I wouldn’t rate this place a 1star! I called aboutmy Anderson-Eagle doors that wouldn’t open inJanuary 2018. Tim sent a man out that could notfix the doors because he needed help due to the weight and parts. Icalled in April and was told by Timthey are waiting on parts. Called back again and Timsaid still waiting on parts on May 22.Called back “again” and someone came out and didnothing but said he’d call me back on July 12.Called Tim on August 16 left a message. Tim calledme back( finally, a return call) and said, “ you meanChris hasn’t called you back with a bid to replace the doors?” Too date, October 27, haven’t heard a word from this company. I got a total run around for almost a year from these guys. My doors are only 11 years old and need to be repaired, not replaced! Tim’s excuse all this time was waiting on parts. No one ever came out with any parts! I wouldn’t use thiscompany to install a doggie door after this! Theircustomer service is a joke and the service men arenot knowledgeable about repairs. Don’t waste yourtime with this group. They want to sell and not service...

I can`t say enough about the integrity and expert service of this lumber company. Harlan Myers helped me so much with the building of my new house and even came and picked up what I didn`t use and gave me a full refund. You can`t got wrong when you chooes Quarles Lumber Co.
