Jimmy did a great job with the delivery of my HVAC system. He called me prior to delivery and worked with me to set up a time that I would be home. He was very respectful of mine and neighbors lawn as he was backing in our drive. He made sure the HVAC system was placed in a convenient location and out of my way. Shearer supply offers some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in my 37 years in this industry. They know their products, they are courteous and efficient. Their pricing is very competitive and they always greet you with a smile. Customer service is something that is being lost in all industries. They strive to be the best and are a great example of how to get it right!

Arrived at supply house at 8:00am. Went inside and salesman acted like he hated the world. I called day before to get price on evap coil. Got there and price increased $150 more than what they quoted day before. Didn’t have time to argue so I paid for the coil. Got to the job site installed coil and then realized the coil was a warranty coil from the shearer supply that they had given me. The coil is bad. Brought coil back to shearer. After standing for almost 30 minutes they finally decided to help me. No they were not busy. Got another coil and asked for any compensation since Company lost 6 man hours of labor, 8 lbs of 410a, and a liquid line drier. I was told that it was not their fought and They would let the coil company know. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THE PLACE. If I could give 0 stars I would have. All of the counter help act like they don’t care about the customer.

As part of a small HVAC company located over an hour away from the store, Shearer Supply has consistently demonstrated wonderful customer service, excellent response time to inquiries regarding part details, and prompt deliveries. Since we primarily recommend American Standard products, this is our first and basically always last stop for hardware and technical support.Typically we speak with James, and he always seems to have the answers we need.I dont know I can offer enough of a glowing recommendation. Seriously these guys are great.

The best customer service in the game. Its very easy to get someone on the phone or in person. The parking can be difficult but most of the time you are in and out. Pricing is higher on standard parts or stock for your truck but I love the people so most of the time its worth it
