Always very helpful and good pricing! I own Hurricane Pressure Washing and they have fixed not only my pressure hoses, but also my garden hoses for the business and the house. Plus the have free sodas, coffee, and water lol.

Went in to have a hose made for a car that everything is obsolete. I was there waiting for about 5 minutes. Greeted twice when I came in and offered a soda. I showed the desk what I needed and they rang me up. The cost was no more than the usual cost of store bought lines. I paid and the hose was already built and waiting on me. In and out within 15 minutes.

Who ever builds the hoses in the back don’t know how to read a tape measure very good. I ordered $700 worth of hoses all different lengths they had to be a certain length to fit. Well out of 8 different hoses 1 was the correct length. Not to mention I had to drive 1 hr and 15 one way to get them. I had to have them made here in town because I was on a time line. First and last time I buy from them.

It really does kinda pain me to not be able to give Stuart Hose 5 stars. They always have everything my maintenance departments need and at very reasonable prices. However they have not been able to adapt at this location and stay on top of the customer growth they have had the last few years.Now when you go in to the location for either desk service or to pick up a will-call, you end up spending 20+ minutes in a hoard of other customers waiting for service, and no organized line or next number system. The last few times the phone sales guy has dropped the ball on quotes or orders placed over the phone.

Great company and super fast service. Always quality products whenever we have purchase any item. Their custom built hoses are top notch.They need to put there hours of operation on the website though.

Always have what I need, the wait time for counter help sometimes is the downside. because of allot of customers. But that goes along with being good.Recommend this company, so here I am promoting them so more customers will do business there and I will have to wait longer.. LOL4 stars is only because they do a bunch of business, The sales people on the phones should take care of the walk-ins first is my opinion.Need to set up ordering by email or create a phone app, this will cut down on phone time.

Worst customer service ever. I dread when I have to go get something here. I get sick to my stomach, and hopefully dont have to deal with the hispanic guy that treats you like he wants to fight you. Very angry dude. I cant stand this place, but they do have what I need from time to time. I always look somewhere else before I go here. Sales staff very rude.

When Midwest messed up my order I went back to get it fixed and one guy told me We are short handed so it wont be done today. Then another told me we will get it done as soon as our machine is fixed. And they were going to charge me for them to fix their mistakes. So I brought the seven pipes to Stuart Hose (my first time going there) and they charged me less the Midwest quoted. Oh, and this was all on a Friday so I got to Stuart at 3:56pm and left with everything I needed at 4:15pm!! Awesome place!

Fast service

I just left stuart hose because I was there for 20 minutes and no one asked me if I needed help. Me and two other guys sa there while one guy after another came in and ignored us. One guy walks in and spends 10 minutes changing the channel on the TV and joking with other employees. Another sat there eating taco casa and joking and another guy walked from room to room joking with the other employees. All while me and the other two guys sat there openly criticizing them for not working and ignoring us. So I left and came to midwest hose. I walked into midwest and was immediately helped. Never again stuart hose never again.
