You will notice displayed on the wall photos of mission excursions Dr. Chappell has participated with Operation Go Quickly where he has graciously given of his time and resources to serve the less fortunate who have expereinced hearing loss. Once you meet Dr. Chappell, its like meeting an old friend. He performs a thorough examination, careful to explain everything in understandable terms, and makes his diagnosis. Once fitted with the hearing device, his followup services are available for questions or concerns. He truly cares about the quality of life of each patient. Ive gone to see Kurt and Autumn for years now since Ive had to use hearing aides. Never have I had a problem getting in for an appointment and Kurt has stayed late if needed. Very accessible for anyones schedule and I so appreciate that. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I love my hearing aides. Wont go anywhere else! And Autumn is a peach every time I call in. I had a hearing instrument from Chappell Hearing Center for 4 years. It was above average and the service and customer care was outstanding.I recently tried the demo and then purchased the brand new Siemens hearing instrument offered at the Chappell Hearing Center. After 20 years of trying to hear better, it is the first instrument that is truly a Hearing Aid instead of a sound amplifier. Im now hearing better than I have in decades and can enjoy wearing the Siemens instruments most all day whereas before I would wear my prior product just a few hours a week.The new Siemens product is great and I dont know of any better place to get it than Chappell Hearing Care Center near I-20 and Bryant Irvin.

Curt and Autumn are wonderful caring people. Even after I moved I drive 2 hours to stay using their service. Both go out of their way to make sure you have good service and experience. Autumn has even stopped on her vacation and made sure she overnighted my hearing aides last year.

The owners sent out a rebate check to my deceased mother for $950, which I received this afternoon (7/20/19), probably through a marketing agency that never looked into the fact that she was deceased. She passed away in 2017. It was the typical marketing con-job that is often used to bilk the elderly out of their money. Therefore, a word to the wise regarding Chappell Hearing Care Center, since this is not likely the first time it has consulted with the marketing agency to show how much they care about the general public, would be caveat emptor! Buyer beware!

SCAM alert. They called to confirm an appointment and left the address. Problem is, we never made any appointments.
