This business is fabulous! When you have damage to your car, you obviously need to be concerned about where to bring it for repairs and if the repair shop will do a good job at a fair price. Impact Collision was a real find for me. I had two unfortunate incidents that damaged my car and had to bring it in twice. Impact Collision did a spectacular job each time, treated me extremely well, and even gave me a price break on the second repair job. And my car came back clean and tidy. Impact Collision is not just a business, its a real community service. Every town should have a car repair shop like this. This is a gold mine. Obviously, I dont want to have to bring my car in there regularly, but my two experiences with Impact Collision convinced me that if I do need another repair, Im bringing my car to them.

Had a hit and run on back quarter panel. I took car to 3 places for an estimate and was really looking to get it back as soon as possible. One place wouldn’t even take it for 2 weeks, other place was really good but but I just felt super comfortable with Bill. He came right out front door when I pulled up. He didn’t wait for me to come in. Greeted us and explained the whole process with insurance. Took it in and had it back so quickly I was shocked. They are fast, professional and gave the car back spotless. It had been at a rodeo the week before so it was dirty.I always recommend keeping it local and with this business they are definitely a reason to look no further. I am extremely happy with the work they did and hopefully no more dents but if I do I won’t hesitate to use them again. My first attempt at towing a trailer resulted in me dinging my Porsche Cayenne above the rear wheel well. I know, dumb driving. Anyway, Impact Collision made everything right again at about 1/3 the cost I was quoted from Penske. Paint job looks perfect, cannot tell the difference regardless of sun angle, time of day, etc.Thanks guys, good to know there is someone local to rely on for this type of work even though I hope not to be a repeat customer!!

Impact Collision Shop repaired my sons vehicle after a minor accident. The damage was contained to the headlights, front signal lights, grill, and header panel. The job was complicated by parts that are difficult to find, since the car is a 2004 Grand Marquis. His supplier had the part delivered to him the next day, and the car was fixed in a few hours - less than 24 hours after the damage was first inspected. He accepted the job even though we only had liability insurance and would be paying cash (who knew that would even be an issue? I didnt until we started calling around). Very very satisfied! Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Highly recommend!

I went to Impact for a very small repair on my wife’s car. I had to get a small part painted. I was concerned that they would not want to bother with such a small job. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that they gladly agreed to do it. They did a great job and even went beyond just the painting, they also made sure the part was installed and made sure that if the part came loose again it would still be attached via zip ties.If they did all this for a small job they should be fantastic when you have a big job. I highly recommend them!

So, I had two cars in wrecks. My insurance tried to get me to their in network shop. I learned that is illegal. I insisted on going to Bill in Fountain Hills. They are perfectionists! They will not allow the insurance companies to cut corners. Just look at how good everything looks, the paint matches, it looks brand new! They really do care. They are not a mass volume type of place.It is family owned, maybe the best in the entire Valley. I dont plan on having any more wrecks, but if I do, I will def tell the insurance company I want to use these people!

Impact did a great job repairing the front end of my 06 Toyota Tacoma after a minor collision with a retaining wall. I obtained three repair quotes in the FH area and Impact was not only the lowest, but Bill also seemed to be the most communicative (and confident) about what needed to be done and how long it would take. The repair job was fantastic and he went well beyond fixing just the damaged portion, including reconditioning the yellowed headlights and repainting the front fender flares (neither of which were actually damaged, but just deteriorating due to age). Now the whole front end looks brand new. Might have to get the rest of the truck painted so it looks like new as well. Highly recommended!

Had a small electronic module fail on my Genesis which only required 2 screws and a plug to change. The problem was it was buried in the trunk sidewall under every molded carpeted panel that made up the trunk lining. I took it to Impact Collision (the experts) and explained my problem. They carefully removed the required panels. (I never saw so many screws, bolts, clips, and special fasteners needed to remove 4 panels!) They swapped the bad module, put it all back together, and topped it all off with, “Have a nice day”! If ever there were a reason to buy locally, Impact is it. Professional, friendly, great to do business with. I highly recommend!

I was extremely happy with the end result. The owner Bill was very personable and even answered questions I had about licensing my car in AZ. I will return to Impact Collision Shop for any future auto body repairs I might need.

Bill worked with me and my insurance company on a fairly large project truck. The result is a masterpiece. Better than it was new. When I brought the vehicle in Bill gave me a detailed quote, we came up with a plan and set a budget. The job came out exactly the price he said it would be, the paint and bodywork was beautiful. All the details were finished and on time.

Don’t let the Lambos, McLarrens, Porsches or the other exotics in the shop intimidate you. They are a rock solid bodyshop! I took my 2020 Platinum 150 truck there for some intensive body work. They took care of the repairs in half the time estimated and you can’t even tell where the damage was. They even took care of some minor bumper scrapes just because they were already working on the truck. Awesome! Do yourself a favor and let them handle personal or insurance work. You get same high end work as the exotics in their shop, on your vehicle.
