Let me start of saying we love our kitchen! Bill and Linda made the process very easy when we walked in. The installers were all professional and did a great job! The Island is wonderful. Counter tops we went with quartz and are beautiful! Our backsplash turned out amazing as well. Shout out to Jermey for doing a final walk through and making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend! A+

This company is a nightmare. Do not give them any money. They make promises they don’t keep and don’t care at all about the customer. Like the other reviews, they are so nice when you put money down on a job but then they won’t contact you again until they need more money to pay their employees. They will delivery the tub (not usable because plumber doesn’t show up) and then they come to collect the check according to the contract. Then surprise!!! No one shows up for weeks! No contact. They don’t even return phone calls. We had to drop off their trash at the store front because it was sitting on our driveway for two weeks!! NO usable bathroom in our home for 24 days!!! My family had to use family and friends’ homes to shower in for over 3 weeks. It was humiliating!! And they don’t care and continued with excuses and lies! We have never experience anything like this in our lives and are extremely embarrassed that we didn’t investigate Top Notch, LLC better. Do not go through what we did. Read the BBB reviews. They can’t lie in those. Do not be fooled by the owner Bill. I have never met a person like him before. He is frightening. STAY AWAY FROM TOP NOTCH, LLC. Or you will experience the same nightmare we had. Total of 37 days to finish a bathroom that looks average at best. Terrible, terrible company.

I would agree that this place has beautiful granite. It is cut and installed by a sub-contractor. Read the reviews closely before you choose this Company. The few good reviews had very little done. I contracted for a Kitchen and Master Bath in November, 2020. Today, it is 90% done and we have filed a Civil lawsuit. Look at YouTube, Bill will tell you the people are crazy etc. but word for word he did exactly the same thing to us. Make your own decision but beware, we were warned and saw the reviews but they are good con artists, I am embarrassed to admit we got conned. I would have been happy to put up with the lies but the work is so bad it just does not make sense to continue to work with Express/Top Notch.I have pictures of the real work, not stock photos or staged. Sloppy is putting it nicely, it is horrible. The only good thing is the granite!Just a few examples of the work, it is difficult to get pictures of 3 different colors grout in bathroom and the cultured marble floors that were destroyed with paint and packing tape used by the demo crew.The cabinets in kitchen were installed incorrectly so the backsplash needs to be ripped out and cabinet moved.As I said, make an informed decision and give weight to the bad reviews as well as the good ones. I wish I had paid attention, using Express/Top Notch was a bad mistake!

Extremely accommodating, exercises perfection and precise measurements, uses top quality materials and are timely and highly qualified. My kitchen looks brand new. I soo appreciate their work and craftsmanship.

We had a granite countertop put on the island in our kitchen and Top Notch did a beautiful job. Price was very reasonable they got it cut, prepped and installed quickly. We are looking forward to years of use. It’s like having a piece of art in our kitchen.

He was very professional, from the first phone call to my visit to the showroom.This was the first place I visited that made me fill so happy about my selection of Quartz for my kitchen. Bill and Jeremy were terrific. Quick to cut and install my quartz. They had staffing problems ( no fault of their own) the week our quartz was to be installed and they still got it to us timely. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Will use them again.

Shame on Bill for forcing me to write this review. I spent $60000 on a remodel for my kitchen and 2 baths. 7months later it is still not finished and has been a complete and utter disaster along the way. In the beginning he was excited and nice to me. I guess what I expected was not what happened. He uses all subcontractors that made so many errors and damaged things along the way. Not ONCE did he ever come to my house after I signed the contract. Even when I was so upset things were not right did he even try to come to the job site. Dealt with his subcontractors who were complaining about Bill the whole time. If it wasn’t for Ric my house would not even be presentable. Plumbers were a joke damaged my new floor and ceiling letting water leak, painter not good paint peeling everywhere( hired him for a side job and he took my money and ran) thanks Adam! I still don’t have windows replaced, cabinet for my bathroom, caulk job in bath a disaster, floor has wrong color grout that is now cracking, decorative shower trim still not up, back door hinges were I’ll supposed to be closing for my disabled brother, door handles missing, there is part of your list Bill. Wish I thought it would help but 7 months later I don’t have much hope left. Beware if you don’t have patience of steel choose someone else. I like my new kitchen just the process has been daunting and so upsetting and unfinished!!!

We needed a countertop for a window sill came in on a Saturday found a piece to match and by Friday it was installed. Super happy great company to work with !!!

If youre looking for Top Notch counters and customer service, this IS THE PLACE to go. Bill and Linda made everything so easy. We were in the middle of remodel and my counter and sink didnt fit. Menards told me that I would have to special order and it would take 6-8 weeks! We found this GEM 💎 of a place 10 minutes away from our home. We met Bill, who was very professional and helpful. Linda was very pleasant. I told Bill what happened and he was kind enough to put a rush on my order. I found a BEAUTIFUL marble piece and they were able to install it within a few days! Bill saved us. We got our bathroom remodel finished! Just in time for our party and our company that is coming to stay with us. I HIGHLY recommend this place! You will not regret it. I remodel my countertops and did a backsplash with them and I’d like to say that I’m speechless till now.The granite color is so beautiful and blend so well with the backsplash design. And the deadline was promptly met.And I should add that it was all on Jeremy. He helped me with the selection and he was the one who came and installed the tiles.From the selection in the showroom to the installation, the guys are restless. And super clean. Each day they left my house I couldn’t even realize it was a remodel, zero dust!!!Of course I couldn’t leave Bill out of this. He was very kind with us since the beginning and managed to keep me informed during all the process.Top Notch is truly top notch. Top Notch exceeded my expectations with the quality of work and going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. They help create a vision for me and as the project went on they kept asking me what I wanted or if I wanted to change anything—very friendly and accommodating. We have been looking at granite for our kitchen for quite sometime. I just had my old counters and sink replaced with new granite and sink/faucet combo.Bill and Top Notch did an amazing job. Bill helped me make the right choice with granite to compliment my cabinets. His crew was well organized and did a great job. They put in new granite throughout the kitchen, a new sink and faucet and a new dishwasher. All the work was finished promptly and beautifully. We had our kitchen counters replaced with a farm sink and back splash. Company was very professional Jeremy was great he headed off our project. The show room and selections of granite and other appliances they had were very nice. Bill the owner was very helpful and professional with getting us taking care of through out our remodel. The plumber with the kick a$$ beard was outstanding.He was very polite and took the time to clean up after he did the sink and stove. The remodel did take a little longer then we expected but the final results were well worth it. Thank you again top notch!

In the past year I have had both of my bathrooms done and my kitchen. The craftsmanship is very good and all the workers are very friendly. My kitchen was completely redesigned and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend Top Notch.

Jeremy was fantastic to work with. I stopped in because I have an issue with my current granite counters purchased and installed by another company. Had a great experience working with Top Notch. They were able to do some custom work with an amazing turn around time! They were wonderful to work with and helped me complete the vision I had! After this we asked for a flooring quote, can’t wait to see what amazing work they will do there!

Let me start by stating the most important thing.... we absolutely LOVE our new kitchen and bath! This was our first remodeling experience and we were TERRIFIED! We contacted different companies for quotes, but from the moment we first met with Jeremy in our home, we felt comfortable. We did our research and read some bad reviews, but, in the end, we trusted our instinct. Jeremy, Emily and Bill all worked with us in design and product choice. I will be honest and admit that once the project started there were times we were nervous about scheduling and work quality. As soon as I brought up any of those issues to Bill, however, he took immediate action to rectify the situation. There were even some supply issues that worked out in our favor! But rather than delay the project, Bill apologized and gave us upgrades at no extra cost. Some six months after our kitchen has been completed, Bill remains in touch and has followed up with any concerns and graciously answers all of my continued questions (re: maintenance issues). This was a big project for us. Entrusting your home to a contractor is a big decision - financially and emotionally. Yes, there were bumps. Yes, there were delays. With patience and understanding, however, we are proud of our top notch kitchen and bath! Top Notch Staff. Top Notch Workmanship. Top Notch Company.

The guys were awesome and so professional! We bought a fixer upper and it had counters from the 90s and went to top notch to give it an update. The color was perfect (consult all done vis the phone) the guys were so kind and did an amazing job.Everything from start to finish was amazingWould highly recommend! So glad I saw them on fb!

This is the same owner and people from Express Kitchen and Bath.Please see my review from my experience with Bill and the company:I IMPLORE you to avoid this company if you are considering using them for your home renovation. PLEASE save yourself the headache!!!!We thought that choosing a family-owned business that had been around for years was the perfect way to go for our home bathroom renovations. Our consultation was seamless and they were very professional in the beginning- so we had all the confidence in them. We were estimated 3-4 weeks for 2 bathrooms to be renovated simultaneously. At first things started off okay. But after they had already received ~ 85% of the total payment, things went left quickly. They stopped showing up. They became less and less responsive to our calls and emails as the job stalled. Their communication with the customer is terrible. We had to show up to the main office to try and get an answer as to what was going on! All we got were excuses and hollow promises! There were multiple times we were told someone would be coming to do work and no one came. TWO WHOLE WEEKS went by with no work done. They continued to give us excuses (wrong item ordered, shipping delays, family member sick, petc). Personal issues within the family significantly effected their ability to run their business and our project continued to stall as a result.Even more frustrating, was their LACK OF ORGANIZATION. On more than one occasion, they seemed unaware of the scope of work that still needed to be done. I would keep a running list of items that were not complete and had to remind them on more than one occasion about completing these items.Not only that, but parts of the job were done sloppy and required revision which took more time to revise or left marks.Even after the job was finally completed after over 3 months, ONE week later, the toilet paper holder they REINSTALLED started coming off the wall YET AGAIN.TO DATE, they have still NOT FIXED this issue. This is after numerous promises from Bill that someone would come to fix it without any action. WE ARE COMPLETELY FED UP and UTTERLY DISMAYED at their unprofessionalism and disregard of their customers.That is what they do best- they are disorganized, unreliable and inconsiderate to the customer.

TERRIBLE experience with this company from the start (formerly Express Kitchen & Bath)! Work was never completed when promised. After months of follow up and total frustration, we ended up having the work completed by another company at our expense. Mr. Vranicar tried to take our money up front, then lied and did not perform. When confronted, Mr. Vranicar was very abusive to me and my wife, which was not acceptable. Beware! Ive got all of the emails to prove my points.The owner response was very typical. Top Notch is not the same company, but they just so happened to have all of my information regarding the work that they did as Express Kitchen & Bath. The job was never completed by them. Just more lies! They never end.
