I just called with an emergency (my fault) and Ryan took the time to make sure I ordered the correct part and also overnighted to me even though that’s not an option on their site. I started doing business with outdoorsmans in 2019 when I found out about there bino adapter. That thing is amazing. Since then I have purchased several small things over the course of a few years. So this year I figured I would order some binoculars. It didnt go so great from there. I told my wife lets order our optics from a few different companies to see what company is fastest.........well both other companies sent optics right away and there product arrived long before outdoorsmans. So I called to check status of my order. Just to find out that they didnt seem to care.They took my money and the product wasnt even in stock. I was told it was my job to call them to see what is available. And then told I couldnt be upset or mad over my complaint. I think its sad when companies get bigger and then start acting like they dont need your business. ($2000.00 worth) I also ended up arguing over there optics trade in as well. They claimed to be optics experts but they werent even giving me a quote on the exact model of binoculars. I will sadly never do business with outdoorsmans again.

I love my Outdoorsman pack! Im an above knee amputee and I have to make everything as efficient as possible, especially when backpacking. My Outdoorsman pack let me carry 50 lbs to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and come back out. I use it all the time while deer hunting. I can carry my full camouflage, food, water, knife and meat bags. I cant drag a deer anymore so I just plan on skinning, boning and carrying just the meat out now. Its the thing that allows me to go deep into the woods still. Ive never second guessed my Outdoorsman pack. It does whatever I want it to.

Poor merchandising in store, poor product assortment. Store is 50% pawnshop. Store employee had nothing to say about a brand they carried, nothing but disparaging comments and rude about them too. i have a feeling commission was just higher on product he was pushing, guy was a clown. This store was not worth the drive, total waste of time.

The stitching in my hip belt gave during the start of rifle season, sent it back for repair in early November.....it is currently May (7 months later) and I have not received it yet. Ive called a dozen times always getting a vague answer on when it will be done. The last 2 times Ive called they said they would send it out that day. I guarantee if my name was Steve Rinella or Joe Rogan I would have had it replaced the day after I sent it in.
