Their site isnt kept up-to-date, as the vehicle we came in to look at was no longer available, despite their site saying otherwise. But theyre friendly enough, and not as pushy as some other dealerships.

The driver mirror was torn off and the door dented on our 2014 Ford 350 Super Duty. Reineke did a beautiful job repairing and repainting the door so it matched the truck perfectly. They completed the repairs in 4-5 days. We are very happy and recommend them!

Second time we brought the Focus in for the clutch issue. This dealer didnt hesitate to replace it again, ( not dealer fault, design flaw in the clutch). This time, they gave us a brand new Ford escape for a rental without us asking for one. Fixed it in one day. Car running nice again. Hopefully, this one is a good one.Very happy with the service here.

I had warranty work done, I was pleased with every aspect. no problems at all . parts were ordered in a timely fashion, appointment was made and I had to cancel, on two occasions once due to inclement weather. I was called later by service writer, and was rescheduled the same exact week. they were very professional and my car was back to me in a short time, very pleased they even had coffee for customers I recommend them for all your service needs

Weve been shopping for several weeks for cars and were so tired of the high pressure sales, getting quotes but then changing them when we were ready to seal the deal, etc. But we walked into Reineke, talked to Tee who was fabulous and instantly felt like this dealer would be one we could trust. She was kind, personable, but no high pressure sales. We were allowed to take the vehicle home with us to try it out and we bought it the very next day. Bill, the manager was phenomenal as well and we left truly feeling like we could trust them. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the building and asked me how I could be assisted. And then proceeded to show me where I could be helped. I was offered a refreshment and if they could do anything further while I waited. Sales associate Aaron made sure to stop in and say hello as well, he was the individual that sold me my vehicle. Had to file bankruptcy after my wife passed away, Reieke put me in a very nice truck, even with the hiccup on my credit. Great to work with, easy and fast.

The service department in fostoria just about made me cry today; I woke up, coffee maker is dead. Went to get in my car to take a quick trip to CircleK, flat tire. Called AAA to put the spare on and drove up to your dealership without calling. Guys in service said they were totally booked up but if I could leave my car theyd try to squeeze me in, I asked if I could invade the sales room and sit there and work. Of course not, they got me a ride home! The tech who gave me a ride home ended up being a neighbor of mine (small town problems). So at least Im working from home...all of a sudden someone is pulling in my driveway- THE TEAM FIXED MY TIRE AND DELIVERED MY CAR TO MY DOOR. cannot beat this service department!!

I work in construction and I’m often off-road and drive extensive highway miles. I’ve had some suspension and motor work done at both the Fostoria and Findlay locations (‘06 F150 FX4 w/mods). Dave at Fostoria and Andrew at Findlay—they are both very excellent communicators. Services are efficient and pricing is fair in my opinion, which is based on lots of experience with dealerships across the country. They will stand behind their work. Two of the best shops I’ve used in the country, actually. No services or goods were provided to me for this review (but vinmo is welcome). ;-)
