Went into the store today with my family. Had 3 girls working there and not one of them greeted us or asked us if we needed any help. There was only one other customer in there so they were not busy. 2 of the girls looked directly at us and again, never asked if we needed any help. I don’t know why I’m surprised as most of the time your on your own without any help in most Shoe Carnivals. Needless to say we ended up walking out as their selection was pretty pitiful. Won’t be back.

I used to love shopping here, especially because I have multiple children and the Shoe Carnival ALWAYS was willing to offer discounts, such as the buy one get one half price. Plus we had the opportunity to spin the wheel, which of course my little one loved! Today we went and found that there was no more buy one get one half off, and no wheel spin unless you bought two pairs of shoes and another 5.00 product. Like my 150.00 in tennis shoes wasn’t enough.. gotta get that five extra dollars! Also, door sign says that boots were buy one get one. My husband asks where to find those to learn that it was for women only. 🙄. Needless to say, I don’t know what has happened but today’s visit was disappointing to say the least! Oh and I wasn’t the only one disappointed, on way in I met a customer coming out with multiple complaints as well!

Shoe carnival has a wide array of shoes , boots socks , etc. anything to do with feet for the entire family. Unfortunately , they dont carry enough soft material / padded insole shoes for the older generation. Older folks feet need lace up or Velcro closures to be comfortable. They should add these types of shoes to be a complete service store.

I like the clearance section! They literally have the cutest shoes with a big selection! I got my favorite elastic back tennis shoes from here!

Best place to get shoes in Frankfort

No help from the workers. They just hang at the counter or go in the back room. Shoes are over priced but since I dont want to go to Lexington or the Rack Room on other side of town then I have to pay what they ask. It would be nice if the workers at least approach you to find out if you need help but not the case.

I ordered my kids shoes a month ago I still dont have them.

I love Shoe Carnival. Ive been a loyal customer for more than 10 years, and never had a bad experience at any of their locations.This trip was no exception. I bought a new pair of memory foam flip flops to replace my old pair that was falling apart.Ill be back when running shoes wear out.

This store has a great staff and their prices are great. I like their selection of shoes and their rewards program is great. I like how if you dont find a pair of shoes they can get you a pair sent straight to your home at no extra charge.

How are you going to buy a pair of shoes when you cant even try them on. They never has the size I need. Been to 3 shoe carnivals and they tell me the same think every time. I can order them and they dont have any shoes in the back of the store. And they dont have control over what gets ship to the store. 👎

I went to Shoe Carnival today (5/25/19) with Sketcher shoes that I had bought on 3/13/19. I had had the shoes for just over two months and they had started to fall apart inside. Shoe Carnival allowed me to replace the shoes even after the 60 day return policy! I was so grateful that they allowed me to get replacement shoes.

We ended up here looking for my wife shoes to help for diabetic issues. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the sales associate’s name but what a tremendous help she was! She not only made a knowledgeable and awesome recommendation, but she went so far as to help her put them on and laced them up to wear out of the store!! Thank you Shoe Carnival of Frankfort!

Awful!!!!! My young daughter needed to use the restroom and the restrooms were locked. Staff said they keep them locked and dont allow customers use them because of unruly customers. After 15 min. And complaining the manager finally opened the door. Will never come back. Rude rude rude. My 4 year old almost peed on floor. Waited 20 min while staff went to back to find mate for shoe since they only have one shoe on sales floor and have.to ask employee for other.
