A good place to store your stuff. Not the biggest facility but it’s run well and Chris working there is extremely helpful and amazing at what he does. He’s definitely made it as easy as possible to find the right unit and get a space.

I stopped by earlier today to rent a 5x5 unit. Chris was there to help me through the entire process of renting a storage unit and taking care of it, as this was my first time doing so. I really enjoyed my time at the location as Chris was very professional, friendly, and very helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs storage in the area.

We went to our Storage Sunday afternoon 8/8/21, and Chris helped us with our needs such us handing out carts, and opening some doors to alleviate the heat and allow air into the hallways. Chris was very polite, friendly and helpful. Our experience was excellent. It made our storage move experience very comfortable. I recommend this Foster City Public Storage Location.

I’ve used this storage unit since late 2020 after covid and I just left recently. It’s been an amazing experience and the cleanest storage I’ve seen. Chris, who manages the place, does an amazing job keeping it clean and is what makes this place unique. His customer service is the best and I can recommend specifically him enough.Also, just to tell you how clean it is, I accidentally realized that I had some dry food items in storage and for 6 months nothing happened! Super clean place and you can’t go wrong.

I think it is quite unusual to experience genuinely nice and attentive personal service at a storage place. That’s what Chris brings to this well located, clean, easy access storage place. Nice surprise.

He goes out of his way to make sure that you are well taken care of and is also very fun to talk to!The location of the storage site is also great! There is a gas station right across the street, has multiple restaurants within less than a minute of walking distance, plenty of parking spots, and is nearby major freeways exits. I have a storage unit in the Baltimore area of Maryland. It was an ezStorage facility that was very recently acquired by Public Storage. Because of this, a new Public Storage lease had to be filled out and signed. Filling it out online was not appropriate for my circumstance, so I was told to go to any Public Storage facility to obtain a new lease. I chose a facility near me in Foster City. Chris, the manager at this facility, was extremely kind and patient and actually typed out the entire lease for me. He was very thorough and extremely competent. I give him 5 stars and am very grateful that he took the time and effort to complete the process for me. He even had to call the Baltimore facility a couple of times, given the transition, to make sure all was completed accurately and appropriately. I remain very grateful.

I have been a long time customer at this location. I have not had any issues with my unit or the staff. Recently I needed the help of Chris to correct a billing issue and as promised it was solved by him and the upper management of Public Storage. Chris provides excellent customer service and he is a pleasure to work with. Before Chris arrived Bill was also great to work with.

Ive had a large unit here for many years and Bill has always been very helpful. A few months ago I was downsizing to a much smaller unit. Bill is retired now and Chris has taken his place. Chris was also very helpful, and very courteous. I have nothing bad to say about my experience with Public storage in Foster City. I strongly recommend them to everyone.June 2, 2021, After having a unit here for many years, I have downsized and moved out because I no longer need a storage unit. This is my first time renting a storage unit and Chris was very helpful especially when I needed to change my move in date. The storage facility is clean and although the area is busy because of the fast food places in front the facility seems to be secure.

The folks who run this place are quite friendly! Decent prices given whats available in the area. The security gate is great, you can access your unit pretty much all day, and there are usually carts available to move your stuff up and down the elevator.The building seems pretty old, but the storage units get the job done. It can get pretty hot in the building, so keep that in mind if youre going to store anything sensitive to heat. Also, during the winter, moisture can collect in the units. They helpfully sell moisture absorbing kits in the office to help mitigate any effects from this though. I purchased one for a few bucks this past winter and I didnt notice any mildew in my unit.Overall, I would recommend this place if youre looking for storage in the area. Shout out to Bill for being friendly and helpful!

Ever since I have moved my stuff here I have felt like its been in good hands. Chris who works in the office is so personable and helpful. Hes gone the extra mile on multiple occasions to make sure my stuff is safe and secure.

Great place to store! It is clean, easy, and always open. Great office service, Chris provides clear and timely help. He fixed my lock problem when I lost my key. Every time I need assistance Chris providers immediate assistance even follows up by calling.

Been using this storage for years. The manager (Bill)that takes care of place really watches over the area super well. He is really helpful and cares about the customers. They are super secure over there one time I forgot to lock the lock on my locker and Chris called me right away to let me know. Although this Public Storage does not have Climate Control, it is the best of all Public Storages in the area. Bill is super helpful and sets a very high standard for Customer service. Teresa is very helpful also. Two improvements that Id like to suggest are upgrading the units and relocating the entry code module so that you do not have to come out of your car to punch your code for entry.

We live in an apartment nearby and rent a unit to store mostly our Christmas decorations and a few odds and ends. The unit is great, stays dry and no issues have been noted with items we keep there for months at a time.It’s well staffed and Bill is really helpful!
