Although the had amazing selection of clothing and great brands one lady was pretty rude. I don’t know if she was owner but she evidently thought she was better then her customers. Especially a new customer. Disappointed in customer service from her but the young lady behind the counter was very nice

Nice store. I have sold a lot of nicer clothes and shoes that we have outgrown or dont use (too nice to donate). Ive been pleasantly surprised at how much money I make when an item sales. This place is awesome for the kids who go through clothes so fast. Also nice for adults. A bit crowded is the only drawback. Need more room or be more selective on the items they accept for consignment.

Great customer service and I usually hit the jackpot with clothes. Like all consignment stores, I visit regularly and sometimes dont find clothes.....but they have so much of a selection I usually never leave empty handed!

I love this store! They have a nice selection and everything is neatly organized by size and color which makes it very easy to find what you want. They are very friendly and the prices are great!

Nice looking store, although several color tags were discouted, which I didnt see until I got to other side of store. I left with nothing, too crowded with items.

I love going here.

Continually some of the worst service I have ever received anywhere. They are unwilling to help. Extremely rude. And uninterested in your service whether you are selling or buying clothes. When you go in to pick up your money they are unfriendly and seem annoyed. And this is everytime you go in. Always an unpleasant experience. I definitely would not recommend.

So annoying!! I drove all the way to Frankfort to sale some clothes. When I got there they told me that they wouldnt even look at my clothes because I brought them in a trash bag and that if I want them to even look at my clothes that I would have to go home, put them in a tote and then Go back. I find that so ignorant. They will not be seeing me again!!! 😡

Prices are a little high for consignment shop and the store has a musty smell, must be carpet or old building, but staff is awesome

Boy, most of these commenters must work for other consignment shopa. I have had nothing but kind, polite, efficient service at Cheapskates, whether buying or selling. Good prices both ways! The childrens sections that have been added are awesome. There is a girls room and boys room for baby clothes. So convenient and easy and reasonable. I got paid $18.52 on items sold and got 80 percent off at the latest seasonal sale. One-piece sleepers for $2, all name brand. Cheapskates accepts nothing but name-brand clothes. You dont have to sift through Walmart clothes.

Was accused of stealing by an 18 year old cashier. after almost being denied the option of using the dressing room l, ( i was told I guess you can After she looked me up and down ) After i let the owner Patty Know what happened , even though she watched the whole thing transpire, the cashier told my friends to watch who they hang out with. Never in my life have I been that disrespected and treated that badly by a child in a knockoff goodwill. Crap clothes, crap service.
