Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable about the different crafts and products. They have improved the cleanliness and organization of the store, but still feels like there could be some improvement.

I absolutely love this store but it has changed a little bit when you used to walk in they would ask you if you need help immediately this time it took me forever to find someone to help me and when I did find someone they didnt know what they were doing other than that its a good store

Place is on the pricey side... They didnt have a single customer one in the store, I asked where something was and instead of her getting off her phone long enough to show me she said its about 3 ilses over. Wasnt to pleased with that

They have just about anything you would need for arts and crafts on hand. They are a little on the expensive side for the set income person. Walmart has exact some things that you can find right here and cheaper for someone that is on fixed income person.

Best place to get fabric in Frankfort. Lots of great deals and selections. Has great selection of other crafts as well. Love the holiday themed stuff they get too!! Perfect place to go if you need to diy your kiddos Halloween costume.

Nice selection of yarn, fabrics, arts and crafting... Im happy we have a JoAnns in town when other stores dont have what I need. Variety and options are necessary.

After unsuccessfully waiting for about 10 minutes for a store employee to end her discussion and reading of a pattern with a customer about a pattern they had taken out of the original envelope to discuss i left the store without being able to make my purchase. Not only was I left to wait while the employee and customer discussed the pattern, but another employee passed the cutting table twice without an offer to help. It was obvious that I was waiting for assistance as there were no other customers around.I realize times are difficult but as I too work in the retail business I am also aware of customer service and courtesy. The only time my existence was acknowledged was when I was walking out and told I would be helped in a minute. Not happening. This is the very reason I hesitate to go to this store. Probably my last attempt.

Smaller Jo-Ann fabrics then I am a custom to. You can easily miss this store if youre not looking for it. It is in the back of the Eastwood shopping area. Their selection is not very huge. Although you can always order online and pick up in the store. They dont have a lot of help here and the checkout and fabric cutting lines as sometimes long. Employees are nice.

Customer service was pore, employees where rude and in no hurry to check me out. There where three of them standing at the fabric table looking right at me as I stood an waited 10 minutes. The cashier was very rude. Seems like they need some customer service training.

Great place to go when looking for different types of fabrics. They have so much more. I love this store. Plus they give you coupons for an extra percent off. I could spend hours in this store!!

One person there was VERY unwilling to help. She was on her phone and told me to get someone else when I asked for assistance. But the other person was extremely helpful and made it worth it to talk to her.

Very friendly! Service was on point at checkout, I didnt have to wait a long time for someone to come to the register. I desire more yarn sales! Tote sales for my crochet projects to be carried in as I travel. I love the store.

Lot of sales and great customer service

This place is hit or miss. You have to accept the good with the bad. I like the selection and the products. The employees are friendly and I get coupons texted weekly that are pretty good deals. Just dont go in if you are in a hurry. If I try to go at lunch I know I will be late getting back. You have to wait because you can never find someone to help you cut fabric. Also, there is never anyone at the register. Theres a button to push to page a cashier but they usually seem annoyed if you do it. They always seem to be having trouble with the register. One time I was charged twice because of that and it wasnt a small amount. The cashier insisted that it was fine and then I checked my bank account and had to print it out to prove it, go back to get it straightened out. It was such a hassle.

The associate who helped me was very kind and very helpful in helping me find what I wanted. I love shopping there.

Discourteous and unhelpful. I asked one of the grim ladies at the fabrics desk if they had any dino prints in a thicker material. She told me to look where the thicker fabrics are. So she told me to go look for myself. When I went to pay for my product, I stood in line for 10 minutes while the cashier argued with another employee 15 feet away about register paper. She said she didnt have any. The other insisted that she should. The former insisted that she didnt. She even looked in the boxes! But she does, she just wasnt looking.Turns out, we all had to accept the fact that she didnt and waited for someone to bring her some. When they finally get to me, the power goes out. So I waited while they called their manager to see what can be done. Only to have them tell me that I cant pay for it with a check and I have to wait to come back when the power is back.Thank you employees of Joanns. Youve made craft shopping cringe-worthy. I will stick with ordering from Amazon next time, at least they give you suggestions when you are looking for something.

About the only place for crafts around here. Miffed that the website doesnt show proper inventory. Site said both the Lexington and Frankfort stores were out of the seat cushions I wanted, but luckily I called to verify, and they each had plenty.

The lady at the fabric counter wasnt rude but wasnt friendly either. The cashier acted rude, didnt even greet us. She handed me my receipt that she cut apart for some reason. No thank you, have a nice day or anything. She needs a different job. Next time I will drive to Louisville to buy from Jo-Anns!

There are not many places in Frankfort to buy material. This JoAnn did not have a lot of variety.
