Oh boy where do I start ..... ok so I have a 16 year old son who wanted some bass added to his ride . The first place that came to mind was Custom Koncepts , these guys know their stuff and are a local shop not some chain big box or radio store . So if you are looking for more of a high end shop this is your shop .

Recently had a 2016 MB Gts fitted with a K40 Radar system. When I entered the showroom off 820, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They spent about an hour with me & helped me explore the benefits of the different systems, costs, etc. I wasn’t ready to commit just then, and told them I would go home and think about it. They pleasantly encouraged that and never did any hard sales tactics. A few days Later - I scheduled the upgrade. They have completed a seamless install, I got to test it out on the highway, and overall - really enjoyed the service, product, knowledge.
