I have been using Hillas for over 4 years now. They have the best customer service (Olivia) and with me being such a tiny little company, they treat like I am a priority. I stumbled on them from a manufacture of hot glue that I needed and they were the only game in town (in Texas!) that had it. When Uline refused to sell boxes to small businesses, Hillas became my go to from then on...it was the best that could have happened. I cant thank them enough for helping me with my packaging needs.

Ordered product from Hillas and paid for overnight shipping. its four days later and the product still has not shipped. Called customer service and was told its being shipped from the manufacturer today. Was told they would look into a price reduction for the shipping and be in touch. There was no notification that product was coming straight from manufacturer as we site indicated that it was in stock at the time I ordered.

Their sales rep, Sam was unable to get me any kind of shipping information, kept responding with sarcastic and rude comments. suggest that i pay them the 6500 for my order and see what happens. Apparently that guys part of management, yikes..

Buyers Beware! This company is false advertising. They use generic photos without expressing that images may vary from actual product. So I ordered the product and did not receive all the items shown in the photo. Also nowhere in the description did it state that the items were not included!

They advertised 2 x 25 yrd rolls of 3m Prismatic Remote Sensing tape for $6.97. I bought 2 of them with shipping ($29.00). When the reflective tape arrived, they sent me 2 ft of tape. They said I didnt read the fine print and there is nothing they will do about it. Even on the invoice they mailed me the order say 2 x 25 yrds. This is definitely not the kind of company anyone should deal with. Save your money and frustration and choose a more honest company to do business with. Dont use Hillas!

Called looking for a price quote, was told that this wasnt possible, the whole time listening to dogs, crying kids and other people in the back ground, whats up with that?..eventually I was given an estimate on the total, days past nothing came, no email confim- nothing. Called Bo back to find the order was never placed.some of the worst online/customer service I have ever experienced. I asked them to cancel the (never ordered) order...watch it will probably come now..lol
