The team here worked very quickly to address my issue. I came in for a smog check. However, they were happy to answer all my engine-concerning questions, checked fluids and gave me appropriate suggestions. I am very happy with my services from them and I will be returning to this location to get all my auto needs fixed.

Showed up without an appointment after calling in the morning to fix a tire that wasn’t inflating. Safi saw me immediately and fixed my tire as well as removed the alert message free of charge. Will 100% be returning here for any future car troubles!

Seems like these guys know their stuff and are trustworthy. In Mountain View where I live, I got quoted $500 for a 1.5 hr job. These guys charged me 1.5 hours labor for a 1.5 hour job. Ill be going there from now on for my truck maintenance

Rude service when I went to ask about getting a smog check. The attendant told me their machine was down, but that I could pay there and go to another location. When I asked where that location was, he remained cagey and would only tell me it was two miles away. When I told him Id feel more comfortable paying at the other location instead, he told me thats not how it works. Our customers are our customers, and theirs are theirs. I get that you dont wasnt give away business, but Ill tell you what - in my book customer loyalty is something that is earned, and Hillsdale Arco Auto Repair has lost out on any future business from me.

A/C broke in my car. Safi (shop manager) got me in the same day I called, fixed the issue and charged a fair price. I would go there again.

The water pump of my car had some issues. I brought my car to this place. Safi was the guy I met. He and the staff there were nice and professional. The price was made clear from the beginning; no additional fee was added after the work. - Good exeprience in general.

This shop is my go to place every time my aging Sienna needs some help. This time it was with the alternator. Safi was the man, and helped me power up the car at my place, instead of having to tow it. He then promised in 1/2 day to have it ready, at a fair price. And he did, thanks Tafi. Great customer care, with also the nice touches on filling different tanks that needed to, since they were accessible during the repair. I have seen this shop having several manager across the years, but Tafi and this team are the best. I will continue to go there and not at the Toyota shop !

12/22/2018I had an oil change at the Hillsdale Arco at the corner of East Hillsdale Blvd and Edgewater Blvd. My wife had taken the car in, and when I came to pick up the car I thought the price we were charged was a bit high. I asked about the price to the mechanic and inside at the register (inside AM PM). The mechanic was fine, but the guy at the register inside the gas station got very aggressive. He was wearing plain clothes, red t-shirt, older man with greying hair. I dont think he was one of the regular cashiers (who were wearing uniforms), not sure if this man was the manager. He started cursing at me, put his hands in my face and threw the paperwork at me. I told him I just wanted to pay and asked for his name, and he refused. As he kept cursing the other employees pulled him away to another room. A new guy in plain clothes (red sweatshirt, short hair with a beard) came to the register and proceeded with similar behavior. At this point I pulled out my phone to record and his behavior changed. I paid and left. The guy in the red sweatshirt proceeded to give me the finger and followed me out to my car, remained threatening and cursing at me until I left.Crazy exchange! Not once did I refuse to pay, I just asked about the bill and it escalated to near violence! These guys seem like common criminals and a dangerous element in an otherwise safe neighborhood.
