I bought my last three cars from a different dealership, twice from a friend who works there, but this was by far the best transaction and experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle! Brittain Gill is the nicest, most positive, helpful, and thoughtful salesperson you could hope to work with. He kept in constant contact with me during my search, even though we didn’t meet in person until the day I finally went to test drive. I’ve never known a salesperson to thoroughly walk around a vehicle and explain its capabilities so thoroughly. He even gave my fiancé a brand new Universal Socket, just because he’s a tool guy and thought it was awesome. The manager, Brian, worked hard to find me the best interest rate and payment for my level of comfort. He also gave us hats and offered to meet me in Lexington (where he lives also) on his day off to collect the title from me. Last but not least, the finance guy - David - wrapped up the entire process seamlessly and with a ton of personality, even though we were there almost an hour past closing. I would strongly recommend this entire team to anyone in the market for a new or used car!

My husband and I went to purchase a new truck. Highly recommended this place. Customer service & sales people go above & beyond!!! My husband picked out the truck on Saturday came back Monday to pick-up all paperwork was ready just needed signatures, actually got us a better interest rate than first told - more than fair on our trade in - get in to leave and there is a full tank of gas!!! We found a vehicle online we liked and drove down to look at it. Made the hour commute and found out they took it to auction that day. HOWEVER they sent a driver to West Virginia to get it for us the next morning with NO commitment to buy it. Now that’s customer service! Gave us a fair value on our trade in. While we worked with David, Brian and Dave on this deal, we talked with all the sales reps while there and everyone was so nice and helpful.We were so impressed with the customer service, transparent pricing and good communication, we saw a truck we liked online at their Danville location. Although that truck and another one we picked out were sold, or had a deposit on them, they worked with us on another one they just had shipped in to make the price comparable and fair. We worked with Matthew, David, Brian, Dave and the new GM on that deal. Great teamwork!I highly recommend Bob Allen of Frankfort due to their exceptional customer service, transparency in trade in value and new vehicle pricing (visually on paper and verbally) and when you walk out of there you know everyone. Worked with the GM, Matt and the salesman, Matthew. Great service. Went to look at a truck I saw online and when I arrived to the dealership, it wasn’t on the lot. They personally went to another dealership and drove it to the lot for me to look at and test drive.Spent a while in the office and got to know these two men, wonderful people. After agreeing on a deal, I was unable to leave work to pick it up. They DELIVERED to my work and would have delivered to my house if I needed them to.Real stand up people.

Brought in my vehicle because it was throwing Service AWD Traction Control and ABS codes. They said it was the sensor in my tire that was broken, the sensor that goes in the rotary plate. It was a $40 part, and it took them 30 minutes to change it, they charged me for a full hours worth of work and the part. That wasnt even a month ago and the same part just broke I took it to a different machinic to fix it because obviously they dont know what theyre doing, or care to check if theres something else. It wasnt the sensor that was broken. No. It was the entire rotar, it was snapped in freaking half, and instead of fixing the problem, the let me leave 7 months pregnant in an unsafe vehicle, after charging me $268 to do nothing really. This part broke from the rotary being broken, and broke again while I was on the highway, sending my car into limp mode and almost causing the car behind me to hit me.I guess the point of this, is to go and get a second opinion before spending the outrageous amount theyre going to charge you, to not even fix what the real problem is. If you use them, youll be back, and not because they do good work, but because theyre going to do the minimum amount of work for the highest cost possible. Good luck. If the problem reoccurs, its not your fault. Its theres!

I bought a car here after also looking in Lexington. David was a great salesman and made sure that things were taken care of. The other David, was also super helpful with my financing and additional questions. The whole process was pretty painless. Ask for the both Davids to assist you.... and I give this review because I despise dealing with car salemen. Lastly there was no pressure to spend everything I was approved for. I stayed on budget and am not suffering from buyers remorse. I would definitely buy from them again.

Bob Allen Dealership in Frankfort KYWe found a truck on thier website that was not exactly what we wanted however the price was reasonable, they also had 2 other trucks that we were interested in looking at. After communicating via email with them we decided to make a trip out of state to look at the 3 trucks. When we arrived and asked about our 1st choice( lister in transit) we were told that it sold and continues to be put back on the website as in stock. The 2nd truck was just soldhow convenient. The last and only truck that fit closeto our needs was $7000 more than the price listed unless you can qualify for a list of 15 items which the salesperson admitted nobody qualifies for. An absolute waste of our time and frustrating especially considering we were ready to pay in full.

Was quoted a price that was good through November 4th in an email. Came to the dealer on November 3rd and the dealer would not honor the price. Website still has the truck listed at the incentive price quoted. I also called before driving an hour and a half to ensure the truck was still there and the deal was still on. Went there just to browse and ended up driving home in a 2018 Jeep Renegade. The salesman Ed was awesome!! Anything I wanted to know he either knew himself or found out for me. Two days after I had the car; Ed called to say they had found a better finance company deal and the payment would be cheaper. I was so impressed, this will be my “Go to”car lot from now on. I don’t know what they’re paying Ed but I can assure you it’s not enough!

I shouldnt even give this company one star but I had too. I bought a car from a Richard Hayes at the Frankfort Bob Allen and he told us nothing was wrong with the car. He told us all it needed was a cap on the tire. We have had the car for two months and the aultanator is bad and we called Mr. Hayes and he told us there was nothing wrong with the car when we bought it and he didnt want to help nor take blame for selling us a limon. I dont recommend this company at all. I really dont understand how people can take advantage of good people like he did us. All this company wants is to sell cars and get that money. This is by far a horrible thing to do to people.

I do not recommend this dealership. I am a well educated, professional woman and I don’t like being lied to or having personal information given out to random strangers. To date, I have had 2 bad experiences with this dealership. You would think that I learned my lesson the first time but I guess not. My advice to anyone that is concerned about keeping their private information just that, private, I would not work with this dealership. They gave out my personal information to another customer who bought our trade-in. That is absolutely unacceptable! Their response to this was to deny it or make up a reason for why they were not responsible for doing so. When you purchase or trade in a vehicle, you sign paperwork stating that they will keep your information confidential and they did not honor this. Another experience I had with this dealership was earlier this year when they guaranteed me certain financing for a new vehicle before running my credit. After running my credit, they advised me that I did not qualify for the deal that they had originally promised me. Had I known that initially, I would have never let them run my credit. I don’t know what else to say other than this is not a respectful dealership and you have so many other options for a new or used vehicle. Trust my experiences and do not buy from this dealership unless you like being lied to and your personal information being given out to random individuals without your permission.

Recently purchased a used truck here. The process was fast and easy. I got home and discovered a few things I did not discover on my test drive. We dealt with the Service Department and worked with Wendall Brown. He was very knowledgable and honest. I appreciated the way we were treated. He talked with my son and asked him at least twice if he had any questions. He stopped and answered questions when they were asked. When he explained the process, that is exactly what happened. I had a bad experience at another dealership, but this was a great experience. When we left the service department, I had a good idea of what work needed to be done and what it would cost.

Lacks professionalism and uses deceptive pricing tactics on website. In a phone call tries to tell me I should click on things to find more information. I hung up on the sales person because wasnt making the pricing right, just explaining discounts that should have been easily found. Attached photos are screen grabs of the sales persons emails and information showing difference between listed dealer price from their website and cargurus.com and actual dealer pricing. Give your actual price you are selling the vehicle for and not a price that includes all the discounts. Found two other reviews of this dealer mentioning truck pricing issues.

Vehicle was towed here on a Friday afternoon for service. It was a 2017 Jeep still under warranty and two hours later I was told my issue for my vehicle not starting was faulty battery connectors. Once replaced, I hit the road...only to be stranded at the next stop I made in town. I called them on Saturday morning and was informed to bring it in on Monday. I had the vehicle repaired elsewhere. It was the starter.

Took my car in for repair, and when itnwas determined it would take some extra time, I was promptly shuttled home. My service contract company initially denied my repair claim, but this dealership contacted them back and worked on my behalf to correct the issue. Service desk was friendly and helpful at all times. Made a trip down from Cincinnati today to look at a car that I was interested in. The price was very sharp. It was a new car. After test driving and looking over the car there were a couple of issues that were deal breakers for me. One of which is that there wasnt a spare tire kit with the automobile. I am not comfortable at all with not having a spare tire to work with if necessary. The kit could have been ordered and installed but it was not to my liking how it would have been done. Throughout my process, the salesperson Robert Hayes was very professional and nice I unfortunately had to decide against the purchase.

Horrible customer service. Our family was looking for a new vehicle at this dealership. After speaking with a sales representative on the phone, we agreed upon the price of a vehicle. The manager had apparently confirmed this. After arriving at the dealership and test driving the car, they took back the agreed upon price and said they could only give it to me for the original sale price. Also, after repeatedly stating that we would not be financing a vehicle, the manager came in and tried to pressure me into doing just that. I would never take my business back to this dealership after this awful experience and recommend the same to any other car buyer.

Bought a used truck they kept telling what a great truck I was getting. I have had the truck for three weeks its been in the shop for a week getting multiple oil leaks and coolant leak fixed. They told me they had just serviced it but I winder if that was even true. If they did they would have seen it the Ford dealer says its been leaking fir a while. 25,000 to buy and another 3,000 to fix it. Has cost me a 1,000 dollars a week so far. Never again stay far away from these crooks.
