cant wait to stop there on the way up. The service is great. They will make whatever you want. Wonderful staff that are very attentive. The place is clean. Thin crust sausage and the ham/cheese stromboli!!!

The sweetest of people. Excellent service, clean, and freshly made food. The people are truly eager and ready to make sure their customers are served to the upmost manor. I love the down home feel and hospitality! I most certainly would recommend to anyone.

We LOVE eating here! We were very fortunate the first time eating here to get a fabulous waitress!! We request her EVERY time! The pizza and wings are extremely good! If the buffet doesnt have what you want, they dont mind to fix it for you. And will even bring a few slices to you when its ready! Best service EVER!

Nice little buffet. Pizza was delicious, as was everything else! We liked the cheese bread, pasta, and salad bar options too. I did not like that there were 2 employees that sort of rudely asked what we wanted. When my 10 year old went up there without me, the girls completely ignored her! Food was tasty though.

Its not a 5 star restaurant. But the food is fresh and the people are nice.

Pizza was hot made to order even on the buffet. They would fix your salad plate, you would just tell them what you wanted. Then they would bring your pizza out to you. Great service being so careful wearing gloves an masks on there face the right way. Would definitely be back for more.

It’s pretty good. Has declined a tad the past couple years but the cheesy bread is pretty hard to beat anywhere else. Has to have a type of drug in it it tastes like nothing else anywhere and I’ve tried a lot of hole in the wall pizza places. Try it out. And if you say “well done” they actually listen.

Poor custimer service. Ordered online and it confimed the order. Waited and waited for it to be delivered( over an hour). I called to check on it and they never made my order because I left out a 2 in the area code of the phone number. The address was correct. You would have thought being local they could have figured it out? Maybe tried the normal Frankfort area code and attempted to call? The owner answered as well. Super dissapointed. Guess Papa Johns will get my 50 bucks instead.

Today I placed an order over the phone. The nicest employee (RIKKI) helped me with my order. I wasnt quite sure exactly what I wanted and she was so considerate and helped me so much. She was so pleasant. I appreciate all the time she took to help me order. Once I got there to pick up my order she and 2 other employees helped me so much..i had 2 large pizzas an order of garlic bread and a half gallon of tea. They held the door open for me and helped me get to the car and I appreciate them for taking the time to care about their customers. My family and I enjoyed the delicious pizza too. Highly recommend Pizza Inn. We will definitely come back to pizza inn from now on!

If youre feeling nostalgic for elementary school cafeteria pizza...this is the place for you! The person working the buffet line said that they could get a pizza ready in 5 minutes. That pretty much says it all about the quality of the product.

Pizza Inn is a Frankfort staple. The staff is always friendly and they will make sure you have whatever pizza you want on the buffet. Since we are not permitted to fix our own plates during the pandemic, the wait staff will fill your plate to the brim. Love me some pizza inn

We went in the early afternoon.The young lady seated us and was very attentive and likeable.We chose the pizza bar.Unfortunately, everything was barely warm and had been there a long time...I was informed that I could order a pizza and wait on it.It was our lunch hour and we needed to eat and go. I then decided to try the wings.....They only had spicy hot wings....Again, I could wait while it cooked....Not an option....so, I settled on cold pizza...It Cost me $13.00 and change, plus gratuity at 15%.I just believe that when you have 6 or 7 employees wandering around, you should have sense enough to know when quality is suffering , and availability is lacking at best. Last visit!

I really like Pizza INN. Its probably the best as far as pizza buffets go. They have great service and they always are very nice. I think the taste is sometimes a hit with me and others times its a miss. Please take this with a grain of salt though, because I am not really a fan of buffet style pizza, pasta and salad. My husband loves it and thats why we go!!

Ive been visiting the Frankfort KY location for about 12 years. People that own this franchise and the servers are very nice and courteous. However, in the last few years, Ive noticed a decline in the pizza quality and taste. Its simply not the same as it use to be.

Great place with a great buffet. Locally owned and operated for years. The owner is a nice man and he is always there. That, as much as anything, is what makes a great restaurant. I highly recommend.

We just ate at Pizza Inn for the first time. The service was awesome! They kept the buffet items fresh and asked us and made what we would like to eat. The food was good but we would return for the superb service alone. The entire staff was friendly and we really enjoyed our server, Rikki.

The pizza arrived well before the estimated time. The order was correct. However. Some of the toppings tasted old. And our pizza did not have the two layers of cheese as advertised on the menu. Would love to try again when the pizza is made correctly with fresh toppings.

The pizza all tastes really good, full salad bar, always has 6 or 7 different types of pizzas instead of the 2 or 3 you typically get at some buffets. They are ways pumping out hot pizza so you are never waiting on the pizza you want. They also have several dessert pizza options....I stop by this place everytime Im driving through frankfort!

Waited an hour and a half for 2 pizzas. When I called after 1 hour they snapped at me stating Id only ordered 30 minutes before. I ordered at 6:59 my pizza still isnt here and its now 8:30

Pizza buffet is fine. I am not personally a fan of pizza buffets, but for people who are they do a nice job at getting fresh pizza out and the salad bar is fresh. No olives on the salad bar. Classic pizzas, taco, buffalo chick, dessert pizzas, white pizza, and I think they will take requests if they dont have something u want. Staff nice.

I love the food here. Awesome buffet and the service is quick. Loaded baked potato pizza is a great take on the unique pizza genre. The buffet also has salad, soup, wings and pasta. There is a small game room to occupy children and TVs in every dining area. The desert pizzas are also really good.

We went after the lunch rush and they still had a great selection of fresh food to pick from. The staff was friendly and very prompt with service. Everything was clean. And, honestly the buffet was quite reasonably priced. We will be coming back to this place.

Absolutely fantastic buffet and about $10 per person. I only had the pizzas and the desserts however and not the pasta. I will definitely have to try the next time I go! The staff were extremely attentive and they deserve the 5 star review.

Very expansive salad bar; beets, broccoli, cucumbers, you name it. I get veggie pizzas and they taste good.

Not my favorite. I like little caesars better cheaper and more toppings
