So many options compared to other adult stores in the area. I was looking for more outfits and lingerie and this was the last place I stopped. I should have made it here first because it would have saved me so much time and money. The employees have excellent customer service and answered every single question with enthusiasm rather than annoyance. They even called around other stores just to help me find my size since they didnt have it available. Will definitely be a regular customer as well as referring friends!

Bought a toy and it stopped working. took it back to get exchanged and of course, the 2nd one stops working. VERY CHEAP ITEMS for 60$+. not worth it. go somewhere else that cares about quality over quantity

Pretty interesting place staff is friendly

I visited this location tonight with a shy friend, from the moment we walked in JACOB made us feel comfortable. He respected that we wanted to browse, but when we did have questions he was right there with advice and suggestions. He honestly made it feel like we were buying groceries, it was a fabulous experience even though the store didnt have everything we wanted. We will be back!

Visited the store today and I have to say they have a wide variety of items and clothing!!! I almost didn’t go due to online says no sizes available but when I got there they have ALOT to choose from!!!! I spent about $140 and got a bag FULL!!! I will be visiting again SOON!!!

Would not recommend this store, i shouldve shopped at adam and eve! Customer service was terrible. Was not greeted, the lady there was rude. Not much variety with sizes, everything is overpriced. Will not be going back!

Staff was initially rude, but another woman came over to help us and was more helpful. However, the 1 star is because the quality of what they sell is terrible. My high quality toy broke after a few weeks of ownership or 5 uses. We paid $100 for it. Talk about a buzz kill.
