Very clean store with wide open aisles. Nice displays of products with clear, easy to read pricing. Wide selection of products in multiple scales. Quick & friendly service when purchasing items. None of the models are sold directly “off the floor;” items come out from the attached warehouse after submitting a request. Plenty of parking at the facility.

I discovered this by accident. Just searching Google Maps to see what we were close to to get some rest, could not believe how close. This is our hobby, we spend so much time building, modifying, fabricating, etc. 1:64 scale diecasts. I had to be sure they were open to shoppers. When I told my husband, it was like I gave him the best gift ever. The lady and young boy working behind the counter were so hospitable and just refreshingly friendly. They seemed genuinely interested in our stories.Hubby and I kept calling each other over to come look at this. If we werent so distracted with all the diecast we may have thought to just stay close to each other, lol. It was an expensive visit, but we got alot and we could have spent alot more. The experience alone was worth it. I appreciate being able to see the diecasts before buying, lol. They really do appear different online vs. in hand. If youre a collector in their area, it definitely worth stopping in!!!!

Great place for the auto enthusiasts that collect scaled versions of their favorite rides. Awesome selection of diecast and model car kits.

Depceptive business.. terrible communication.. they list items they do not have - and then do not refund what they were not able to procure. I spent 250$ CAD on a single model that took nearly four months to ship. No customer service, no communication, such a frustrating experience.

This place engages in deceptive business practices. They will list items as in stock and not update their system as a bait and switch, later claiming that the item is on back order while still listed as in stock. Do not buy from this place.

I am from Canada. I called the store for an order and got good services. Once paid, got shipped within 48 hours and receives in not even 2 weeks. Thanks !

This place is terrible i have waited 26 days for my stuff and when i called today they told me my full order isnt available either, you would think i would got an email on that find another business that is more helpfull than this garbage

Ordered two model kits in December do to be released last week on January. It is now March 3 and they are sill showing shipment as (pending). Ordered the same kits (2 of them) from another suppler on February 10th and got them in 3 days. It looks as if Diecast Direct is selling kits they cant get.

Great, high-quality models that come in many varieties. Notably well-priced based on other manufacturers prices for models of equal quality. Also, once when some of the antennae on a couple of my models went missing, they shipped replacement parts for free.

In my opinion this company is a rip-off. Ordered an item from them and then found it elsewhere for half the price. Called them and their response was learn to shop better. Well, I will certainly never buy from them again.
